Please note that after coming back to Würzburg courses and modules could still be recognized. This document only guarantees prior recognition. According to the internal rules of the University recognition is guaranteed for all courses without significant difference to courses/modules in Würzburg after the students mobility (e.g. in ASPO and LASPO)! Sending and Receiving Institutions undertake to apply all the principles of the Erasmus Charter for relating to mobility for studies (or the principles agreed in the Inter-Institutional Agreement for institutions located in Partner Countries). The Sending Institution and the student should also commit to what is set out in the Erasmus+ grant agreement. The Receiving Institution confirms that the educational components listed in Table A are in line with its course catalogue and should be available to the student. The Sending Institution commits to recognise all the credits gained at the Receiving Institution for the successfully completed educational components and to count them towards the student's degree as described in Table B. Any exceptions to this rule are documented in an annex of this Learning Agreement and agreed by all parties ( nne Table ). The student and the Receiving Institution will communicate to the Sending Institution any problems or changes regarding the study programme, responsible persons and/or study period. 7 Checkliste: ü Persönliche Daten und Daten der ausländischen Universität vollständig ausgefüllt? ü Alle Kurse, die im Ausland belegt werden, in Tabelle A aufgeführt und mit yes / no für eine gewünschte Anrechnung/ keine Anrechnung markieren (für jeden Kurs muss eine eindeutige Bewertung vorgenommen werden). ü Tabelle B: Kurscodes und Kurstitel nach den fachspezifischen Bestimmungen des Bachelors/ Masters der Universität Würzburg richtig ausgefüllt? ü Überall die richtige ECTS-Anzahl und Gesamtanzahl notiert? ü Tabelle A und B vergleichen: Ist äquivalent für im Ausland belegte Kurse, die in Würzburg angerechnet werden sollen, ein entsprechender Kurs von Würzburg eingetragen? ü Unterschriften aller Parteien (Student/in, Koordinator der Gastuniversität & Herr Lenhard) Stand: August 2017
