We have created an approach to group travel that is relaxed yet professional, allowing the individual guest to experience the Great Southern Touring Route between Adelaide and Melbourne, particularly Ballarat and Sovereign Hill, the Great Ocean Road, the Grampians National Park, Mount Gambier, Kangaroo Island and its world famous National Parks, the Flinders Ranges and the near Outback in an unforgettable way. Although the focus has been on the German speaking markets in the early days, a new product was launched to the English markets (Northern Europe, UK, USA and New Zealand) in NO LANGUAGE MIX! All tours accompanied by an English speaking Tour Manager are conducted in English only and these Tour Managers are usually Australians. Quality and customer focused service are the main emphasis of all Magic Tours products. We believe in top class around the clock service to pamper discerning travellers at a very high level. All tours are guided by a mature and experienced Tour Manager. Guests' requests are fulfilled wherever possible and spontaneity and flexibility are a strength. 6 1) Booking and Payment These cancellation charges and policies become active upon placement of booking. In some cases we might have an individual agreement with our partners. Cancellation payments are on the same terms as ordinary bookings e.g. 30 days net. 2) Cancellation terms a) Cancellation by the participant/s: Up to 2 months prior to tour commencement: 10% of total tour cost 2 months to 1 month prior to tour commencement: 30% of total tour cost 1 month to 15 days prior to tour commencement: 70% of total tour cost 14 days to 24 hours prior to tour commencement: 95% of total tour cost Within 24 hours or No show: 100% of total tour cost Any Air Fares or Air Tickets booked by Magic Tours Pty Ltd: 100% of cost of Ticket/s upon confirmation/cancellation b) Cancellation by Magic Tours Pty Ltd: Magic Tours Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time for any reason. Any monies already received will be refunded in full. 3) Itineraries Note: Routes and Hotel changes may apply in exceptional circumstances. Itineraries are subject to alteration without notice and intended as a guide only. Alterations may come about due to road or weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, local festivals or other reasons. Any additional expense incurred by the passenger is not the responsibility of Magic Tours Pty Ltd. We strongly recommend you have adequate Travel Insurance cover. Magic Tours Pty Ltd can give no guarantee as to the exact arrival and departure times for carriers and operators used by Magic Tours Pty Ltd in the tour and Magic Tours Pty Ltd will not be liable for failure to make connections with any other services or attractions beyond its control. As is normally the case with group tours, a minimum number of bookings are required in order for a tour to operate (2 participants minimum, 6 participants maximum). In the event that adequate numbers cannot be achieved, it may be necessary to cancel a scheduled departure and to offer the nearest possible alternative date (or, of course, a full refund of monies already paid). The date on which the decision is made whether a tour will operate is usually four weeks before the scheduled departure date. 4) Indemnities The involvement of airlines, or any other relevant operator is as air carriers only. They shall not be responsible for statements in this publication relating to the transport arrangements. Magic Tours Pty Ltd shall indemnify these operators against any claim action, loss or damage arising there from. 5) Travel Insurance We strongly recommend passengers to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances which may arise. Please ask your Travel Agent for details at time of booking. 6) Smoking In the interest of other participants comfort, smoking is prohibited on board of touring vehicles. Smokers will find that frequent stops provide an opportunity for those who wish to smoke. 7) Seat Changes To ensure that all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy front and window seats, a daily seat rotation system is employed. 8) Exclusion of Liability Whilst Magic Tours Pty Ltd will take all reasonable steps to provide an enjoyable tour, Magic Tours Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any loss of enjoyment experienced by participants due to circumstances beyond its control. Magic Tours Pty Ltd further accepts no liability for any other loss beyond its reasonable control and provides no warranties in addition to those set out under the Trade Practices Act 1974, and nothing herein

7 restricts the participant from exercising his or her rights and remedies pursuant to law. b) Your travel agent will forward deposits and other payments to you, but your travel agent is not our agent for the purpose of receipt of moneys. Receipt of deposits and subsequent payments by the travel agent does not constitute receipt of those moneys by Magic Tours Pty Ltd and the travel agent has no authority expressed or implied to receive moneys on our behalf. c) No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on the tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of Magic Tours Pty Ltd, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers. Magic Tours Pty Ltd will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour for any reason. Zahlung von Stornogebühren unterliegen demselben Inkasso wie abgewickelte Buchungen. 2) Annullation durch den Reiseteilnehmer Muss der/die Teilnehmer/in aus irgend einem Grunde von der Reise zurücktreten, so hat er/sie dies unverzüglich der Buchungstelle mitzuteilen. 8 Eine Umbuchung auf eine andere Tour wird als Rücktritt gewertet. Stösst der Teilnehmer aus irgend einem Grunde später zur Gruppe oder verlässt er diese früher, besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung. Rücktritt, Annullation und Reiseabbruch können durch eine entsprechende Versicherungen abgedeckt werden, welche wir als unerlässlich empfehlen. Bei Charter-Touren können Annullationsgebühren noch höher festgelegt werden, sofern diese dem Reisenden oder seinem Agenten bei Buchung mitgeteilt werden. 3) Annullation durch Magic Tours Pty Ltd Magic Tours Pty Ltd behält sich das Recht vor, Reisen wegen ungenügender Beteiligung (wir fahren jedoch in der Regel alle Touren mit mindestens 2 Teilnehmer garantiert) oder aus anderen zwingenden Gründen zu annullieren. Bei Annullation durch Magic Tours Pty Ltd werden die bereits bezahlten Beträge rückerstattet. 4) Programmänderungen Programmänderungen oder Änderungen des Transportmittels bedingt durch Wetter, Strassenzustand, Pannen, Streiks, behördliche Massnahmen, Krankheit oder Unfall seitens der Teilnehmer oder Magic Tours Pty Ltd, oder ähnliches, bleiben vorbehalten und sind der Entscheidung von Magic Tours Pty Ltd überlassen. Sollten, bei Reisen mit Zeltunterkunft, schlechte Wetterverhältnisse, Hotelunterkünfte wünschenswert oder erforderlich machen, gehen die zusätzlichen Kosten zulasten der Reisenden. Für verspätete oder verfrühte Rückkehr, Annullation oder Abbruch einer Tour oder anderen Nachteilen und Schäden, die den Teilnehmern aus diesen Gründen der höheren Gewalt enstehen können, übernimmt Magic Tours Pty Ltd keine Haftung, sodass kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des Fahrpreises/Tourpreises entsteht. (Diese Risiken können ganz oder teilweise durch Versicherungen abgedeckt werden). 5) Beanstandungen und Ersatzansprüche Beanstandungen sind sofort an Ort und Stelle an den Tourleiter von Magic Tours Pty Ltd zu richten, welcher dem Teilnehmer nötigenfalls eine Kopie des Rapportes gibt. Schadenansprüche sind schriftlich bis spätestens 8 Wochen nach Ende der Tour an den Reiseveranstalter zu richten. Eine allfällige Entschädigung beschränkt sich aber maximal bis zur Höhe des Tourpreises. 6) Versicherungen Es sind keine Versicherungen im Tourpreis eingeschlossen. Wir empfehlen dem Teilnehmer den Abschluss einer Annullations-, Unfall-, Krankheits-, Rückreise- und Gepäcksverlustversicherung. Magic Tours Pty Ltd haftet für keine der obengenannten Risiken, ebenso nicht für Schädigungen, welche durch andere Teilnehmer oder Dritte verursacht werden. 7) Gerichtsstand Ausschliesslicher Gerichtsstand für Klagen irgendwelcher Art gegen Magic Tours Pty Ltd ist Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. We will pick you up at your Adelaide City accommodation between 0800hrs and 0830hrs. We leave Adelaide and head north through picturesque countryside (mostly sheep, grain and cereal farming). Our first stops will be in Clare, Stone Hut and Warren Gorge which will be on our way to the Australian outback. With a bit of luck we may see the famous yellow footed rock wallaby. From there we travel through outback Station country to our final destination for the day in the Wilpena Pound area. Following breakfast we drive to the Sacred Canyon. Once arrived there we walk deep into the canyon to see some interesting Aborigine paintings and carvings dating back thousands of years. From there we will travel into the Bunyeroo Valley and Gorge (superb scenery) and progress to the intersection of the Brachina Geological Trail and Gorge and Aroona Valley. We travel through time (rock formations are million years old) to the end of the gorge and enjoy the vista of true Australian outback. On the way back to our overnight destination we drive along some of the most stunning countryside - the Morolana Scenic Drive. We will travel to Hawker and follow the main road to Port Augusta. Along the way we climb up to the Yourumbulla Caves where we will see interesting cave paintings. While travelling on towards Orroroo and on to the Clare Valley the road takes us through some real Ghost towns. The beautiful Clare Valley has an excellent reputation for its world renown wines. After visiting one of the many vineyards for some wine tasting we will head back to Adelaide where we will transfer you to your Adelaide City accommodation. Arrival time is early in the evening. Nach dem Mittagessen in Stone Hut, geht es weiter über Wilmington nach Quorn zur Warren Gorge. Wir verlassen Warren Gorge und der Weg führt uns erstmals durch das echte Outback, durch weite Landschaften, bis wir anschliessend in unserer Unterkunft in der Wilpena Pound Region eintreffen werden. Nach dem Frühstück fahren wir tief in den Sacred Canyon, wo wir Ihnen beeindruckende Höhlenmalereien und Meisselarbeiten der Aborigines zeigen werden. It also features the spectacular rock formations of Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch, created by erosion over millions of years. Guests will also be delighted by the antics of the New Zealand fur seals of the surrounding headlands. One of the last stops for the day is the habitat of the Kangaroo, where time is spent exploring their environment and enjoying the peace and tranquillity in the hope of seeing them come out to graze. Transfer to your domestic Aircraft which departs for Adelaide at 1830hrs. A 35 minute flight back to the Adelaide Airport follows, where you will be transferred to your City accommodation by Smart Car Australia. Upon arrival in the Grampians National Park, formed over 300 million years ago, we travel via the Serra and the Mount William ranges to Halls Gap. We explore some of the spectacular views Victoria has to offer Baroka and Reed s lookouts, plus hear stories of the Aboriginal culture. A chance to see Kangaroos, Wallabies and Emus in the wild. There are over 850 different wildflowers native to the Grampians. We suggest dinner at the Kookaburra Restaurant, where local produce and specialties are served.
