3 Verarbeitungshinweise Installation Instructions GUTMANN F60+ 1 Allgemein General Diese Verarbeitungshinweise dienen als System-Anleitung. Auf Grund vielfältiger Einbausituationen am Bau sind dieser Anleitung Standardlösungen vorgegeben. Die allgemeinen Hinweise der GUTMANN Serien, sowie die Werkstoff-Kenndaten, Normen und Regelwerke sind zu beachten. The following processing guidelines serve as system instructions. Konstruktionsprinzip Construction principles Die Serie F60+ ist eine Pfosten-Riegel- Konstruktion, die als vorgehängte Warmfassade konzipiert ist. Konstruktions-Varianten: senkr. Fassaden (gerade od. polygonal) Die Pfosten- und Riegelprofile bestehen aus identischen Profilquerschnitten. Die Entwässerung vom Riegel in den Pfosten erfolgt über einen EPDM-Riegeldichtung in die Drainagenut der Pfosten und wird von dort nach unten abgeleitet. The F60+ series is a mullion-transom curtain wall designed as a nonbearing warm curtain wall. Construction options: vertical curtain walls (straight or polygon) The mullion and transom profiles feature identical profile cross-sections. Drainage from the transom into the mullion is performed via a EPDM transom gasket into the drainage groove of the mullion and from there downward.

9 Einbau Stoßverbinder nachträglicher Einbau Joint Connection for Later Installation GUTMANN F60+ 7 Pfosten Mullion 7609 Ø 3, Ø 4, Ø 4,5 Riegel Transom 2 x (2 x), (4 x), (5 x), ! 2 x " X " " X " Mittels Bohrschablone Art können die Befestigungslöcher für den Stoßverbinder gebohrt werden. Die Riegel werden auf 90 geschnitten, auf vorgegebenes Maß ausgeklinkt und mittels Bohrschablone Art beidseitig gelocht. Bei der Befestigung der Montageplatte mit Schraube Art ist zu beachten, dass die aufgebrachte Markierung in Richtung Glas zeigt. Nach Anbringen der Montageplatte am Pfosten und des Montageverbinders im Riegel mit Sonderschraube Art wird dieser von innen aufgeschoben und mit zwei Schrauben Art verschraubt. Der Stoßverbinder ist so ausgelegt, daß beim Verschrauben der Riegel am Pfosten angepresst wird. Zuschnittlängen üblicherweise mit 0,5-1% Übermaß schneiden und in die Profilnut eingedrücken (nicht einziehen). Bei Verwendung der Druckleistendichtteile sind die Zuschnittl ängen der äußeren Verglasungsdichtung entsprechend anzupassen. 23 Entwässerung und Glasfalzbelüftung Drainage and Ventilated Glazing Rebate GUTMANN F Die EPDM-Drainageentwässerung wird zur Glasfalzbelüftung verwendet (Mehrfeldbelüftung). Die Artikel , 7629 oder 7645 werden entsprechend der Verglasungstabelle eingesetzt. Montiert wird die Drainageentwässerung am Fuß- und Kopfpunkt der Pfostenprofile. Somit wird der Dampfdruckausgleich über die Drainagenuten geführt und gewährleistet, dass jede Scheibe über alle 4 Ecken belüftet wird.
