Diese Kurzanleitung beschreibt die Nachrüstung eines Sunny oy, Sunny Mini Central oder Windy oy mit einem Piggy-ack für die Kommunikation. Dabei kann es sich um die folgenden Piggy-acks handeln: RS48 (48P-NR, 48P-MS-NR, 48P-SMC-NR) RS3 (3P-NR, 3P-MS-NR, 3P-SMC-NR) Netzleitungskommunikation (NLMP-NR) chtung: lle rbeiten an einem Wechselrichter, insbesondere das Öffnen des Wechselrichters, dürfen nur von einer ausgebildete Elektrofachkraft durchgeführt werden! eachten Sie bei der Installation eines Piggy-acks in einem Wechselrichter alle Schutzvorschriften in der Installationsanleitung des Wechselrichters. chtung: rbeiten am geöffneten Wechselrichter dürfen nur durchgeführt werden, wenn der Wechselrichter von der Versorgungsspannung getrennt ist. Öffnen Sie den Wechselrichter wie in der Installationsanleitung beschrieben. chtung: eachten Sie bei den rbeiten innerhalb des Wechselrichters immer die ESD Schutzvorschriften! Im Wechselrichter befinden sich Komponenten, die durch statische Entladung irreparabel beschädigt werden können. Sorgen Sie für eine leitende Verbindung zwischen Ihrem Körper und dem geerdeten Gehäuse des Wechselrichters. Hinweis: ei einem Sunny oy Typ "SWR" müssen Sie zunächst die Widerstände von der etriebsführungsplatine entfernen, wenn Sie Ihr Gerät für die RS3 oder RS48 Kommunikation mit einem PC oder einem Kommunikationsgerät einrichten wollen. Nähere Information zu der Entfernung der Widerstände finden Sie in dieser nleitung. Die Installation des bschlusswiderstandes bei einem Sunny oy Control / Sunny oy Control Plus ist in der technischen eschreibung des Sunny oy Control / Sunny oy Control Plus beschrieben. Die Symmetrierung ist nur einmal am RS48 us erforderlich und sollte, wenn möglich am Sunny oy Control intern erfolgen. eim nschluss von einem oder mehreren Wechselrichtern an einen PC mit Schnittstellenwandler I-70 ist die Symmetrierung bereits integriert. Hinweis: Ein RS48 us muss an beiden Enden terminiert und einmal symmetriert werden. Jumper nur im Wechselrichter montieren, wenn dieser an einem der Enden des RS48 usses ist. Die Jumper und C nur einmal innerhalb des RS48 usses, und auch nur dann setzen, wenn das Signal nicht anderweitig symmetriert werden kann. eim Schnittstellenwandler I-70 ist der Terminierungs- und der Symmetrierungswiderstand bereits integriert. Hinweis: SM empfiehlt als Schnittstellenwandler für die Kommunikation mit SM Wechselrichtern den I-70. Einzelheiten zu diesem Schnittstellenwandler finden Sie im Internet unter www.icpds.com. This Short Description describes the later installation of a Sunny oy, Sunny Mini Central or Windy oy with a Piggy-ack for communication. Following communication interfaces are available: RS48 (48P-NR, 48P-MS-NR, 48P-SMC-NR) RS3 (3P-NR, 3P-MS-NR, 3P-SMC-NR) Powerline (NLMP-NR) Caution: ll maintenance works on an inverter, and especially opening of an inverter, are only to be conducted by a qualified electrician! When installing a Piggy-ack in an inverter please note all protective countermeasures of the Installation Guide of the inverter. Caution: ny work within the enclosure of the inverter is only allowed when the inverter is disconnected from the supply voltage. Open the inverter as described in the Installation Guide of the inverter. Caution: Pay attention to all applicable ESD protective countermeasures! The inverter is assembled with components that are very vulnerable to electrostatic discharge. Make sure that you are electrically connected to the enclosure of the inverter before you touch anything inside the enclosure. Mount jumper "" on the last inverter on the RS48 bus in order to terminate the bus. 10 Ohm connection between connector and connector 7 has the same effect.the installation of the termination resistor in the Sunny oy Control / Sunny oy Control Plus is described in the Technical Description of the Sunny oy Control / Sunny oy Control Plus. The pull-up/pull-down resistors for the RS48 bus are required only once on the bus. The I- 70 interface converter has both termination and pull-up/pull-down resistors integrated internally - so jumper and C do not have to be mounted. In case a different interface converter is used (which is not recommended) the pull-up/pull-down resistors can be activated within the Sunny oy by mounting the Jumpers and C. Note: RS48 bus must be terminated on each end and must be symmetrized once. Jumper in the Sunny oy terminates the RS48 bus, so only mount this jumper in the Sunny oy on the end of the RS48 bus. Jumper and Jumper C symmetrize the RS48 bus - mount the jumpers only in one Sunny oy on the RS48 bus and only if you are NOT using the I-70 interface converter. (The I-70 has the termination and symmetrizing resistors integrated in the converter.) Note: SM recommends the usage of a I-70 interface converter for the connection of a RS48 bus directly to a COM port of a PC. Details about this converter are available under www.icpds.com.
