Der Einbau eines Öffnungsbegrenzers (6100) ist bei allen Scherengrößen zu empfehlen. Die Einbaumaße sind auf eine Öffnungsbegrenzung von 0 mm ausgelegt. Abweichende Öffnungsbegrenzungen sind möglich. Der Flügel ist beim Einstellen der Schere zu entlasten! Vor Inbetriebnahme Bremse einstellen. Im Bereich der Bremse nicht fetten! Die maximale Öffnungsweite ergibt sich aus der Flügelbreite und max. Öffnungswinkel der Scherenbänder. Scherenbänder nach dem Justieren abbohren und verschrauben. Alle Maßangaben in mm. Bitte beachten Sie die allgemeinen Hinweise sowie die WICONA Richtlinien. Kontrolle des Scherenüberstandes 15.5 mm. 1.1 Horizontal adjustment: Frame: Positioning of the stay arms so that the outer edge of the incoming pivot crank has distance of mm to the frame edge. Sash: Insert the mounting support. Control the overlap 15.5 mm. 1. Für die weiteren Bohrungen kann auf der Flügelseite der Scherenarm und auf der Rahmenseite die C- Schiene der Schere als Vorlage verwendet werden. Die Bohrungen Ø4. für die Befestigungsschrauben (14) werden in der Mitte der entsprechenden Langlöcher gesetzt. ACHTUNG: Die Fixierschrauben dürfen erst nach dem Ausrichten der Scherenbänder gesetzt werden. 1. Inbetriebnahme und Wartung Maintenance and Lubrication 1 Wie alle mechanischen Teile müssen auch die Scheren einer regelmäßigen Wartung und Schmierung unterzogen werden. Die Scheren im Ganzen und speziell die Lager, die beweglichen Teile und die Schienen müssen immer frei von Schmutz, Fremdkörpern, Ablagerungen und Hindernissen sein. 1. Zum Zeitpunkt des Einbaus: Schmieren aller Bolzenverbindungen mit einem leichten technischen Öl und Entfernen des Über schusses. Ein Tropfen pro Bolzen ist ausreichend. Fetten des Schereneinschlusses und Schereneinlaufs mit Gleitlagerfett.. Einmal jährlich bzw. alle 00 Öffnungszyklen folgende Wartungen durchführen: a. Scheren von Dreck und Verschmutzung reinigen b. Schmieren der Lagerstellen nach obiger Anweisung. c. Überprüfen aller Befestigungsschrauben und beweglichen Teile auf Sicherheit. Gleitlagerfett: 507004 Gleitfett (säure- und harzfrei) 1 Beschläge Wartung: 507005 Pflegespray für Beschläge Nicht fetten im Bereich der Bremse! As most mechanical devices, hinges require periodic maintenance and lubrication. The hinge in general and particulary the pivot, sliding parts and track must be keptfree from dirt, debris and any obstructions all times. 1. At time of installation: Lubricate all pivot points with general light engineering oil and wipe away excess. One drop per pivotis is sufficient. Lubricate the incoming pivot crank with slide bearing grease.. Carry out the following checks once per year or after 00 cycles: a. Clean any dirt or debris from the stay and clear any obstructions from the pivots, sliding parts and track. b. Apply lubrication as detail above. c. Check the tightness and security of all fixing screws and rivets.
