Flankengrenzleistung bei Verwendung synthetischer Öle) Allgemeines Für die Werte der Belastungstabelle wurde ein gleichmäßiger, stßfreier Betrieb zugrunde gelegt. Da die Anwendungsfälle in der Praxis sehr verschieden sind, ist es erfrderlich, die jeweiligen Verhältnisse durch entsprechende Faktren S H, K A und b B zu be rücksichtigen (siehe Seite A-1). Der Unter schied zwischen Ölsumpftemperatur und Umge bungstem peratur sll bei Dauerbetrieb 70 C nicht überschreiten. Als Maximum für Ölsumpf gelten 110 C. Kurzbeschreibung Die Schneckengetriebe leichte Ausführung ermöglichen mit ihren vielen Befestigungs- und Gewindebhrungen einen prblemlsen An- und Einbau in jeder beliebigen Lage. Die Getriebe sind mit einem synthetischen Langzeitschmierstff hermetisch lebensdauergeschmiert, Öl-Nachfüll- und Ablassbhrungen können daher entfallen. Die Selbsthemmung und Selbstbremsung bei Schneckengetrieben ist abhängig vn der Übersetzung. Bei i 5 und 10 besteht keine Selbsthemmung und Selbstbremsung, ab i 20 bis i ist keine zuverlässige Selbsthemmung/ keine Selbstbremsung vrhanden. Vn i bis i 0 ist statische Selbsthemmung (in Ruhe und bei Erschütterungsfreiheit), aber keine zuverlässige Selbstbremsung (siehe auch Seite A-23). Der Anbau vn IEC- Nrmmtren in Baufrm B5 bzw. B14 am Getriebe wird mit entsprechend passenden Antriebsflanschen und Kupplungen angebten. Die Drehstrm-Asynchrnmtren sind auch in flgenden Ausführungen lieferbar: plumschaltbar, mit Bremse, mit 2. Wellenende, mit Kaltleiterfühler, mit Fremdlüfter der Ausführung nach ATEX. Digitale Frequenzumrichter zur elektrnischen Drehzahlverstellung kmplettieren das Angebt. The gearbxes are hermetically sealed and lifetime-lubricated with lng-time lubricant s that n refilling r draining hles are necessary. The self-lcking and self-braking capacities f the wrm-gear units depend upn the gear rati. The i 5 and i10 are neither self-lcking nr self-braking; frm i 20 t i there is n reliable self-lcking/n self-braking effect. Frm i t i 0 static self-lcking exists (at rest and withut vibratins), but n reliable self-braking (see als page A-23). Type B5 r B14 standard IEC mtrs can be attached t the gearbx by means f suitable input flanges and clutches supplied by Atlanta. The three-phase AC asynchrnus mtrs are als available as fllws: ple-changing versin, with brake, with secnd shaft end, with thermistr prbe, with external ventilatr r as versin accrding t ATEX.
