2 Anwendungsbereiche Ventile nach EN 161 Klasse A Die kann auch an allen Ventilen eingesetzt werden, bei welchen konstruktiv die Dichtheit in Gegenflussrichtung eine Undichtheit in Flussrichtung ausschliesst. Die ist für alle DUNGS-Ventile nach EN 161 Klasse A geeignet. Empfindlichkeitsgrenze Bei Anlagen mit einer Brennerleistung < 500 kw bzw. bei einem Prüfvolumen < 6 l kann die VDK 200 A S02 immer eingesetzt werden. Bei Anlagen mit einer Brennerleistung > 500 kw bzw. wenn das Prüfvolumen > 6 l ist, kann die VDK 200 A S02 eingesetzt werden, wenn die Brennerleistung grösser als die im Diagramm angegebene Mindestbrennerleistung ist. 4 Funktion Das arbeitet nach dem Druckaufbauprinzip. Der Programmgeber tritt in Funktion bei Wärmeanforderung. Die Prüfung erfolgt in Abhängigkeit des Brennerfunktionsablaufs: - Prüfung vor Brennerstart oder - Prüfung während der Vorbelüftungszeit oder - Prüfung nach Brennerabschaltung Das VDK 200 S02 prüft sich im Verlauf einer Schaltfolge selbst. 5 Programmablauf Ruhezustand: Ventil V1 und Ventil V2 sind geschlossen. Druckaufbau: Die interne Motorpumpe erhöht den Gasdruck in der Prüfstrecke um ca mbar gegenüber dem am Ventil V1 eingangsseitig anstehenden Druck. Bereits während der Prüfzeit (Pumpzeit) überwacht der eingebaute Differenzdruckwächter die Prüfstrecke auf Dichtheit. Bei Erreichen des Prüfdruckes wird die Motorpumpe abgeschaltet (Ende der Prüfzeit). Die Freigabezeit ist abhängig vom Prüfvolumen und Eingangsdruck. Bei Dichtheit der Prüfstrecke erfolgt nach max. 26 s die Kontaktfreigabe zum Feuerungsautomat - die gelbe Signallampe leuchtet. Ist die Prüfstrecke undicht oder wird während der Prüfzeit (max. 26 s) die Druckerhöhung um mbar nicht erreicht, schaltet das nach 32 ± 3 s auf Störung. Die rote Signallampe leuchtet dann solange, wie die Kontaktfreigabe durch den Regler besteht (Wärmeanforderung). Ventil/Ventile undicht = rote Signallampe/Anzeige 1. Anlage abschalten 2. Ventil V1 und/oder V2 auf Dichtheit prüfen 3. Bei Undichtheit Ventil 1 und/ oder V2 austauschen. Achtung! Bei Entstörung immer auch die anwendungs- und landesspezifische Anforderungen beachten. Nach kurzfristigem Spannungsausfall während der Prüfung oder während des Brennerbetriebs erfolgt ein selbstständiger Wideranlauf. Die gelbe Betriebsanzeige blinkt bis zur Kontaktfreigabe an den Feuerungsautomaten (Freigabesignal, Klemme 13) bzw. Störabschaltung (Störsignal, Klemme 14). Ab Lieferdatum > August 2007 entfällt das Blinken. Program sequence Rest state: Valve V1 and valve V2 are closed. Pressure build-up: The internal motor pump increases the gas pressure in the test section by about mbar compared with the pressure active at the valve V1 input side. The built-in differential pressure detector monitors the test section for tightness already during the test period (pumping time). Upon reaching the test pressure, the motor pump is switched off (end of the test period). The release time depends on the test volume and the inlet pressure. If the test section is tight, the contact to the multiple burner unit will be released after no more than 26 s - the yellow signal is lit. If the test section is leaking, or the increase in pressure by mbar is not reached during the test period, the VDK 200 A S02 will switch to the fault mode after 32 ± 3 s. In this case, the red signal lamp will remain lit as long as the contact release by the controller remains active (heat request). Valve/valves leaking = red signal lamp/display 1. Switch off system 2. Check valve V1 and/or V2 for leakage 3. If leaking, replace valve V1 and/ or V2. Attention! In case of interference suppression, always observe the application- and country-specific requirements as well. After a brief power failure during the test or during burner operation, an automatic restart will take place. The yellow operational status indicator will flash until contact is released to the multiple burner unit (release signal, terminal 13) or a fault switch-off (fault signal, terminal 14) takes place. Drosselschraube A schrittweise gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen. 6. Einstellung überprüfen und durch Lackpunkt versiegeln. Funktionskontrolle Undichtheit simulieren durch Öffnen einer Verschlußschraube (p 2 ) am Ventil während der Prüfzeit (Pumpzeit). Entstörung Durch Drücken des eingebauten Tasters (rot) oder extern durch Unterbrechen der Eingangsspannung an Klemme 3. Um Funktions- und Dichtheitsproblemen vorzubeugen, empfehlen wir den Einsatz von Magnetventilen nach EN 161 Klasse A.
