4 To facilitate the exact assignment of individual fittings/sockets the plug/socket connections are numbered according to the following diagrams. Zur exakten Zuordnung einzelner Stecknippel/Steckbuchsen sind die Steckerplatze/ Buchsenplatze numeriert Alle Steckeransichten von der Verbindungs- seite. All plugs are viewed from the connection side. 4. Installation 4. Montage Hinweis: - Steckelemente vor der Montage am Schnapprand fetten. -Steckereinsatz am Augenring unter- legen. Unterleghohe: 15 mm. - Steckelemente stets vom Rand zur Mitte hin montieren. Dann ist ein weiteres Unterlegen des Einsatzes beim Einpressen der einzel- nen Steckelemente nicht erforderlich. - Steckelemente nur langsam einpressen. Schlagartige Belastungen schadigen die Einsatze. Please note: -Grease the plug elements on the clip-in edge before fitting. -Place a spacer ring below the plug insert, height 15 mm. -Always fit the plug elements from the edge towards the centre. It is not then necessary to place a further spacer ring below the plug insert when the individual plug elements are pressed in. -Press the plug elements in slowly. Sudden stress can damage the inserts.

5 Preliminary assembly Vormontage Plug side steckerseitig: Clip-in edge Schnapprand Plastic bolt (not metal) Kunststoffbolzen (kein Metall) socket side dosenseitig: Plastic bolt (not metal) Kunststoffbolzen (kein Metall) 0 8 mm (max. 8,4 mm) StecknippeVSteckbuchsen sind richtig mon- tiert, wenn ihr Bund durch die Rosettenboh- rung durchgeschnappt ist. Barbed fittings/sockets are correctly assembled when their collars have snapped into the rosette holes.

6 Final Assembly Endmontage Hinweis: Aul3engewinde der Dose vor Montage mit Schmiermittel einstreichen. Screw protective onto the inner up to the beaded edge. Push connector ontothe plug with mounted barbed fittings. Press protective tubing wish inner bushing into housing (observe position of beaded edge). Set plug into housing half. Note: that the transverse ridge must snap into groove in housing half. Screw on housing using slotted head screws 0. bis zum Bordelrand auf schrauben. auf mit montierten Stecknippeln schieben. Schutzschlauch mit lnnentulle in dri.icken (Lage des Brdelrandes beachten). in Geh&sehMte einlegen.
