Ansätze zur Online-Überwachung des Plasmaprozesses und zur Qualitätssicherung mittels OES (optische Emissionsspektroskopie) werden aufgezeigt. Dabei werden anhand der molekülspezifischen emittierten Wellenlängen die angeregten Spezies identifiziert. Der Einsatz der OES wurde anhand der Überwachung des Prozessfortschrittes bei der Plasmavorbehandlung von Fluorpolymeren und der Untersuchung der Auswirkung des Wassergehaltes auf die Aktivierung von PA (Polyamid) verdeutlicht. Die Plasmaprozesse dienten der Vorbehandlung des jeweiligen Kunststoffes zum verbesserten Verkleben. Als Beispielprozess für die Endpunktdetektion wurde der zeitliche Verlauf der Emissionen bei der Aktivierung des Fluorpolymers PTFE in einem Wasserstoffplasma untersucht. Die Erhöhung der Haftfestigkeit (Verbesserung der Verklebbarkeit) korrelierte mit der Abnahme der Emissionsintensität der betrachteten Fluorlinie. Die Untersuchung der Auswirkung der Vorbehandlung von PA auf die Wasseraufnahme zeigte, dass die Zunahme der Oberflächenrauhigkeit durch die Plasmabehandlung zu einer Verbesserung der Adhäsionsfähigkeit und der Verklebbarkeit von PA führt. Die im unbehandelten Zustand schlechteren Haftungseigenschaften von feuchten Proben wurden durch die Plasmabehandlung auf die Werte von trockenen Proben verbessert. Abstract Keywords Publication Country Availability Document Number Publication Year TX MJ CN AV NO YR UP Search Tips Thesaurus The search with descriptors from the "Fachthesaurus Holztechnologie" in the "General Search" automatically includes any available synonyms, related terms and narrower terms into the search. Attention: The Thesaurus Search Engine is available in every single database. But as not all general data bases have a Thesaurus search function available, we are not able to provide this option when OneSearch is used for interdisciplinary data base research. Search in specific fields The "General Search" includes the following fields: Title, Descriptors, Keywords, Abstract, Author, Institution, Title of Source, Serial Codes (ISSN and ISBN), Thesaurus and Publication Year. In all other cases the respective field has to be selected before searching. In the "Expert Search" every field can be selected from the dropdown-list, or you can directly enter the field tag (in capital letters), followed by colon and the search term, e.g. the classification CC:P=2=1. The direct search with field tag is possible in all search types (Quick Search, Advanced Search and Expert Search). Field Author (AU) Authors may be searched with hyphen, e.g. bach-k or within quotation marks, e.g. "bach k" (last name - initial). The first names are abbreviated in this database. Truncation is possible with last names only (use *). Should only the last name be searched for, it is recommended to select the Author Field, e.g. in the "Advanced Search". Field Institution (CO) This field supplies the author affiliation. It is not often given. Field Serial Codes (SC) ISSN and ISBN are not often given. They are searchable with hyphens, e.g. 978-3-8167-7574-4. Classification Field (CC) In "Advanced Search" and "Expert Search" the subjects can be selected from a list giving the top level of the classification of the "Institut für Holztechnologie Dresden (IHD)". The selection of an item automatically includes the more precise subclasses into the search. If you enter the code directly, e.g. CC:P=2=1, only the specified class is found. In the "General Search" the field tag has to be used. Instead you can select the field from the 4
dropdown-list in the "Expert Search". Field Availability (AV) This field gives the order number of the database producer (see above). Field Document Number (NO) The document number is a permanent identifier for a specific record. Search e.g. NO:IHD144452 Country of Publication (CN) This field contains the country, in which the publication was published. It is mostly searchable with the two-character-iso-code, e.g. CN:gb for Great Britain. If you search the country directly, the field tag (CN) has to be used, e.g. CN:de for Germany. You can also select the codes most frequently used from the list "Publication Country" in the "Advanced Search" and the "Expert Search". Several selected items from the list are automatically combined with the operator OR. Conferences You may identify conference proceedings with the code CC:w=5.
