6 randschutz Know-How Deutschland - Nationale Regelungen Welche Vorschriften regeln den randschutz? auprodukte und auarten, die zur Erfüllung von wesentlichen nforderungen an ein auwerk beitragen (z.. mechanische Festigkeit und Standsicherheit, randschutz, Schallschutz, Wärme- und Feuchteschutz), sind von bauaufsichtlicher Referenz und dürfen nach den Landesbauordnungen (LO) im Trockenbau nur verwendet werden, wenn ihre Verwendbarkeit in dem für sie geforderten Übereinstimmungsnachweis bestätigt ist. Welche Klassifizierungsnormen existieren: Klassifizierungsnormen für Revisionsklappen nwendungsfall Deutschland Europa Raumtrennwände F 30/ F 60/ F 90 nach DIN F 30/ F 60/ F 90 nach DIN EN Selbstständige Unterdecke F 30 (REI 30)/ F 60 (REI 60)/ F 90 (REI 90) nach DIN EN Schachtwände I 30/ I 90 nach DIN Massivwände I 30/ I 90 nach DIN Die vom Deutschen Institut für autechnik, erlin (DIt) veröffentlichte auregelliste (RL) enthält ein Verzeichnis von auprodukten und auarten, die die bauordnungsrechtlichen nforderungen erfüllen. WICHTIG: Generell kann man keine europäische Klassifizierung erreichen, wenn die Prüfung auf einer DIN-Prüfung basiert! eispiel: Schachtwandprüfung I 30 nach DIN kann keine EI 30 Klassifizierung erreichen und müsste dementsprechend nach einer europäischen Norm geprüft werden. Nach welchen Vorschriften sind die randschutz- Revisionstüren der Firma Upmann geprüft? Grundlage dient die **LO und daraus resultierend die Vorgaben aus der ***RL. Danach werden die Produkte eingruppiert, geprüft und klassifiziert! Eigenmächtige uslegungen von Vorschriften kommen für Upmann nicht in Frage. Produkt-Klassifizierungen erfolgen strikt nach den geltenden Vorschriften, damit sich unsere Kunden sicher fühlen können. Know How Fire Protection Know How Fire Protection European Level Under European standards, the fire resistance of building material/ products is classified in 7 classes from to F, whereby as with the classification under Fire resistance class as per EN: In comparison with the existing national system, European classification system for construction components/ types is significantly more differentiated and enables a variety of classifications in various European Standards DIN , non-combustible building materials are assigned to classes 1 and 2. Under the European standards system, the fire resistance of building products can be certified in two ways. If the harmonised European product standard applicable for the respective product contains a list for classification of the fire resistance without additional testing (CWFT=Classification without further 4 testing), then the building product is directly classified according to DIN EN No separate classification report is required. In the case of building products that are not included in a CWFT list, tests according to the respective standards are required. The product is then classified on the basis of the test results according to DIN EN with the associated classification report.
