Für höchste thermische Beanspruchung empfehlen wir den Einsatz unseres keramischen Mantelstrahlrohres. Radiant Tube System Recufire recuperative burners are conceived for an application in indirect heating systems such as single-ended radiant tubes, P- and double-p radiant tubes. Heat is transferred to the furnace chamber by temperature radiation of the radiant tube. In combination with the ceramic segment flame tube FIREFLEX, maximum temperature uniformity is achieved with the different radiant tube diameters and gas types. The patented segment flame tube FIREFLEX allows a considerable deflection range of metallic flame tubes without suffering any damage itself (see picture). We would advise our ceramic single-ended radiant tubes which are laid out for coping with the most exacting thermal stress. 3 3/8 Offene Beheizung er IBS-Abgasejektor macht die Technologie der -Rekuperatorbrenner auch für Industrieöfen mit offener Beheizung verfügbar. er nach dem Prinzip einer Jet-Pumpe wirkende Abgasejektor sorgt für eine 100%ige Absaugung der Abgase aus dem Ofenraum über den Rekuperator des Brenners. ie einstellbare Saugwirkung des Abgasejektors ermöglicht die direkte Einflussnahme auf den Ofenraumdruck. Mit dem keramischen Rekuperator aus SiSiC wird der Rekuperatorbrenner auch für höchste thermische Beanspruchungen, wie sie z.b. in Schmiedöfen auftreten, einsetzbar. The stated exhaust gas temperature before Recu indicates the furnace chamber temperature in open heated furnace systems. In furnaces heated by radiant tubes the exhaust gas temperature before Recu is about K above the furnace chamber temperature. This fact must be taken into account when choosing the burner (ceramic material for higher temperatures). Für Neubau und Modernisierung bietet IBS BrennerRekuperator-Kombinationen, welche die Vorteile der hocheffizienten -Rekuperatoren auch für U-Strahlrohre nutzbar machen. W-Strahlrohre bieten eine deutlich größere Abstrahlfläche als U-Strahlrohre, so dass diese mit höheren Brennerleistungen betrieben werden können. Für W- und U-Strahlrohre bietet IBS eine hochwirksame Emissionsminderungstechnologie, mit welcher sich sehr niedrige NOx-Emissionswerte bei gleichzeitig sehr ho-her Verbrennungsluftvorwärmung erreichen lassen. In waste gas operation with the hotcombustion chamber the burner is only for supporting the process or off. The burner emissions and the clean gas value are depending from the chamber temperature, the holding time and the air guiding in the chamber. This values and the construction of the combustion chamber have to be adapted to the composition of the waste gas. Clean gas values and emissions won t be guaranted in waste gas operation. The emissions during the heat up phase with fresh air will be guaranted.
