DE EISENHORN SICHERHEITSHINWEISE Lies alle Anweisungen der Montage- und der Gebrauchsanleitung aufmerksam durch, bevor du mit der Montage beginnst und das Gerät in Betrieb nimmst. Bedenke, dass bei unsachgemässer Montage oder Bedienung Verletzungsgefahr besteht und keinerlei Haftungs- und Garantieansprüche geltend gemacht werden können. Sorge dafür, dass Kleinkinder keinen Zugang zum Montagematerial haben. Beim Verschlucken von Kleinteilen besteht Erstickungsgefahr. Der Kolben steht unter Hochdruck und darf Temperaturen bis höchstens 70 C ausgesetzt werden. Der Schlitten ist zur Verwendung in Innenräumen (0-40 C und 30-75% Luftfeuchtigkeit) gebaut. Wähle den Standort entsprechend aus. Kontrolliere auch nach der Montage regelmässig alle Schraubenverbindungen auf ihren festen Sitz. WICHTIGE HINWEISE Bedingung für eine sichere Nutzung ist eine fachgerechte Wandmontage. Bei der Standardmontage mit 4 Schrauben muss jede Verbindung einer Zugbelastung von 800 Newton standhalten. Schrauben und Dübel sind der Wand entsprechend auszuwählen. WANDMONTAGE Markiere die Schraubpunkte entsprechend Skizze. Achte darauf, dass die Bohrungen genau senkrecht übereinanderstehen. Entferne nach dem Bohren den Bohrstaub aus jedem Bohrloch. ACHTUNG, bei der Montage auf Betonwänden ist es wichtig, dass der Staub im Bohrloch komplett entfernt wird, bevor der Dübel eingesetzt wird. Es reicht nicht, mit dem Staubsauger zu saugen. Das Bohrloch muss ausgeblasen werden. Falls man keine Druckluft oder Pumpe zur Hand hat, kann man dies auch mit einem Strohhalm machen. Wieso ist dies so wichtig? Wenn sich Reststaub in der Bohrung befindet, ist zuwenig Platz für Dübel und Schraube. Die Folge: das Drehmoment beim Eindrehen der Schraube steigt stark an. Dies kann zum Abwürgen des Schraubenkopfes führen. SCHRAUBEN Ob das beigelegte Schraubenmaterial für die ausgewählte Wand passt, ist vor Ort festzustellen. EISENHORN übernimmt keine Garantie bei Verwendung von ungeeignetem Befestigungsmaterial oder nicht fachmännisch ausgeführter Montage. TROCKENBAUWAND GIPSFASERPLATTEN Die Belastbarkeit von Trockenbauwänden kann stark variieren. Bringe zusätzliche Verbindungspunkte (7 anstelle 4) an und stelle sicher, dass die empfohlene Zugbelastung übertragen werden kann.

It is not enough to clean with the vacuum cleaner. The hole must be blown out. If you have no compressed air or handpump, you can do this with a drinking straw. Why is this so important? If there is residual dust in the hole, there is not enough space for the dowel and screw. The result: the torque when screwing in the screw increases sharply. This can lead to stalling of the screw head. SCREWS It must be determined at the installation spot whether the screw material provided is suitable for the selected wall. EISENHORN offers no guarantee for the use of unsuitable mounting parts or installation not undertaken by a professional. Le piston est sous haute pression et ne dois pas être soumis à des températures supérieures à 70 C. Le chariot est conçu pour une utilisation à l intérieur (0 40 C et 30 75% d humidité). Choisissez donc l emplacement en conséquence. Après le montage, contrôlez régulièrement la solidité des fixations murales. Voir les instructions de maintenance. INFORMATIONS IMPORTANTES Un montage mural correct est indispensable pour garantir une utilisation sécurisée de l appareil. Lors du montage standard avec 4 vis, chaque liaison doit supporter une charge de traction de 800 Newton. Il faut choisir les vis et les chevilles en fonction du mur. MONTAGE MURAL Marque les emplacements des vis selon croquis. Veillez à ce que les trous soient parfaitement alignés à la verticale. Après avoir percé les trous, éliminez la poussière laissée à l intérieur par le foret. ATTENTION, lors du montage sur des murs en béton, il est important que la poussière dans le trou de forage soit complètement éliminée avant l'insertion de la cheville. Il ne suffit pas d'aspirer avec l'aspirateur. Le trou doit être soufflé. Pourquoi est-ce si important? S'il reste de la poussière dans le trou, il n'y a pas assez d'espace pour le goujon et la vis. Le résultat: le couple lors du vissage augmente fortement. Cela peut entraîner un blocage de la tête de la vis. VIS Il faut vérifier sur place si le matériel de montage est compatible avec le mur sélectionné. EISENHORN décline toute responsabilité en cas d utilisation de matériel de fixation non adéquat ou de montage non professionnel. PAROI SÈCHE (PANNEAUX EN STAFF) La résistance des parois sèches peut fortement varier. Fixez des points de liaison supplémentaires (7 au lieu de 4) et vérifiez que la charge de traction conseillée peut être supportée.
