Schindler) Ziel: Neue technische Lösungen sollen bestehende Prozesse optimieren und Mitarbeiter entlasten. Nutzen: Beantragte Personalausweise und Reisepässe können von Bürgern an einem 24/7 Smart Terminal abgeholt werden. Verifizierung über Fingerabdruck-Scan.
