2 1 Führen Sie das Flachbandkabel mit dem 4-poligen Stecker voraus durch die Metallverbindungsplatte, wie auf den Bildern 1-3 zu sehen. Guide the ribbon cable leading the 4-pin-plug through the holes in the upper metal bracket as shown in Pic1 Pic 3. 2

3 3 4 Befestigen Sie den Stecker auf der Platine. Connect the red 4-pin-plug to the electronic board as shown in pic 4.

4 5 Anschließend befestigen Sie den 6-poligen Stecker an der linken (L) Platine. Beachten Sie auch hier den Verdrehschutz. Attach the 6-pin-plug onto the left (L) electronic board. Make sure the plug is the right way round. 6 Entfernen Sie den Plastikstopfen aus dem Korpus. Drücken Sie diesen von innen heraus. Release the black plastic cover from the wooden carcase. Push it out from the inside.

5 7 Führen Sie nun die Tablethalterungs-Stange samt USB-Kabel so ein, dass sich die Stange durch das Loch im Korpus verschrauben lässt. Insert the tablet holder rod through the hole in the wooden carcase. 8 Befestigen Sie nun die Tablethalterung am Korpus. Aline the screw holes and attach the rod with screw to the carcase.

6 9 Stellen Sie nun die Übersetzung Ihres SlimBeams an der Hauptplatine ein. Take the main electronic board and set the switches to your gearing. Default setting is 3:1 cable. 1 off 2 off nicht verwenden / do not use 1 on 2 off 1:1 Übersetzung / 1:1 ratio 1 off 2 on 2:1 Übersetzung / 2:1 ratio 1 on 2 on 3:1 Übersetzung / 3:1 ratio

7 10 1 Entfernen Sie den Plastikdeckel im Inneren des Korpus und schließen Sie nun das breite Kabel an der Platine an. Release the plastic cover inside the wooden carcase and find two red plugs. Plug in the red 8-pin-plug (1) onto the main electronic board. Make sure the plug is the right way round Anschließend befestigen Sie das schmale Kabel (2) und das USB-Kabel (3). Plug in the red 6-pin-plug (2) onto the main electronic board. Make sure the plug is the right way round. Plug in the USB plug (3) into the main electronic board.

8 12 Die Platine wird nun mit den Steckern nach innen in die Auskerbung des Korpus gesteckt. Position the main electronic board with all plugs facing inwards into the wooden carcase. 13 Anschließend wird die Platine mit den mitgelieferten schwarzen Steckdübeln an zwei Punkten befestigt. Fix the main electronic board to the wooden carcase by pressing the back push pins into the respective holes.

9 14 Die Tablethalterung wird nun aufgesetzt. Drücken Sie dafür die beiden seitlichen Knöpfe... Press the two buttons on the side of the tablet holder rod and und setzen die Halterung vorsichtig auf das Gegenstück. and place the tablet holding unit onto it.

10 16 Setzen Sie nun Ihr Tablet (nur Android) zuerst unten auf die Halterung. Achten Sie darauf, dass der USB-Anschluss rechts sitzt. Insert your Android tablet into the tablet holder unit. Make sure the mini USB socket in your tablet is on the right hand side. 17 Drücken Sie das Tablet nun leicht herunter, so dass Sie die obere Halterung befestigen können. Press the tablet slightly down into the tablet holder unit to enlarge the holder unit.

11 18 Schließen Sie nun das USB Kabel an Ihrem Tablet an. Insert the mini USB plug into the tablet. 19 Die Tablethalterung ist in verschiedene Richtung rotierbar. Your tablet can be rotated into different directions.

13 Erstellen Sie Ihr eigenes Trainingsprofil Create your training profile Es können mehrere Profile erstellt werden You can create a profile for each member

14 Im Bereich Functional wählen Sie vordefinierte Trainingspläne für ein auf Zeit basiertes funktionelles Training / Ganzkörpertraining. Selecting Functional allows you to chose predefined functional workouts. Always time based. Im Bereich Body Zone wählen Sie Trainingspläne für eine einzelne Körperzone. Das Training ist basiert auf Wiederholungen. By selecting Body Zone you can chose workouts for one specific body zone. Always based on repetition.

15 Vor dem Start des Workouts erhalten Sie Instruktionen, um den SlimBeam für die erste Übung vorzubereiten. Right before the first exercise you have to prepare your SlimBeam.

16 Der Bildschirm zeigt Ihnen unterschiedliche Daten an: 1. Workoutname 2. Aktueller Übungsname 3. Verlauf der Übungen 4. aktuelle Zeit / Gesamtzeit 5. Züge / Minute 6. Gesamtgewicht 7. Anzahl der Züge 8. Restzeit 9. Übungsvideo 10. Wahl zwischen Video und Graph

17 On the screen there are different objects: 1. Name of the current workout 2. Name of the current exercise 3. Time of the current exercise 4. Current time / total time 5. Strokes per minute 6. Total weight 7. Total strokes 8. Remaining time 9. Video 10. Change between video / graph

18 Anstelle des Videos können Sie eine Grafik anzeigen lassen, die Ihre Zugkurve darstellt. Beide Züge (für links und rechts) sind darstellbar. In Graph-mode you can see your pulls for both directions (left / right). Zwischen den einzelnen Übungen wird eine Pause angezeigt. In einem seperaten Fenster werden die Einstellungen für die nächste Übung gezeigt. In between the exercises there is a setup screen for the next exercise.

19 Die Butterfly-Position wird Ihnen für die jeweiligen Übungen immer angegeben. Eine Gewichtseinstellung wird vorgeschlagen. Diese wird nicht bei allen Übungen benötigt und stellt lediglich eine grobe Richtung für das Gewicht dar. Ein exaktes Gewicht wird nicht vorgegeben. Dies ist zu individuell und kann eine Gefahr beim Training darstellen. During the pause the App proposes the correct position of the butterfly for the next exercise. Also you will find a proposition for the selection of the weight. Depending on the exercise the App proposes to select the weight-pin in the upper, middle or lower third of the weight stack. Due to injury risk the App does not propose an exact weight selection.
