11 Homogenität und Stabilität / Homogeneity and stability Homogenität und Stabilität / Homogeneity and stability Homogenität Die Homogenitätsuntersuchungen des Probenmaterials und die anschließende statistische gemäß Abschnitt B.2.3 b) der ISO [1] erfolgte durch die QSE GmbH. Alle Ringversuchsproben können in Bezug auf alle Untersuchungsparameter als ausreichend homogen angesehen werden. Stabilität Aufgrund langjähriger Erfahrungen der QSE GmbH kann je nach Probenmaterial eine Stabilität zwischen 6 Monaten und 3 Jahren gewährleistet werden. Die Ringversuchsproben wurden von den oratorien jeweils vor Ablauf des Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatums analysiert und können somit als ausreichend stabil angesehen werden. Homogeneity The homogeneity analysis of the test material as well as the subsequent statistical evaluation according to Section B.2.3 b) of ISO [1] were carried out by QSE GmbH. All proficiency test samples are sufficiently homogeneous with respect to all test parameters. Stability Based on QSE GmbHs longstanding experience, stability between 6 months and 3 years can be ensured, depending on the sample material. The proficieny test samples were analyzed by the laboratories before the expiration date and can thus be considered to be sufficiently stable. QuoData GmbH 11 / 147

Abschnitt C.5.3 in ISO [1]) aus den Ergebnissen aller oratorien ermittelt. Dabei handelt es sich um ein gewichtetes arithmetisches Mittel, bei dem stark abweichende Werte automatisch geringer gewichtet werden. Eindeutige Ausreißer haben das Gewicht Null, gehen also nicht in die Mittelwertberechnung ein. Eine Ausreißerprüfung ist nicht erforderlich. Sollwert der Standardabweichung Als Sollwert der Standardabweichung wird die robuste Vergleichstandardabweichung gemäß Q-e (vgl. Abschnitt C.5.2 in ISO [1]) herangezogen. Unsicherheit des Sollwertes Die Standardunsicherheit des Sollwertes wird gemäß Abschnitt in ISO [1] wie folgt berechnet: ( ) = 1,25 wobei die Anzahl der oratorien sowie die robuste Standardabweichung der e gemäß Q-e bezeichnen. Die erweiterte Unsicherheit des Sollwertes wird durch Multiplikation der Standardunsicherheit mit dem Erweiterungsfaktor = 2 berechnet, d. h. ( ) = ( ) = 2 ( ) Assigned value The assigned value is determined as the robust mean value using the Hampel estimator (see Section C.5.3 in ISO [1]) on the basis of the results of all participating laboratories. It is a weighted arithmetic mean, with lower weights for the outlying values. Obvious outliers have the weight zero and have no influence on the mean value. An outlier test is not required. Standard deviation for proficiency assessment The standard deviation for proficiency assessment is determined as the robust reproducibility standard deviation according to the Q method (see section C.5.2 in ISO [1]) Uncertainty of the assigned value The standard uncertainty of the assigned value is calculated as follows according to Section in ISO [1]: ( ) = 1.25 where is the number of laboratories and the robust standard deviation of the laboratories mean values using the Q method. 14 Statistische Auswertung quantitativer Daten / Statistical analysis of quantitative data - Scores und -Scores Gemäß Abschnitt der ISO [1] werden die -Scores für die der quantitativen Ergebnisse der oratorien im Rahmen einer Eignungsprüfung entsprechend der folgenden Gleichung berechnet: =, wobei das orergebnis ( im Fall von Mehrfachmessungen), den Sollwert (Assigned value) und den Sollwert der Standardabweichung (standard deviation for proficiency assessment) bezeichnen. Ausgehend von einem well-behaved analytical system schlägt der ISO/IEC International Standard 17043:2010 [2] folgende Klassifizierung vor: 2 orergebnis zufriedenstellend 2 < < 3 orergebnis fragwürdig 3 orergebnis unbefriedigend. 15 Statistische Auswertung qualitativer Daten / Statistical analysis of qualitative data Statistische Auswertung qualitativer Daten / Statistical analysis of qualitative data Die oratorien sollten mit dem IDEXX Milchträchtigkeitstest über den Nachweis von trächtigkeitsassoziierten Glykoproteinen (PAGs) beurteilen, ob die Proben 11 bis 16 von einer trächtigen oder nicht trächtigen Kuh stammen. Die oratorien übermittelten sowohl die Extinktionswerte (Ergebnis der Probe abzüglich des Ergebnisses der Negativ-kontrolle) als auch die vorgenommene Klassifizierung trächtig / nicht erneut testen. Da es sich bei der Klassifizierung um eine qualitative Messgröße handelt, ist eine der Leistungsfähigkeit der oratorien mittels -Scores nicht möglich. Im Rahmen dieses Ringversuches werden die folgenden skriterien herangezogen: orergebnis zufriedenstellend: Die Probe wird richtig als trächtig bzw. richtig als nicht trächtig eingestuft, und die Extinktionen werden gemäß der IDEXX Herstellerangaben richtig beurteilt. orergebnis fragwürdig: Die Probe wird als erneut testen eingestuft, obwohl die Extinktionen eindeutig auf ein trächtiges oder nicht trächtiges Tier hinweisen, und die Extinktionen werden gemäß der IDEXX Herstellerangaben richtig beurteilt. orergebnis unbefriedigend: Die Probe wird falsch als trächtig bzw. falsch als nicht trächtig eingestuft, oder die Extinktionen werden entgegen der IDEXX Herstellerangaben falsch beurteilt (z. Wenn die -Scores betragsmäßig einen Wert von > 2 aufweisen, ist von einer statistisch signifikanten Abweichung vom Sollwert auszugehen; die Ergebnisse liegen außerhalb der Toleranzgrenzen. Entsprechend der nach ISO/IEC 17043:2010 [2] wurden die Dreiecke unterschiedlich eingefärbt: 2 blau 2 < < 3 gelb 3 rot. Für > 3 wurden in der Darstellung die Dreiecke bei -3 oder 3 gekappt. Für > 2 wurde der -Score-Wert direkt neben dem Dreieck (gelb oder rot) angegeben.
