PG 42 S stage are plastic in two and threestage gearboxes, the ring gear and planet gears of the second and third stages are metal. PG 52 Special versions are available with a welded shaft. PG 52 H stage are plastic helical spur gears for especially quiet running. Both plastic and metal versions are possible. Versions with the gear in one piece with its shaft (marked yellow in the table) are only available on request. PG 60 stage are helical spur gears for especially quiet running. The plastic planet gears run in an aluminum ring gear. PG 70 stage are plastic; the planet gears of PG 75 New planetary gearbox in one, two and three stage versions. The gearbox is optimized for combinations with the new motor BG75 and delivers continuous torque of max 160 Nm. The gearbox is available in many ratios from 4:1 to 700:1.
