Twin unscrewing units are used when two internal threads have to be demoulded at the same time, on the same level, in the same direction, and of the same pitch. Die Präzision der Innengewinde ist dabei von gleichbleibender Qualität und mit Zahnstangentrieben, Faltkernen oder Servomotoren nicht zu erreichen. Die wartungsarmen Gewinde-Ausschraubeinheiten sind für die Großserienproduktion optimal geeignet. Eine Nachrüstung an Spritzgießwerkzeugen ist problemlos möglich. Thread unscrewing units have been used for injectionmoulded parts made of plastics or metal since more than a decade. The constant high precision of the internal threads cannot be reached by conventional methods as e.g. rack gears, collapsible cores or servo-motors. The low-maintenance thread unscrewing units are most suitable for large-batch production. It is no problem to retrofit existing moulds.
