The pumps basically consist of three parts: suction housing, spindle housing with three spindles, and the pressure housing. Low pulsation, high efficiency, and a long service life due to the use of highly wear-resistant materials are characteristics for this kind of positive displacement pumps. The low noise development as well as the careful treatment of the pumping medium are additional advantages of the screw spindle pumps type KTS. 18 Druckbegrenzungsventile Pressure Control Valves Anwendung Schraubenspindelpumpen sind Verdrängerpumpen, die systembedingt im Druck begrenzt werden müssen. Hierfür eignen sich Druckbegrenzungsventile, welche neben dem Berstschutz den eingestellten Druck gewähren. Die Verwendung von gedämpften Ventilen an den KTS- Schraubenspindelpumpen vermeiden Druckstöße. Bei Überdruck strömt die nicht benötigte Menge über das Ventil ab. 19 Vario-Druckbegrenzungsventil Vario Pressure Control Valve VDBV 15/2 Funktion Das Knoll Vario-Ventil Typ VDBV ermöglicht die Vorgabe von beliebigen Drücken im Bereich von 5-1 bar. Die Maschinensteuerung wandelt zur Druckregelung digitale Signale in Analogwerte ( - 1 V) um. Der pneumatische Steuerdruck ändert sich proportional zum Analogwert und regelt den Mediumdruck im Verhältnis 1:1 oder 1:2. Das Ventil ist stromlos und drucklos offen. Anwendung Bearbeitungszentren, Werkzeuge mit innerer Kühlmittelzufuhr.
