16 Eckventile Technische Merkmale Die Eckventile werden in Kältemittelkreisläufen von Kälteanlagen eingesetzt. Sie sind Vorrichtungen, die für das Absperren, Sichern und Steuern von Kältemittelmassenströmen verwendet werden. Die Betätigung der Eckventile erfolgt von Hand. Durch die verschiedenen Anschlussarten ist das Einbinden in Kältemittelleitungen und der Anschluss an Kompressoren, Behältern usw. möglich. Die Eckventile sind nach DIN EN 12284: ausgelegt. Die Eckventile entsprechen der ROHS 2002 / 95 EG(Richtlinie zur Vermeidung gefährlicher Stoffe) und der Druckgeräterichtlinie 97/23/EG. Konstruktive Merkmale - Stahl-Gehäuse, aus mehreren Teilen variabel zusammengesetzt. - Hochfeste und absolut dichte Hartlötverbindung durch Schutzgasofenlötung - Überprüfung der Festigkeit und Dichtheit an jeder Armatur - Einsatz von hochtemperaturbeständigen Stopfbuchsenpackungen aus Grafit, Nachspannen der Stopfbuchse ist jederzeit möglich. - Oberflächenveredlung durch Verzinnen, Verkupfern bzw. Kombinationsbeschichtungen - Geringe Masse durch optimale Materialausnutzung - Einsatz von robusten und dichten Schraubkappen aus Kunststoff - Absperrbare Bördelanschlüsse 7/16-20 UNF in verschiedenen Positionen zum Anschluß von Manometern - Nichtabsperrbare Bördelanschlüsse 7/16-20 UNF in verschiedenen Positionen zum Anschluß von Druckwächtern - Spindelrückdichtung bei vollständig geöffnetem Ventil Ausführung Die Eckventile ermöglichen aufgrund ihres Aufbaues eine sehr große Variantenvielfalt. Als Anschlussarten und -größen sind vorgesehen: - Lötanschluss für Rohraußendurchmesser von 6 mm bis 54 mm und für Zoll-Rohr 1/4 bis 1 5/8. Die Lötanschlüsse für mm- und Zoll-Rohre sind kombinierbar. - Bördelanschlüsse mit Amerikanischen Unified - Gewinde nach ASME B1.1 für Rohraußendurchmesser 6mm bis 15mm und für Zoll-Rohr 1/4 bis 5/8 (auf Kundenwunsch bis 18 mm bzw. 3/4 ) - Rotalock-Anschluss: UST-Gewinde: 3/4-16 UNF UST-Gewinde: 1-14 UNS UST-Gewinde: 1 1/4-12 UNF UST-Gewinde: 1 3/4-12 UN UST-Gewinde: 2 1/4-12 UN - 2-Schrauben Flanschanschluss von 35 mm 70 mm Lochabstand Die aufgeführten Anschlußarten werden in den verschiedensten Kombinationen geliefert. 17 Angle valves Technical features The angle valves are used in refrigerant circuits of refrigerating plants. They are appliances used for closing, securing and controlling the mass flow of refrigerants and are operated manually. The different types of connections make it possible to integrate these valves into refrigerant pipelines and to connect them with compressors, tanks etc. The angle valves are designed and dimensioned in accordance with DIN EN 12284: and correspond to ROHS 2002/95 EC (Directive for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances) as well as to the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC. Design features - steel casing, variably composed of several modules - high-strength and absolutely tight joints, brazed in a protective atmosphere furnace - each fitting has been subjected to strength and tightness checks - use of high-temperature resistant gland packings made of graphite, the gland seal can be retensioned at any time - surface finishing by tin plating, copper plating or combination coating - low mass due to the optimal utilization of material - use of sturdy and tight plastic screw caps - flare connections 7/16-20 UNF in various positions for connecting pressure gauges (can be shut off) - flare connections 7/16-20 UNF in various positions for connecting manostats (cannot be shut off) - spindle back sealing, when the valve is completely open Design Due to their structural design, the angle valves can be produced and offered in a large variety with the following connecting types and dimensions: - soldering connection for external pipe diameters ranging between 6 mm and 54 mm as well as 1/4-1 5/8 inch; the soldering connections for pipes in cm and inch can be combined - flare connections with American unified thread pursuant to ASME B1.1 for external pipe diameters ranging between 6 mm an5 mm as well as ¼ - 5/8 inch (up to 18 mm or ¾ at the customer s request) - Rotalock connections: UST thread: 3/4-16 UNF UST thread: 1-14 UNS UST thread: 1 1/4-12 UNF UST thread: 1 3/4-12 UN UST thread: 2 1/4-12 UN - 2-bolt flange connection ranging between 35 mm and 70 mm (hole center distance) The connecting types listed above can be supplied in the most different combinations.
