2 Sicherheitshinweise Die Montage und Installation der Produkte darf ausschliesslich durch qualifiziertes und erfahrenes Fachpersonal unter Berücksichtigung aller anwendbaren gesetzlichen Sicherheitsbestimmungen und Regelungen erfolgen. Stäubli Electrical Connectors (Stäubli) lehnt jegliche Haftung infolge Nichteinhaltung dieser Warnhinweise ab. Benutzen Sie nur die von Stäubli angegebenen Einzelteile und Werkzeuge. Weichen Sie nicht von den hier beschriebenen Vorgängen zur Vorbereitung und Montage ab, da sonst bei der Selbstkonfektionierung weder die Sicherheit noch die Einhaltung der technischen Daten gewährleistet ist. Ändern Sie das Produkt nicht in irgend einer Weise ab. Nicht von Stäubli hergestellte Steckverbindungen, die mit Stäubli-Elementen steckbar sind und von einigen Herstellern manchmal auch als Stäubli-kompatibel bezeichnet werden, entsprechen nicht den Anforderungen für eine sichere, langzeitstabile elektrische Verbindung und dürfen aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht mit Stäubli-Elementen gesteckt werden. Stäubli übernimmt daher keine Haftung, falls diese von Stäubli nicht freigegebenen Steckverbindungen mit Stäubli-Elementen gesteckt werden und deshalb Schäden entstehen. Die hier beschriebenen Arbeiten dürfen nicht an stromführenden oder unter Spannung stehenden Teilen durchgeführt werden. Der Schutz vor einem elektrischen Schlag muss durch das Endprodukt (d.h. dem korrekt konfigurierten Steckverbinder) gegeben sein und vom Anwender selbst sichergestellt werden. Die Steckverbindungen dürfen nicht unter Last getrennt werden. Das Stecken und Trennen unter Spannung ist zulässig. Vor jedem Gebrauch ist durch Besichtigen (im besonderen die Isolation) zu prüfen, ob keine äusseren Mängel vorhanden sind. Wenn Zweifel bezüglich der Sicherheit bestehen, muss ein Fachmann hinzugezogen werden oder der Steckverbinder muss ausgetauscht werden. Die Steckverbinder im Gehäuse sind vor Wasser geschützt gemäss der für das jeweilige Produkt angegebenen IP-Schutzart. Nicht gesteckte Steckverbinder sind vor Feuchtigkeit und Schmutz zu schützen. Die Steckverbinder dürfen nicht im verschmutzten Zustand miteinander gesteckt werden. Weitere technische Daten entnehmen Sie bitte dem Produktkatalog. Connectors not originally manufactured by Stäubli which can be mated with Stäubli elements and in some cases are even described as Stäubli-compatible by certain manufacturers do not conform to the requirements for safe electrical connection with long-term stability, and for safety reasons must not be plugged together with Stäubli elements. If there are any doubts as to its safety, a specialist must be consulted or the connector must be replaced. The plug connectors in the housing are protected from water in accordance with the IP protection class stated for the relevant product. Zwei Einzelleiter auf ca. 40 mm kürzen und einen auf ca. 30 mm. Einzelleiter auf das Mass L abisolieren. Siehe Tab. 2. (ill. 2) Screw driver size 5 Preparation of the cable (ill. 3) Strip the 6-wired lead insulation to about 60 mm. Shorten two individual conductors to about 40 mm and one to 30 mm. 4 Montage der Leitung (ill. 7) Spannhebel am Motorenprüfstecker umlegen. 4 Schrauben an Gehäuse lösen und Deckel entfernen. Am MK bei jedem Gewindestift, bei dem ein Kabelschuh montiert werden soll, eine Mutter und ein U-Scheibe entfernen. Die drei Muttern am Kabeleingang auf die tiefste Stelle schrauben. Cable mounting (ill. 7) Turn over the clamping lever on the motor terminal plug. Loosen 4 screws on the casing and remove the lid. Remove a nut and a washer on the MK at each threaded pin on which a cable lug is to be fitted. Screw the three nuts to the deepest point of the cable inlet. 7 (ill. 8) Kunststoffrohr mit der Kabelverschraubung am MK abschrauben und über die vorbereitete Leitung schieben. (ill. 8) Unscrew the cable gland together with plastic tube from the MK and push it over the prepared lead (ill. 9) Kabelschuhe bis zum Anschlag auf die Einzelleiter schieben und mittels Presszange POAG-PZ-N (Bestell-Nr ) die Kabelschuhe verpressen. Für Kabelschuhe 2,5 mm mit Zange ELPRESS DKB 0325 verpressen (kann durch Stäubli bezogen werden). (ill. 10) Schrumpfschlauchstücke über die Kabelschuhe ziehen und mittels Warmluftgebläse schrumpfen. Hinweis: Um die schwimmende Montage der einzelnen Spannzangen nicht einzuschrenken, müssen die Querverbindungen bei Dreieck oder Stern Anschluss flexibel gestaltet sein (Kabel oder Dehnverbinder). (ill. 9) Push te cable lugs onto athe individual conductors as far as they will go and crimp by means of the POAG-PZ-N crimping ttol (Order No ). Crimp 2,5 mm cable lugs with the ELPRESS DKB 0325 tool. (can be obtained through Stäubli). (ill. 10) Pull the pieces of shrink tubing over the cable lugs ans shrink them by means of a hot-air blower. Note: In order not to impair the floating mounting of the individual tongs, the cross-connections in a star or delta arrangement must be flexible (cables or extending connectors). (ill. 11) Leitungen durch die Bohrung im MK einführen und auf die Gewindebolzen stecken. U-Scheibe aufsetzen und mit den Muttern festschrauben. Anzugsdrehmoment siehe Tab. 1. Kunststoffrohr mit der Kabelverschraubung in den MK einschrauben und beides fest anziehen. (ill. 11) Insert leads through the hole in the MK and connect onto threaded pins. Gewinde- Bolzen-Längen: MK4-6 = 4-7 mm MK5-6 = 4,5-8 mm MK6-6 = 5-9 mm MK8-6 = 7-17 mm MK10-6 = 8-17 mm Assembly (ill. 12) Screw the casing lid back on. The MK is now ready for use.
