Sicherheitshinweise / Safety instructions ACHTUNG / ATTENTION Zur Vermeidung von Gefahren und Beschädigungen ist die Armatur entsprechend den in der Betriebsanweisung angeführten Sicherheitshinweise und technischen Daten einzusetzen. To avoid danger and damage, the fitting must be used in accordance with the safety instructions and technical data contained in the operating instructions. 2.1 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise / General safety instructions GEFAHR Durch den Ausbau des Ventils sowie Ventilbaugruppen aus der Anlage können ausströmende Flüssigkeiten oder Gase Verletzungen verursachen. Ausbau erst dann vornehmen, wenn mit absoluter Sicherheit die Anlage druck- flüssigkeits- und gasfrei entlastet ist. Verletzungsgefahr! Bei pneum. Betätigung nicht in das Ventilgehäuse oder in die Laterne hineinfassen. Glieder können gequetscht oder abgetrennt werden. Demontage und Montage / Disassambly and assembly 5.1 Einbau der Drehklappe (2) / Assembly of the obtuator (2) Den oberen Schaft der Drehklappe (2) durch die obere Bohrung der Dichtung (3) drücken. Plug the upper stem of the obturator (2) into the top bore of the sealing (3). Abb. / Fig. 5-2 F Die Dichtung (3) zusammendrücken und den unteren Schaft der Klappe (2) durch die untere Bohrung der Dichtung (3) schieben. Pinch the sealing (3) and push the lower stem of the obturator (2) into the bottom bore of the sealing (3). Am Führungszapfen (F) erkennt man die untere Seite der Dichtung (3). Darauf achten, dass der obere und untere Schaft formschlüssig in die Bohrungen der Dichtung (3) eingeschoben sind. Darauf achten, dass das obere Schaftende der Drehklappe (2) ausreichend gefettet ist. Make sure that the edge on the upper side is sufficiently greased. 6 Außenfläche der Dichtung (3) und unteres Schaftende der Drehklappe (2) leicht einfetten. Grease slightly the lower side of the sealing (3) and the lower part of the obturator (2). Darauf achten, dass das untere Schaftende der Drehklappe (2) sowie der Dichtungsfalz auf beiden Seiten und der Führungszapfen der Dichtung (3) ausreichend gefettet sind. Make sure that the edges on both sides as well as the spigot are sufficiently greased. Abb. / Fig. 5-9 Die untere Gehäusehälfte (1b) auf die Dichtung (3) schieben (Abb. 5-10). Push the lower body onto the sealing (Fig. 5-10). Abb. / Fig Mit dem Metallband wie in der Abbildung 5-11 gezeigt den Führungszapfen in das Gehäuse (1b) einzubauen. 7 Mit den Sechskantschrauben (7) die untere und obere Gehäusehälfte zusammenschrauben (Abb. 5-12). Use the hex socket head screws (7) to bolt upper and lower part together Fig Abb. / Fig Beide Gehäusehälften (1a & 1b) müssen fluchtend ausgerichtet sein bevor die Schrauben (7) festgezogen werden (Abb. 5-13). Make sure that both bodies (1a & 1b) are aligned correctly before tightening the screws (7) (Fig. 5-13). 8.8 M5 M6 M8 M10 M12 Nm Abb. / Fig Die Arretierscheibe (10) aufsetzen und mit den Schrauben (11) festziehen.
