1 Information S.A.V. Utilisation des «NIT» NIT Pour rappel la NIT, «Note d Information Technique» vous informe des améliorations techniques d un point de vue Service Après-Vente. Diffusée au réseau, elle est indispensable à la bonne marche des machines. Elle est diffusée par infosav@mecalac.fr ou info@mecalac.de, et comporte toutes les informations pour intervenir sur les machines. Numérotation La numérotation change : exemple. Le numéro comportera la notion de chargeuse «L» (pour Loader - Chargeuse) ou pelle «E» (pour Excavator - Pelle). Suivra le mois de parution de la NIT, son numéro de diffusion puis l année de diffusion. Bloc de «Rappel» Sur la gauche de la NIT, il reprend les points importants liés à la réalisation de celle-ci. NIT 2228 NIT Intervention à réaliser lors d un prochain entretien de la machine (sauf cas contraire stipulé dans la NIT). N Machine incluse Préconisé lors du prochain entretien de la machine pour éviter un problème connu, application des conditions normales de garantie. OBLIGATOIRE NIT NIT OBLIGATOIRE A réaliser impérativement dans les délais de indiqués dans la NIT. NIT a caractère OBLIGATOIRE nécessitant une intervention rapide et limitée (stipulée dans chaque NIT). En cas de dommages survenant après l expiration du délai indiqué, qui seront attribuées à la non-exécution de cet avertissement, vous seul en assurerez la responsabilité. Il en est de même pour les droits éventuels aux indemnités pour les dommages corporels. 3 After-Sales Service Information Use of «TIN» TIN As a reminder the TIN «Technical Information Notice» gives you information about the technical improvements from the point of view of the After-Sales Service. It is distributed to the network and is essential for correct operation of machines. It is distributed by infosav@mecalac.fr or info@mecalac.de, and includes all the necessary information for working on the machines. Numbering The numbering changes: example. The number will include the concept of the loader «L» (for Loader) or excavator «E» (for Excavator). To N Including N machine Recomendated to be done with the next maintenance to avoid a known problem, the regular warranty conditions are applied. COMPULSORY NIT COMPULSORY TIN Essential to carry this out in the timescales indicated in the tin. TBN has a COMPULSORY nature requiring rapid, limited intervention (stipulated in each TBN). If damages occur after expiry of the timescale indicated, which can be attributed to non-execution of this warning, you alone will be responsible. The same goes for possible rights to compensation for bodily injury. In addition, costs will not be reimbursed. WARTUNG NIT 2228 WARTUNGS-NIT Während einer zukünftigen Wartungseinheit an der Maschine durchzuführender Eingriff (außer bei gegenteiligen Angaben auf dem NIT). N Mashine einbegriffen Empfohlen während der nächsten Inspektion um ein bekanntes Problem zu vermeiden, die normalen Garantiebedingungen werden verwendet. OBLIGATORISCH NIT OBLIGATORISCHES-NIT Unbedingt innerhalb der auf dem NIT aufgeführten Frist durchzuführen. Das OBLIGATORISCHE NIT erfordert einen schnellen und begrenzten Eingriff (genaue Angaben auf jedem NIT). Im Fall von Schäden nach lauf der angegebenen Frist, die der Nicht-Ausführung dieser Benachrichtigung zuzuschreiben sind, tragen Sie allein die Verantwortung dafür. Das Gleiche gilt für eventuelle Schadenersatzansprüche für Körperverletzungen. Außerdem werden die Kosten nicht erstattet. A partire da N macchina incluso Fino a Semplice informazione, applicazione delle normali condizioni di garanzia. MANUTENZIONE NIT 2228 NIT PER MANUTENZIONE Intervento da realizzare durante un successivo lavoro di manutenzione sulla macchina (salvo diverse indicazioni riportate nella NIT). A partire da N macchina incluso Fino a Raccomandato in occasione del prossimo intervento di manutenzione sulla macchina per evitare il verificarsi di un problema noto, applicazione delle normali condizioni di garanzia. OBBLIGATORIO NIT NIT OBBLIGATORIA Da realizzare obbligatoriamente nei tempi indicati nella NIT. NIT a carattere OBBLIGATORIO che richiede un intervento rapido e limitato (precisato in ogni NIT). In caso di danni verificatisi dopo la data di scadenza del periodo indicato, attribuiti alla mancata esecuzione dell intervento, l utente ne avrà la piena responsabilità. Analogamente non saranno riconosciuti eventuali diritti di indennizzi per danni fisici. Inoltre, i costi non saranno rimborsati.
