Cut 8LPG hose perpendicular with hose cutter or equivalent cutting device. The cutted surface must be clean and the textile fibre reinforcement must show a clear cut (no frays allowed). 2. Mark assembly depth of the hose according table below. 3. Shift shell of Serie PX-LPG over the cutted hose till it is blocked to the hose end. 4. Push the nipple of Serie PX-LPG straight into the hose till it is blocked by the shell. Allowable connection standards are laid down in document PFDE-ES % visual check there exists no gap and there is no movement possible between shell and nut. 6. Marking of assembly depth (see step 2) must now be located under the shell and must not be visible anymore. NO GAP NO MOVEMENT 7. Crimp the fitting on a 8-segment free adjustable crimper in 1 step till crimp diameter according to the table below is reached. 8. Make sure that only the shell is crimped and measure crimp diameter on three places around the shell circumference with a standard caliper. Frequency: start of production batch; 1:50 during production; end of production batch. 9. Repeat steps 2 till 8 for the other end of the cutted hose. 10.
