Costs In principle, the rental may take place over several days, weeks or months and on weekends at special rates. The rental prices vary by location, room size, technical equipment, seminar hours, the time and duration of rental. We will send you a customized offer. CUSTOMIZED SOFTWAREINSTALLATIONS The conference rooms are equipped fitting to your needs. Custom software installations and software configurations will be charged 65.00 to 120.00 per hour (60 minutes). However, the software installation can also be done for free by the customer INDIVIDUAL CATERING Cold and hot drinks 8.50 Euros to 12.50 Euros per participant and day Cold and hot drinks, hot lunch Extras, such as sandwiches etc. All prices plus VAT 18.50 Euros to 22.50 Euros per participant and day according to arrangement 2

You will find additional flipcharts, whiteboards and projectors in the seminar rooms. A quick Internet access is also available. Your own software can be installed on our systems in advance.
