3 1 IMPOSTAZIONI GENERALI Caro cliente, La ringraziamo dell acquisto di questo prodotto. Il presente documento descrive come installare ed utilizzare il modello di Easy dome II IP URMET Domus S.p.A. Sch.1093/652IP. NOTA BENE Per maggiori approfondimenti, fare riferimento al manuale istruzioni presente sul Cd a corredo del prodotto AVVERTENZE ALIMENTAZIONE Prima di collegare l'apparecchio alla rete di alimentazione accertarsi che i dati di targa siano rispondenti a quelli della rete di distribuzione. E' opportuno prevedere a monte degli apparecchi un idoneo interruttore di sezionamento e di protezione. In caso di guasto e/o cattivo funzionamento togliere l alimentazione tramite l interruttore generale. PRECAUZIONI D USO Assicurarsi dell integrità dell apparecchio dopo averlo tolto dall imballo. Controllare che la temperatura d esercizio sia nei limiti indicati e che l ambiente non sia particolarmente umido. SUPPORTO DI MEMORIA (SD CARD) Quando si utilizza la scheda per la prima volta, è necessario procedere alla sua formattazione. La scheda può essere inserita in un unica direzione; qualsiasi forzatura potrebbe danneggiarla. Il supporto di memoria utilizzato è sensibile agli urti, agli sbalzi di temperatura ed alle vibrazioni. L inosservanza di tali avvertenze oltre a compromettere il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo potrebbe causare la perdita dei dati contenuti sul supporto impiegato. In caso di riparazione, prima di portare l apparecchio al centro assistenza è consigliabile effettuare il salvataggio dei dati considerati importanti. Per maggiori informazioni consultare l indirizzo web AGGIORNAMENTO FIRMWARE Si consiglia di consultare periodicamente l Area Tecnica Servizio Clienti di URMET Domus SpA al fine di verificare la disponibilità di eventuali aggiornamenti firmware. CONFIGURAZIONE DI RETE L indirizzo IP di fabbrica dei dispositivi è il seguente: Utilizzando il software Urmet IP-Finder o il Client Software o Internet Explorer assegnare al dispositivo un indirizzo IP non utilizzato in rete da altri dispositivi al fine di evitare conflitti. Dopo aver configurato correttamente l indirizzo IP del dispositivo sarà possibile collegare quest ultimo in rete. CONNESSIONI DI RETE Quando si effettua una connessione con un pc remoto (mediante Software Client o I.E.) occorre tenere in considerazione che a qualunque canale video utilizzato sul pc corrisponde una connessione di tipo unicast (TCP, RTP, UDP). Il dispositivo è in grado di supportare fino a 6 connessioni unicast, ovvero è possibile visualizzare il flusso video da un massimo di 6 postazioni pc remote connesse. DS

4 CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI DEL COLLEGAMENTO VIDEO Il Kit Easy Dome II 1093/652IP permette di realizzare il collegamento ad un network su rete TCP/IP di un modello di Easy Dome II (1092/650 o 1092/665). Il collegamento viene realizzato all interno del Box di collegamento che fornisce alimentazione alla Dome e che permette l installazione in esterni tramite staffa dedicata. Elevata qualità delle immagini video. Compressione H.264. Eventi di allarme di tipo: motion, sensori, oscuramento e interruzione del segnale video. Interfaccia di rete 10/100 autoadattante. Visualizzazione e gestione completa da remoto mediante software dedicato e pagina Web Internet Explorer. Funzione dual-stream: possibilità di generare due flussi video indipendenti: uno principale dedicato alla registrazione in locale; uno dedicato secondario alla visualizzazione da remoto via network. Compatibilità con il software Urmet DVR DVS per la videosorveglianza mobile. Funzione watermarking su player (certificazione che le immagini in riproduzione siano state effettivamente registrate dal dispositivo stesso). Capacità di ospitare SD Card* (con funzione di back-up) con capacità fino a 2GB. Gestione di numerosi apparati su rete tramite software dedicato. Dimensioni compatte. 5 2 INSTALLAZIONE Individuato il punto dove installare il dispositivo, procedere nel seguente modo: Eseguire i fori di fissaggio secondo il tipo di parete (cemento, legno, etc) ed il dispositivo di fissaggio impiegato. Fissare il box di collegamento alla parete, avendo l avvertenza di rivolgere sempre i passacavi verso il basso. Inserire nel passacavo tutti i cavi necessari al corretto funzionamento della telecamera. Collegare il cavo seriale della linea RS485 della tastiera ai morsetti a vite 485+ e 485- ubicati all interno del box di collegamento (cavo identificabile con l etichetta RS485 ). 6 Nel caso che sia necessario utilizzare il segnale video locale della Easy Dome, collegare il BNC di uscita video della telecamera, posto all interno del box di collegamento, all utilizzatore previsto. Per inserire la scheda SD sul dispositivo procedere nel modo sotto indicato: Svitare con un cacciavite a taglio le tre viti indicate in figura. SVITARE PER ACCEDERE ALLA SLITTA PORTA SD CARD Rimuovere il circuito. Inserire nella slitta porta SD la scheda sino a che non si blocchi. Una volta correttamente inserita la scheda SD, posizionare il circuito all interno dell involucro fissandolo con le tre viti precedentemente rimosse. DS

7 Connettere il connettore della rete IP alla femmina presente sulla scheda tramite un cavo UTP di categoria 5 o superiore Connettere, se previsti, i 4 ingressi di allarme gestiti dalla Easy Dome II e l uscita di allarme locale contrassegnata PTZ) E anche possibile remotizzare su rete IP un ingresso di allarme o comandare da rete IP un uscita di allarme. Per ottenere ciò occorre: programmare uno qualunque dei 4 ingressi di allarme (fare riferimento al manuale completo all interno della confezione della Sch. 1092/650 o 1092/665 paragrafo Programmazioni degli ingressi di allarme sottomenu ALARMS ) sull uscita 1 della dome, in questo modo l ingresso di allarme scelto verrà ridirezionato su di un ingresso di allarme remotizzabile su IP e quindi sarà possibile gestire e visualizzare il suo stato attraverso il software NVMplus (per maggiori dettagli vedere il Capitolo 9 del manuale dell NVMplus). E anche possibile controllare un uscita elettrica uscita 1 NET) attraverso il software NVMplus (per maggiori dettagli vedere il Capitolo 8 del manuale dell NVMplus). PROGRAMMAZIONE LOCALE E USO DELLA EASY DOME II Per l utilizzo e la programmazione locale delle Easy Dome II, fare riferimento al manuale completo all interno della confezione della Sch. 1092/650 o 1092/665. Per la programmazione del prodotti su rete IP fare invece riferimento alle parti seguenti. DS

9 3 MESSA IN SERVIZIO DELLA CONNESSIONE VIDEO SU RETE IP Lanciare il software Urmet IP Finder installato sul PC, cliccare su Avvia e verificare che il Kit compaia nella tabella di dispositivi rilevati dall Urmet IP Finder come da figura. Prendere nota dell indirizzo IP visualizzato. Terminare l applicazione Urmet IP Finder cliccando su Esci. Lanciare Internet Explorer e digitare nella barra degli indirizzi (indirizzo di default) o l indirizzo precedentemente visualizzato con l IP Finder. Se viene richiesta l installazione di un componente ActiveX, verificare che ciò avvenga nelle modalità che seguono, altrimenti procedere al punto Verifica dispositivo su rete. Partendo dalla pagina iniziale predefinita Fare doppio click sull icona. Apparirà la schermata di Proprietà Protezione Internet. DS

10 Selezionare l area Siti attendibili. Cliccare sulla voce Siti. Apparirà la seguente videata. Aggiungere l indirizzo IP del dispositivo ( nel campo Aggiungi il sito web all area. Cliccare sul pulsante Aggiungi. Apparirà la seguente videata di conferma. DS

11 NOTA BENE Non selezionare la voce Richiedi verifica server ( per tutti i siti dell area. Cliccare ripetutamente su OK per concludere. Procedere con l installazione dell Active X. Verifica dispositivo su rete Dopo aver lanciato Internet Explorer e digitato nella barra degli indirizzi apparirà direttamente la schermata di Login: inserire come UserName admin e Password e lasciare la porta Fare doppio click sulla Dome per l anteprima video e verificare che l immagine ripresa dalla telecamera sia nitida e messa a fuoco. Per movimentare la Dome utilizzare le frecce che si trovano sulla destra dell interfaccia, verificare che la telecamera si muova correttamente. Verificare inoltre che sia in grado di effettuare lo zoom in avanti e in dietro utilizzando i pulsanti sotto le frecce. Configurazione Avvio video Controlli dome NB Qualora non sia possibile muovere la Dome, verificare che i parametri dell interfaccia RS-485 siano corretti, andandoli a controllare in Configure enter remote configuration->serial port settings->rs485 settings. 14 GENERAL INFORMATION Dear Customer, Thank you for purchasing this product. This document shows how to install and use the URMET Domus Easy Dome // Day/Night cameras Ref. 1092/650 and Ref.1092/665. NOTE For complete information, please refer to the instruction manual inside the CD included in the box WARNINGS POWER Make sure that the rating plate data corresponds to the power specifications before connecting the device to the mains. Arrange a suitable circuit breaker and fuse upstream of the devices. Disconnect power by means of the circuit breaker in the event of a failure and/or bad operation. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Keep the device away from rain and humidity to prevent risk of fire and electrocution. Do not introduce material (solid or liquid) inside. If this should accidentally occur, disconnect the device from the mains and have it inspected by qualified personnel. Never open the device. In all cases, contact a qualified personnel or authorised service centre for repairs. Keep the device away from children, to prevent accidental damage. Do not touch the device with wet hands to prevent electrical shock or mechanical damage. Do not use the device if it should fall or the external casing is damaged. Risk of electrocution if the device is used in such conditions. Contact the retailer or authorised installer. MEMORY MEDIUM (SD CARD) Format the card before using for the first time. The card can only fit in one way. Do not force it in to prevent damage. The memory medium is sensitive to shocks, temperature differences and vibrations. Disrespect of these precautions can compromise correct operation of the device and loss of data stored on the medium. If repairs are required, it is advisable to backup all important data before taking the device to the service centre. URMET Domus S.p.A. is not liable for loss of stored data. IMAGE RECORDING This device was designed to record images, not as a burglar alarm. URMET Domus S.p.A. cannot be held liable for loss or damage following theft sustained by the user. Make a test recording before using the device to make sure that is working correctly. Please note that URMET Domus S.p.A. is not liable for loss of stored data consequent to loss or damage caused by incorrect observation installation, use, improper use or malfunctioning of the device. This device contains precision electronic components. Protect the device from shocks to ensure correct recording of images. PRIVACY AND COPYRIGHT The Video Server is a CCTV system device. Recording of imagines is subject to the laws in force in your country. Recording of images protected by copyright is forbidden. Product users shall be responsible for checking and respecting all local rules and regulations concerning monitoring and recording video signals. The manufacturing SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for use of this product not in compliance with the laws in force. FIRMWARE UPGRADES Periodically check the URMET Domus SpA Customer Service Technical Area for firmware upgrades. NETWORK CONFIGURATION The default IP address of the devices is: Use Urmet IP-Finder or Client Software or Internet Explorer to assign an IP address not used on the network by other devices to the device to avoid conflicts. After having correctly configured the IP address, the device can be connected to the network. NETWORK CONNECTIONS When connecting to a remote PC (using Client Software or I.E.), remember that all video channels used by the PC correspond to a unicast type connection (TCP, RTP, UDP). The device is capable of supporting up to 6 unicast connections, i.e. it can display the video stream from up to 6 remote PC stations. DS

15 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Easy Dome II 1093/652IP kit allows to connect an Easy Dome II (1092/650 or 1092/665) to a TCP/IP network. The connection is made inside the connection box which provides power supply to the Dome and allows outdoor installation with a dedicated bracket. GENERAL FEATURES High video image quality. H.264 compression. Alarm type events: motion detection, sensors, video blackout and video signal interruption. Self-adapting 10/100 network interface. Full remote viewing and management using dedicated software and Internet Explorer web page. Dual-stream function: possibility of generating two independent video streams: one main steam for recording to local hard disk; one secondary steam for remote viewing via network. Compatible with Urmet DVR DVS mobile video surveillance software. Player watermarking function (certification that the pictures during playback were actually recorded by a certain device). Capable of fitting an SD Card* (for back-up purposes) with a capacity of up to 2GB. Management for various devices in a network using dedicated software. Compact size. 16 INSTALLATION Identify the camera installation point and proceed as follows: Drill holes according to the type of wall (cement, wood, etc.) and the fastening devices used. Fasten the connection box to the wall making sure that the wire fairleads are facing downwards. Insert the wires needed for the correct operation of the camera in the fairleads. Connect the alarm output connector to the terminal board in the connection box. Connect the alarm input connector to the terminal board in the connection box. Connect the RS485 line serial cable of the control panel (included with the control panel) to the R+ and R- terminals in the connection box (using the RS485 cable). 17 If the Easy Dome local video signal must be used, connect camera BNC video output, in the connection box, to the desired device. In order to insert the SD card, follow these steps: Unscrew the following 3 screws. Remove the PC Board. Insert the SD card until its block. Reinstall the PC Board with the described 3 screws. DS

18 If needed, connect 4 alarm inputs managed by Easy Dome II and the local alarm output marked as PTZ: It is also possible to implement a remote management of an alarm input by IP network or command an alarm output via IP network. To do this: program any of the 4 alarm inputs (see the manual provided with Ref. 1092/650 or 1092/665, paragraph Alarm inputs programming submenu ALARM ) on the output 1 of the dome. In this way the selected alarm input will be redirected to an alarm input which can be remotely controlled by IP; its status can be managed and displayed with NVMplus software (for further details, see Chapter 9 of NVMplus manual). It is also possible to activate an electric output (NET output 1) with NVMplus software (for further details, see Chapter 8 of NVMplus manual). Fasten the bracket to the connection box. LOCAL PROGRAMMING AND USE OF EASY DOME II For Easy Dome II use and local programming, please refer to the complete manual provided with Ref. 1092/650 or 1092/665. For product programming performed by IP network, please refer to see the following sections. DS

20 VIDEO CONNECTION ON IP NETWORK Start Urmet IP Finder Software on the PC, click on Avvia and verify that the Kit is in the table list of the detected devices as displayed. Take note of the IP address. End Urmet IP Finder application clicking on Esci. Start Internet Explorer and write (default address) or the previously displayed address in the Address Bar. If the installation of an ActiveX is requested, do it in the following mode, otherwise go to Verification of the device on the Network Starting from the home page Double click on. The Properties - Internet Security window will appear. Select Trusted sites and check that the protection level is low. DS

21 Click on Sites The following screen will appear. Add the IP address of the device (to display the address, press F2 on the front panel of the device) in the Add this website to the zone field. Click on Add. The following confirmation screen will appear. DS

22 IMPORTANT NOTE Do not check Require server verification (https) for all sites in this zone. Click on OK several times to end the procedure. Proceed by installing Active X. Verification of the device on the Network After the start of Internet Explorer with the address Login request will appear: insert UserName = admin and Password = and leave the port Double click on the Dome identification for its preview and verify that image is clear and with the correct focus. In order to move the Dome, use the buttons on the right and verify the correct movements. Then also verify the use of the zoom. Configuration Start video Dome controls NB If it is not possible to move the Dome, check the RS-485 parameters in the following menu: Configure enter remote configuration->serial port settings->rs485 settings. WARNUNGEN STROMVERSORGUNG Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Typenschilddaten den Stromversorgungsspezifikationen entsprechen, bevor Sie das Gerät an das Stromnetz anschließen. Nehmen Sie Kontakt mit dem Händler oder einer Fachfirma auf. SPEICHER MEDIUM (SD CARD) Formatieren Sie die Karte vor der ersten Verwendung. Die Karte passt nur in einer Richtung. Vertauschen Sie diese nicht, um eine Beschädigung zu vermeiden. Das Speichermedium ist empfindlich gegen Erschütterungen, Temperaturunterschiede und Vibrationen. Das Beachten dieser Schutzmaßnahmen stellt die Funktion sicher und verhindert einen Verlust der auf dem Medium gespeicherter Daten. Wenn eine Reparatur erforderlich ist, ist es ratsam alle wichtigen Daten zu Sichern bevor Sie das Gerät zum Servicecenter bringen. URMET Domus S.p.A. kann im Falle eines Verlustes gespeicherter Daten nicht haftbar gemacht werden. BILDAUFZEICHNUNGEN Dieses Gerät ist nicht als Diebstahlsicherung ausgelegt, sondern zum Aufzeichnen von Bildern. Daher können die Unternehmen Grothe GmbH und URMET Domus S.p.A., sollte der Benutzer Opfer eines Diebstahls werden, für daraus folgende Verluste oder Schäden nicht haftbar gemacht werden. Führen Sie eine Probeaufzeichnung durch, bevor das Gerät eingesetzt wird, um zu überprüfen ob der Vorgang korrekt erfolgt. Dieses Gerät enthält elektronische Präzisionskomponenten. Um die korrekte Aufzeichnung der Bilder zu garantieren, während dieses Vorgangs das Gerät keinen Schlägen oder Stößen aussetzen. DATENSCHUTZ UND COPYRIGHT Der digitale Videorecorder ist ein CCTV-Gerät. Die Bildaufzeichnung unterliegt den geltenden Bestimmungen des Betreiberlandes. Darüber hinaus ist die Aufzeichnung von urheberrechtlich geschützten Bildern untersagt. Der Geräteanwender ist für die Kontrolle und Einhaltung aller örtlichen in Bezug auf Videoüberwachungen und Videoaufzeichnungen geltenden Vorschriften und Bestimmungen verantwortlich. Der Hersteller kann nicht für einen Gebrauch des Geräts haftbar gemacht werden, der nicht mit den geltenden Bestimmungen übereinstimmt. AKTUALISIERUNG DER FIRMWARE Es wird empfohlen, regelmäßig den technischen Kundendienstbereich von URMET Domus SpA auf eventuelle Firmware-Aktualisierungen zu überprüfen. DS

26 NETZWERKKONFIGURATION Die werkseitige IP-Adresse des Gerätes ist die Folgende: Verwenden Sie Urmet IP-Finder oder Client Software oder Internet Explorer und weisen Sie dem Gerät eine IP-Netzwerkadresse zu, die nicht von anderen Geräten verwendet wird, um Konflikte zu. Nach Einstellung der richtigen IP-Adresse kann das Gerät an das Netzwerk angeschlossen werden. NETZWERKVERBINDUNGEN Bei Herstellung einer Verbindung über Fernrechner (mittels Client-Software oder IE), ist zu beachten, dass jedem auf dem PC verwendeten Videokanal eine Unicast-Verbindung entspricht (TCP, RTP, UDP etc). Das Gerät kann bis zu 6 Unicast Verbindungen unterstützten, d.h. es können die Videostreams von bis zu 6 Remote PC Stationen angezeigt werden. 27 INSTALLATION Suchen Sie den Kamera Installationsort und gehen Sie dann folgendermaßen vor: Bohren Sie die Löcher entsprechend des Wandtyps (Zement, Holz, etc.) und der verwendeten Befestigungsgeräte. Befestigen Sie die Befestigungsbox an der Wand und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Kabelaussparung nach unten zeigen. Führen Sie die Kabel die für die korrekte Funktion der Kamera benötigt werden in die Kabelaussparung ein. 28 Wenn das lokale Easy Dome Videosignal verwendet werden muss, verbinden Sie Kamera BNC Video Ausgang, in der Verbindungsbox, mit dem gewünschten Gerät. Zum Einstecken der SD Karte, folgen Sie diesen Schritten: Lösen Sie die 3 folgenden Schrauben. Entfernen Sie die PC Baugruppe. Stecken Sie die SD Karte ein bis diese verriegelt. Befestigen Sie die PC Baugruppe wieder mit den 3 beschriebenen Schrauben. DS

29 Falls erforderlich, verbinden Sie die 4 durch Easy Dome II verwalteten Alarmeingänge mit dem als PTZ markierten lokalen Alarmausgang: Es ist ebenfalls möglich, eine Fernverwaltung eines Alarmeinganges über ein IP Netzwerk einzurichten oder einen Alarmausgang über das IP Netzwerk zu steuern. Um dies auszuführen: programmieren Sie einen beliebigen der 4 Alarmeingänge (siehe Bedienungsanleitung zu Typ 1092/650 oder 1092/665, Abschnitt Alarmeingänge Programmierung, Untermenü ALARM ) auf den Ausgang 1 der Dome. Über diesen Weg wird der ausgewählte Alarmeingang auf einen Alarmeingang, der Remote über IP gesteuert werden kann, umgeleitet; sein Status kann mit der NVMplus Software (für weitere Details, siehe Kapitel 9 der NVMplus Bedienungsanleitung) verwaltet und angezeigt werden. Es ist ebenfalls mit der NVMplus Software (für weitere Details, siehe Kapitel 8 der NVMplus Bedienungsanleitung) möglich einen elektrischen Ausgang (NET Ausgang 1) zu aktivieren. 31 VIDEO VERBINDUNG IM IP NETZWERK Starten Sie die Urmet IP Finder Software auf dem PC, klicken Sie auf Avvia und überprüfen Sie, daß das Set in der Liste der erkannten Geräte angezeigt wird. Merken Sie sich die IP Adresse. Beenden Sie die Urmet IP Finder Applikation durch Klick auf Esc. Starten Sie den Internet Explorer und geben Sie die folgende Adresse in die Adressleiste ein (Standartadresse), oder die zuvor angezeigte Adresse. Wenn Sie zur Installation von ActiveX aufgefordert werden verfahren Sie wie folgt, andernfalls fahren Sie mit Bestätigen des Gerätes im Netzwerk fort. 34 Bestätigen des Gerätes im Netzwerk Nach dem Start des Internet Explorer mit der Adresse erscheint eine Login Abfrage: geben Sie den Benutzernamen = admin und das Passwort = und belassen Sie den Port Doppelklick auf die Dome Identifikation zur Voransicht und überprüfen Sie dass das Bild klar und mit der richtigen Schärfe dargestellt wird. Verwenden Sie zum Bewegen der Dome die Tasten auf der rechten Seite und überprüfen Sie die korrekte Bewegung. Dann überprüfen Sie ebenso die Verwendung des Zooms.
