2 1. Hardware-Konfiguratio. Hardware Configuration 1.1 Netzwerkadresse.1 Network Addresses Ob es sich um ein Einzelgerät oder ein Verbund von TopCons handelt, die Netzwerkadressen sind dazu da, dem jeweiligen TopCon seinen physischen Platz in der Matrix zuzuordnen. Die Netzwerkadressen werden mit den ID-Selector-Drehschalter auf der Frontplatte des Netzgerätes eingestellt. Offene Interlockkreise müssen geschlossen werden. Die einzelnen TopCons in einem Verbund müssen mit einem CAN-Kabel verbunden werden. Open CAN connectors must be closed with a CAN terminal resistor. Software Configuration 2.1 System-Configuratio.1 System Configuration Ob es sich um ein Einzelgerät oder ein Verbund von TopCons handelt, die System-Configuration ist dazu da, die Verbundbetriebsart (Parallel, Serie oder Multiload) festzulegen. Die System- Configuration wird mit Hilfe der PC-Software TopControl eingestellt. The type of multi-unit operation (parallel, series, or multi-load) is set in the system configuration section of the PC software TopControl. Folgendes Beispiel zeigt die Konfiguration für einen Parallel-Verbund mit 3 TopCons Following example shows the configuration for a multi unit system with 3 TopCons in parallel 001. 5 2.2 HMI-ID 2.2 HMI-ID Für diesen Artikel gilt: Die externe Bedien- und Anzeige-Einheit RCU ist gleichbedeutend mit der eingebauten Bedien- und Anzeige-Einheit HMI. Wird ein Verbundsystem mit mehreren HMI s zusammengeschaltet, so müssen die einzelnen Bedieneinheiten (HMI oder RCU) mit unterschiedlichen Identifikationsnummern konfiguriert werden. Das Menu zur Konfiguration der Identifikationsnummer steckt im Entwickler-Menu. Der Zugriff zu diesem Entwickler-Menu erfolgt, indem man den TopCon mit Hilfe des Sicherungsautomaten einschaltet und gleichzeitig die Menü- Taste drückt und gedrückt hält bis die Login-Prozedur beendet ist. Das Entwickler-Menu enthält unter anderem das Untermenu HMI ident number. Die Identifikationsnummer kann durch auswählen dieses Untermenus konfiguriert werden. Mit Hilfe des Untermenus save HMI settings können die geänderten Konfigurationen gespeichert werden. Both types of control units are identical with regard to software configuration. If a TopCon multi-unit system contains more than one HMI, the individual HMI s must be configured with different ID s. The menu for the configuration of the HMI-ID can be accessed in the following way: Power up the TopCon unit by switching on the main breaker and AT THE SAME TIME keep the MENU button on the front panel pushed until the log-in procedure is terminated. The menu at your disposal contains an entry called HMI ident of numbers. Set now the HMI-ID according to the table above. Save your setting by means of the menu entry save HMI settings.
