La version définitive du Mécadiag pour la gamme des MWR n est pas encore finalisée. En attendant, nous vous proposons une version provisoire. Il faudra refaire la même opération via «MecaDiag PC» pour revenir vers le reste de la gamme Mecalac. 1/4 Vous allez donc avoir 2 raccourcis sur le bureau de votre PC : - «Mecadiag PC Launcher» pour télécharger la gamme MWR dans le pocket. - «Mecadiag PC» pour télécharger le reste de la gamme Mecalac. 2 Pelles / NOTE D TECHNIQUE // NIT Procédure Sur l extranet Mecalac vous trouverez les utilitaires pour installer et exécuter «MecaDiag PC» et «MecaDiag PC Launcher». Il faudra également télécharger le projet : « MWR.zip». (Vdoc Download Public MECADIAG Utilitaires-Utilities) Normalement, MecaDiag PC est déjà installé sur votre PC. Pour installer «MecaDiag PC Launcher», faire un double clic sur MecaDiagPCLauncher.exe et suivre les instructions. Après installation faire un double clic sur le raccourci qui est apparu sur le bureau du PC. 2/4

3 Pelles / NOTE D TECHNIQUE // NIT Sélectionner le projet. Une fenêtre s ouvre. Faire un clic droit sur le pocket connecté et mettre à jour. Si un message d erreur apparait, cliquez sur «Continuer». RAPPEL POUR VOS TÉLÉCHARGEMENTS DE SOFTS : Afin que les différents calculateurs se réinitialisent, il est impératif de couper le coupe-circuit pendant un minimum de 3 minutes. Cela évitera que des défauts apparaissent sur le tableau de bord ou que le fonctionnement de la machine ne soit pas normal. 3/4

4 Pelles / NOTE D TECHNIQUE // NIT RAPPEL Mode «Manuel» et mode «Automatique» MODE MANUEL «SPEED CONTROL» MODE AUTOMATIQUE Le choix du mode («Manuel» ou «Automatique») est librement accessible dans le menu utilisateur. Les machines sont réglées d usine en mode MANUEL. En MODE MANUEL : Trois gammes de vitesse sont disponibles («escargot», «tortue», «lapin»). Personnalisation des modes de conduite et des manipulateurs permet de : - Modifier les paramètres généraux des modes de conduite, - Affecter ou modifier des fonctions sur les boutons des manipulateurs pouvant être paramétrés. Consulter la Notice Conduite et Entretien de votre machine. 4/4

The final version of Mecadiag for the MWR range has not yet been finalised. In the meantime we are offering you a provisional version. This will enable you to carry out certain machine updates. The same operation must be carried out again via MecaDiag PC to go back to the rest of the Mecalac range. So you will have 2 short-cuts on your PC desktop : 1/2 - Mecadiag PC Launcher for downloading the MWR range to the Pocket. - Mecadiag PC for downloading the rest of the Mecalac range. It is also necessary to download the project: MWR.zip. (Vdoc Download Public MECADIAG Utilitaires-Utilities) Usually MecaDiag PC is already installed on your PC. To install MecaDiag PC Launcher, double click on MecaDiagPCLauncher.exe and follow the instructions. After installing double click on the short-cut which has appeared on the PC desktop. 2/4

REMINDER FOR YOUR SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS: So that the different ECUs reboot, it is essential to switch off the circuit breaker for at least 3 minutes. This will prevent faults appearing on the dashboard or the machine operating abnormally. 3/4

MANUAL MODE «SPEED CONTROL» AUTOMATIC MODE The choice of mode (Manual or Automatic) is freely accessible in the user menu. The machines are factory set in MANUAL mode. In MANUAL MODE : Three speed ranges are available ( snail, tortoise and hare ). Customisation of operating modes and joysticks makes it possible to: - Change the general parameters for the operating modes - Allocate or change functions on the joystick buttons that can be configured. Consult the Operating and Maintenance Instructions for your machine. 4/4

Um zur restlichen Mecalac-Baureihe zurückzukehren, muss derselbe Vorgang über MecaDiag PC erneut ausgeführt werden. Sie haben also 2 Shortcuts auf der Arbeitsoberfläche Ihres PC: * Sieh die folgende Seite. 1/2 - Mecadiag PC Launcher, um die MWR-Baureihe in den Pocket herunterzuladen. - Mecadiag PC, um die restliche Mecalac-Baureihe zu laden. 10 Bagger / TECHNICAL // NIT Vorgehensweise Auf dem Mecalac-Extranet finden Sie die Dienstprogramme zur Installation und Ausführung von MecaDiag PC und MecaDiag PC Launcher. Sie müssen auch das Projekt MWR.zip herunterladen. (Vdoc Download Public MECADIAG Utilitaires-Utilities) Normalerweise ist MecaDiag PC bereits auf Ihrem PC installiert. Doppelklicken Sie zur Installation von MecaDiag PC Launcher auf MecaDiagPCLauncher.exe und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen. Doppelklicken Sie nach der Installation auf den Shortcut, der auf der Arbeitsoberfläche des PC erscheint. 2/4

11 Bagger / TECHNISCHER BERICHT // NIT Wählen Sie das Projekt. Ein Fenster öffnet sich. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf den verbundenen Pocket und aktualisieren Sie ihn.. Wenn eine Fehlermeldung erscheint, klicken Sie auf Weiter. ERINNERUNG ZU IHREN SOFTWARE-DOWNLOADS: Damit die unterschiedlichen Steuergeräte zurückgesetzt werden können, muss der Ausschalter für mindestens 3 Minuten ausgeschaltet werden. Dadurch wird verhindert, dass auf dem Kontrolldisplay Fehler angezeigt werden oder dass es zu Funktionsstörungen der Maschine kommt. 3/4

12 Bagger / TECHNISCHER BERICHT // NIT ZUR ERINNERUNG Manueller Modus und Automatikmodus MANUELLER MODUS «SPEED CONTROL» AUTOMATIKMODUS Die Wahl des Modus ( manuell oder automatisch ) ist im Anwendermenü frei zugänglich. Die Maschinen werden ab Werk auf MANUELLEN Modus eingestellt. Im MANUELLEN MODUS : Drei Geschwindigkeitseinstellungen stehen zur Verfügung ( Schnecke, Schildkröte, Hase ). Die individuelle Einstellung der Fahrmodi und der Bedienhebel ermöglicht: - die allgemeinen Parameter der Fahrmodi zu verändern, - Funktionen auf den einstellbaren Tasten der Bedienhebel zuzuweisen oder zu ändern. Näheres finden Sie in der Betriebs- und Wartungsanleitung Ihrer Maschine. 4/4

Sarà necessario ripetere l operazione con «MecaDiag PC» per recuperare il resto della gamma Mecalac. 1/2 Sul desktop del PC saranno dunque disponibili 2 collegamenti: - «Mecadiag PC Launcher» per scaricare la gamma MWR nel pocket. - «Mecadiag PC» per scaricare il resto della gamma Mecalac. È inoltre necessario scaricare il progetto: « MWR.zip». (Vdoc Download Public MECADIAG Utilitaires-Utilities) Normalmente, MecaDiag PC è già installato sul PC. Per installare «MecaDiag PC Launcher», fare doppio clic su MecaDiagPCLauncher.exe e seguire le istruzioni. Dopo l installazione fare doppio clic sul collegamento visualizzato sul desktop del PC. 2/4

15 Escavatori / RAPPORTO TECNICO // NIT INFORMAZIONE Selezionare il progetto. Si apre una finestra. Fare clic con il pulsante destro del mouse sul pocket collegato e aggiornare. Se compare un messaggio di errore fare clic su «Continuer» (Continua). NOTA PER IL DOWNLOAD DEI SOFTWARE: Per permettere ai diversi computer di reinizializzarsi, è obbligatorio escludere l interruttore di sicurezza per un minimo di 3 minuti. In questo modo si eviterà la comparsa di errori sul cruscotto o il funzionamento anomalo della macchina. 3/4

16 Escavatori / RAPPORTO TECNICO // NIT INFORMAZIONE NOTA Modalità «Manuel» (Manuale) e modalità «Automatique» (Automatica) MODALITÀ MANUALE «SPEED CONTROL» MODALITÀ AUTOMATICA Per scegliere la modalità («Manuel» (Manuale) o «Automatique» (Automatica)) è possibile accedere liberamente al menu utente. Le macchine sono regolate in fabbrica sulla modalità MANUALE. In MODALITÀ MANUALE : Sono disponibili tre gamme di velocità («lumaca», «tartaruga», «coniglio»). La personalizzazione delle modalità di guida e dei manipolatori permette di: - Modificare i parametri generali delle modalità di guida, - Attribuire funzioni ai pulsanti configurabili dei manipolatori o modificarle. Consultare il Manuale d uso e manutenzione della macchina. 4/4
