DIESEN JOB TEILEN We are seeking a Dean f/m to head the EBS Business School; this position is combined with a professorship in any specialist business administration field. Your Responsibilities: Head of our Business School Strengthening our school`s profile, both nationally and internationally, in particular further strategic development of our programs based on research and teaching, as well as enhancing the cooperation with our Law School Managing the accreditations of the Business School Intensifying and cultivating our national and international university network and EBS existing

3 Page 3 of 7 corporate network Further developing EBS Executive Education GmbH Your Profile: University education and doctorate, as well as relevant postdoctoral qualification or equivalent academic achievement Experience in leading an academic organization as well as national and international executive committee work Excellent networking at national and international level in academic, corporate and political fields Confident and authentic demeanor combined with high-level communication skills and assertiveness English: business fluent, German: preferable, additional foreign language welcome but not a requirement We are offering a stimulating and challenging assignment with plenty of creative scope in a dynamic, international and futureoriented environment as well as an attractive, performance-oriented pay-packet.
