Ändern Sie das Produkt nicht in irgend einer Weise ab. Der Schutz vor einem elektrischen Schlag müssen bei Installation und Montage/Demontage immer alle Bauteile spannungsfrei sein. Die Steckverbindungen dürfen nicht unter Last getrennt werden. Das Stecken und Trennen unter Spannung ist zulässig. Vor jedem Gebrauch ist visuell zu prüfen (besonders die Isolation), ob keine äusseren Mängel vorhanden sind. Wenn Zweifel bezüglich der Sicherheit bestehen, muss ein Fachmann hinzugezogen werden oder der Steckverbinder muss ausgetauscht werden. The plug connections must not be disconnected under load. Plugging and unplugging when live is permitted. Each time the connector is used, it should previously be inspected for external defects (particularly the insulation). Assembly (ill. 4) Place the soldering tags 1 on the threaded pins of the mount. 4 3 / 8

4 5 Achtung (ill. 5) Mittels Gabelschlüssel SW6, die Buchsen anschrauben. Die Buchsen dürfen nicht manuell mit Druck auf die Isolation festgeschraubt werden. Attention (ill. 5) Screw on the sockets using an open-end spanner A/F 6 mm. The sockets must not be screwed onto the insulator manually with the application of pressure. (ill. 6) Mittels Lötkolben, die Komponenten auf die Lötlaschen löten. Wenn nötig können die Lötlaschen mit einer flachen Zange gebogen werden. (ill. 6) Using a soldering iron, solder the components on the soldering tags. If necessary, the soldering tags can be bent with flat-nosed pliers. 6 Leiterplatten Montage (nicht von Stäubli geliefert) (ill. 7) Max. Leiterplatten Grösse gemäss Abbildung. Max. 5 (ill. 8) Die Leiterplatte auf die Gewindestifte des Trägers einsetzen. (ill. 8) Place the circuit board on the threaded pin of the mount. 8 9 Achtung (ill. 9) Mittels Gabelschlüssel SW6, die Buchsen anschrauben. Die Buchsen dürfen nicht manuell mit Druck auf die Isolation festgeschraubt werden. Attention (ill. 9) Screw on the sockets using an open-end spanner A/F 6 mm. (ill. 10) Den Deckel auf den Träger aufsetzen und die zwei Schrauben mittels Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher befestigen. Max. Anzugsdrehmoment 0,4 Nm. Die Beschriftungsfenster der Komponentenhalter sind für folgende Etiketten dimensioniert: Platte AGIPA Platte L76653 AVERY Band DYMO largeur 12 mm.
