Beachten Sie für die Installation der Geräte die Sicherheitsvorschriften der Elektrotechnik und der Berufsgenossenschaft. Durch Öffnen des Gehäuses oder sonstige Manipulation erlischt jegliche Gewährleistung. Achtung! Bei unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung darf das Gerät nicht mehr verwendet werden und es erlischt jeglicher Gewährleistungsanspruch. Nicht zulässige Einwirkungen können sein: starke mechanische Belastung des Gerätes, wie sie z.b. beim Herunterfallen auftritt, Spannungen, Ströme, Temperaturen, Feuchtigkeit außerhalb der Spezifikation. Bitte überprüfen Sie gemäß der geltenden Vorschriften bei Erstinbetriebnahme Ihrer Maschine/ Anlage immer alle Sicherheitsfunktionen und beachten Sie die vorgegebenen Prüfzyklen für Sicherheitseinrichtungen. Achtung! Führen Sie vor Beginn der Installation/ Montage oder Demontage folgende Sicherheitsmaßnahmen durch: 1. Schalten Sie das Gerät/ die Anlage vor Beginn der Arbeiten spannungsfrei! 2. Sichern Sie die Maschine/ Anlage gegen Wiedereinschalten! 3. Stellen Sie die Spannungsfreiheit fest! 4. Erden Sie die Phasen und schließen Sie diese kurz! 5. Decken und schranken Sie benachbarte, unter Spannung stehende Teile ab! Achtung! Eingeschränkter Berührungsschutz! Schutzart nach EN Gehäuse/Klemmen: IP 40 / IP 20 Fingersicher nach EN Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Das Gerät ist ein Buskopplungsmodul im Sicherheitssystem samos. Es darf nur bestimmungsgemäß im System samos als Teil von Schutzeinrichtungen an Maschinen zum Zweck des Personen-, Material- und Maschinenschutzes eingesetzt werden. Gerätebeschreibung Das Buskopplungsmodul kann nur zusammen mit anderen Modulen aus dem Sicherheitssystem samos betrieben werden. Es sammelt Diagnosedaten des Systems und stellt diese über CANopen einer Steuereinheit zur Verfügung. Das Buskopplungsmodul ist rückwirkungsfrei aufgebaut. Es ist daher nicht möglich die Sicherheitsfunktion des samos-systems über den Feldbus zu beeinflussen. Die Steuerausgänge des Buskopplungsmodules können jedoch zur Ansteuerung von Eingängen des samos-systemes verwendet werden. Die Busadresse wird mit den beiden Drehschaltern (x1 / x10) eingestellt. Die Busadresse wird nach dem Aus- / Einschalten der Spannungsversorgung gesetzt. Das Modul muss rechts am Systems montiert werden. Es können keine weiteren Module angereiht werden. Installation Der Einbau der Geräte muss in einem Schaltschrank mit einer Schutzart von mindestens IP 54 erfolgen. Die Montage erfolgt auf einer Tragschiene nach EN Die Tragschiene muss mit dem Schutzleiter (PE) verbunden sein. Das System und die Systemeingänge müssen immer aus einem gemeinsamen Netzteil versorgt werden. Das externe Netzteil muss den Vorschriften für Kleinspannungen mit sicherer Trennung (SELV, PELV gemäss IEC 60536) und EN (Ausrüstung von Starkstromanlagen mit e- lektronischen Betriebsmitteln) entsprechen. Hinweise Die Versorgung des Gerätes erfolgt über den samos-system-bus. Das Gerät hat keine eigenen Versorgungsspannungsanschlüsse. Der Betrieb des Gerätes muss innerhalb der Grenzen der angegebenen technischen Daten erfolgen. Beachten Sie bei der Installation und dem Betrieb der Geräte die nationalen Vorschriften und die Informationen Ihrer Berufsgenossenschaft! 4 Abmessungen SA-CANopen-A SA-CANopen-C Montage Gerät auf die Tragschiene einhängen. Achtung Dabei auf korrekten Sitz der Erdungsfeder achten. Die Erdungsfeder des Modules muss sicher und elektrisch gut leitend auf der Tragschiene aufliegen. Durch leichten Druck in Pfeilrichtung auf die Tragschiene aufschnappen. In Pfeilrichtung einzeln zusammenschieben, bis die seitlichen Steckverbinder einrasten und die Endklammern rechts und links installieren. Demontage Steckblockklemmen mit Verdrahtung und die Endklammer entfernen. Achtung In Pfeilrichtung einzeln auseinanderschieben, bis die seitlichen Steckverbinder getrennt sind. Hinten herunterdrücken. Im heruntergedrückten Zustand in Pfeilrichtung von der Tragschiene nehmen. Disconnect supply voltage to the equipment / system prior to starting any work! If installation or system errors occur, line voltage may be present at the control circuit in devices without DC isolation! Observe all electrical safety regulations issued by the appropriate technical authorities or the trade association. Opening the housing or any other manipulation will void the warranty. Attention! If the device has been subjected to improper or incorrect use it must no longer be used, and the guarantee loses its validity. Impermissible conditions include: strong mechanical stress, for example through a fall, or voltages, currents, temperatures or humidity outside of the specifications. Before starting up your machine/plant for the first time, please be sure to check all the safety functions according to valid regulations, and observe the specified test cycles for safety equipment. Attention! Perform the following precautionary steps prior to installation, assembly, or disassembly: 1. Disconnect supply voltage to the equipment / system prior to starting any work! 2. Lockout/tag the equipment / system to prevent accidental activation! 3. Confirm that no voltage is present! 4. Ground the phases and short to ground! 5. Protect against adjacent live components using guards and barriers! Attention! Limited contact protection! Protection type according to EN Housing/terminals: IP 40 / IP 20 Finger-proof acc. to EN Proper Use These devices are bus coupling modules in the samos system. They must only be used for their intended purpose in the samos system as components of safety equipment on machines intended to protect persons, material and plant. Device Description The bus coupling module can only be used together with other modules in the samos system. It collect diagnosis data of the system and supply the data via CANopen. The device is designed non-interacting. Affect the safety function of the samos system via field bus is not possible. However it is possible to control the inputs of the system with the device outputs. The bus address is adjustable with rotary switches ( x1 / x10). To set the address switch off / on the power supply. Mount the device on the right side of the system. No further modules can be mounted. Installation The devices must be installed in an enclosure with at least IP54 protection. The devices must be installed on a mounting rail (EN ). The mounting rail must be connected to protective earth (PE). The system and the system inputs must always be powered by a common power supply unit. The external power supply unit must comply with the regulations for safety and protection extra low voltage systems (SELV, PELV acc. to IEC 60536) and EN (Electronic Equipment for Use in Power Installations). Notes The power supply of the device is conducted via the samos system bus. No power supply terminals are on the device. The device must be operated within the limits specified in the technical data. For installation and operation of the devices observe the national instructions and instructions issued by safety authorities. 8 Dimensions SA-CANopen-A SA-CANopen-C Installation Place device on mounting rail. Attention Ensure that grounding spring is in the correct position. The grounding spring on the module must make a secure and electrically conductive connection with the mounting rail. Snap the module onto the mounting rail by pressing gently in the direction of the arrow. Push the modules together one at a time in the direction of the arrow until the connectors at the sides engage and then install the end clamps at the left and right ends. Dismantling Remove the plug-in terminals with wiring and end clamps. Attention Push the modules apart one at a time in the direction of the arrow until the connectors at the sides disengage. Push down at the back. While pressing down, remove the module from the mounting rail in the direction of the arrow.
