Wasserdichtheit der Druckknopfkombination entsteht, indem Nietkappe bzw. Nietschaft die beim Ansetzvorgang entstandenen Perforationsstellen durch Dichtelemente aus Kunststoff in Verbindung mit dem aminat abdichten. 3 Warum wasserdichte WetStop -Verschluss-Systeme? Wasserdichte WetStop -Verschluss-Systeme Um wasserdichte Bekleidung (Membranbekleidung) herzustellen, ist die Verwendung eines wasserdichten WetStop -Verschluss-Systems erforderlich. Nicht geeignet sind Standard- Systeme, da an den Ansetzpositionen das Wasser (Kapillarwirkung) von außen ins Innere des Bekleidungsstückes eindringen kann. Damit kein Wasser in einen Hohlsaum (siehe Abb. S. 2) eindringen kann (efahr der Verrottung), verarbeiten Sie wasserdichte Verschluss-Systeme unbedingt sowohl am Untertritt (unmittelbare Verbindung zur Innenseite des Bekleidungsstückes) wie auch am Obertritt. Watertight WetStop closure systems Using a watertight WetStop closure system is essential to manufacturing waterproof clothing (incorporating a semi-permeable membrane). Standard snap designs are not adequate since the water can migrate (by capillary action) from the outside to the inside of the garment at the closures. To ensure that no water can enter a hem (see illustration on page 2), with the associated hazard of rotting, watertight closure systems will have to be used, without fail, at the inner flap (with its direct connection to the inside of the garment) and at the outer flap of a jacket closure. Prüfdruck von 0,3 bar anlegen und 3 min. konstant halten. Die Prüflinge sind wasserdicht, wenn an der Oberseite kein Wasser austritt. Prüfmethode Die Wasserdichtheit wird nach YKK Werksnorm WN17.28 in Anlehnung an DIN EN geprüft. Der Aufbau der Prüfanordnung entspricht DIN EN Wir garantieren als Standard eine Wasserdichtheit von 0,3 bar über 3 min. Haltezeit. Der Ansetzdruck muss 6,5 bar, der Eingangsdruck in die Maschine min. 7 bar betragen. Bitte beachten Sie gelochtes Trägermaterial (aminat) verwenden. - Produkte nur mit speziell entwickelten Ansetzwerkzeugen (Stempel).
