14 5 Installation der Kabel Installation of the cables 5.1 Kabelzuführung Cable feed-in Breakout-Kabel: Die Kabelzuführung kann von oben oder unten erfolgen. Die Kabelzuführung von unten in den Spleißschrank erfolgt über einen Doppelboden, der entsprechend ausgeschnitten werden muss. Die Kabelzuführung von oben in den Schrank erfolgt über ein Kabelrost bzw. eine Kabeltrasse. Die Befestigung der Breakout-Kabel erfolgt oben an der Dachabdeckung oder unten am Halteblech mit Kabelbindern. Verbindungskabel: Die Kabelzuführung erfolgt von oben. Die Kabel werden über einen Kabelrost bzw. Kabeltrasse in den Schrank geführt. Breakout cables: The cable feed-in can be from above or from below. 15 5.2 Kabelführung vom Patchschrank zum Spleißschrank Die Pigtails als Minibreakout-Kabel gehören nicht zum Lieferumfang des Patchschrankes. - Die Pigtails werden unten im vorderen Schrankbereich in den Kabelkanälen fädelfrei vom linken Patchschrank VtS-TPL600 zum rechten Spleißschrank VtS-SPL600 geführt. - Die Pigtails werden in den Patchmodulen installiert und befestigt. Sie werden mittig aus den Patchmodulen in den zuvor montierten Kabelkanälen zu dem rechten VtS- SPL600 geführt und dort an den vorgegebenen Plätzen installiert. - Die Länge wird bei der Installation im Spleißschrank VtS-SPL600 angepasst. - Zur Bündelung und Festlegung der Pigtails ist Klettband L im Lieferumfang enthalten. Die Installation von Pigtails ist unter Punkt 5.3 beschrieben. 20 5.5 Installation der Breakout-Kabel an den Spleißkassetten 1) Länge des Kabels entsprechend der Position des Anschlusspunktes im Belegungsplan des Anwenders anpassen und abisolieren (Mantel, Kevlar, fiber tube entfernen) abisolierte Faserlänge ab Anschlusspunkt = 1,3 m 2) Fan-out (gehört zum Lieferumfang des Kabels) am Kabel montieren. 3) Markierungsziffer auf beiden Seiten des Kabels aufkleben. 4) Fan-out des konfektioniertes Kabels in Kabelhalter an der Spleißkassette einrasten (max. 3 Fan-out pro Kabelhalter). 5) Kabel mittels Klettband an Halte-blech befestigen. Kabelbündel mit ca. 5 Kabeln bilden. Kabelbündel innerhalb der Ösen auf dem Halteblech führen. 6) Faser in Kassette einführen und entsprechend der Montageanweisung Spleiß-Set SCSE ADC-Mat.Nr , die dem Spleißschrank beiliegt, installieren. Folgende Rangierleitungslängen sind erforderlich: Schrankhöhe 1800: Rangierung zwischen oberen Modulen: 4 m Rangierung zwischen unteren Modulen: 6 m Achtung: Rangierkabel müssen im Überlängen-kanal eine Mindestlänge von ca. 1 m haben bzw.sie müssen dem Rangier-weg entsprechen.
