3 Der Dongle darf nicht mit dem Computer verbunden werden, bevor die Software installiert ist! 1 Sicherheitshinweise p Das ist bestimmungs gemäß in unbeschädigtem und einwandfreiem Zustand zu betreiben! p Bei Durchführung von Arbeiten am Gerät ist sicherzustellen, dass das Gerät span nungs frei geschaltet ist! p Beachten Sie bei allen Ar beiten an dem Gerät die nationalen Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und die nachfolgenden Sicherheits hinweise in der Betriebsanleitung, die mit einem versehen sind! 2 Normenkonformität Konform mit: EN und EN Gemäß DIN EN ISO 9001 entwickelt, gefertigt und geprüft. 3 Technische Daten Anschluss: Spannungsversorgung (typ): USB-Port über USB 3.1 Voraussetzungen Um das einzusetzen, sind unbedingt folgende Systemvoraussetzungen erforderlich: - Microsoft WinXP, Windows 2000 oder Vista - Technischer Support durch einen zuständigen Mitarbeiter der IT-Abteilung. - Administrator-Rechte während der Installation - Statische IP-Adresse des PCs - Falls DHCP gefordert wird, ist es möglich, eine statische IP-Adresse per DHCP zuzuweisen. Achtung: Nur in Verbindung mit einer gültigen CGVision-Lizenz nutzbar! CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 3

4 3.2 Kurzbeschreibung / Verwendungsbereich Das ermöglicht eine Anbindung von Notlichtsystemen mit STAR-Technologie über Ethernet an eine CGVision. Die Anbindung der Notlichtsysteme geschieht mit Hilfe von CG-S/IP-Routern direkt über die LAN-Schnittstelle des CGVision-PC s. Hierzu muss ein CG-S/IP-Router als Konfigurationsserver konfiguriert sein, der alle anderen CG-S/IP-Router und den PC mit dem CG-S PC-Interface als Client im Netzwerk verwaltet. Dafür müssen alle Clients in einer Channel List im Konfigurationsserver registriert sein. Beispielabbildung CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 4

5 4 852-Server Installation Halten Sie die für das Errichten und Betreiben von elektrischen Betriebsmitteln geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften und das Gerätesicherheitsgesetz, sowie die allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik ein! 4.1 Installation Zum Installieren des 852-Servers starten sie hierfür zuerst die SETUP.exe im 852-Server- Ordner der CGVision CD: Ordnerverzeichnis der CGVision CD CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 5

6 Dateiinhalt des 852-Server Ordners Nach Start des Setups erscheint die Installationsabfrage, diese mit Ja bestätigen. Installationsabfrage 852-Server In der folgenden Abfrage kann das Zielverzeichnis angegeben werden. Es wird empfohlen, die Vorgabe beizubehalten: Die Software wird nun in das o. g. Zielverzeichnis installiert. Es erscheint nun automatisch die IP Interface Config : Auswahl Zielverzeichnis für 852 Server IP-Interface Config CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 6

7 Das kann nun in einen freien USB-Port des PCs eingesteckt werden. (Die rote LED am Interface muss dauerhaft leuchten!) Es ist jetzt erforderlich, die IP-Adresse vom 852 Config Server und vom 852 Interface festzulegen bzw. einzutragen: 1. In dieses Feld muss die IP-Adresse des im Netzwerk installierten Config-Servers eingetragen werden. Der Config-Server (Konfigurations-Server) ist ein beliebiger CEAG CG-S/ IP-Router im Netzwerk, der als Konfigurations-Server konfiguriert wurde und alle restlichen im Netzwerk befindlichen CG-S/IP-Router verwaltet, die als Clients konfiguriert wurden. Hierzu müssen im Webservermenü Channel List des Config-Servers alle Teilnehmer (Clients) eingetragen und registriert werden. (s. auch Kapitel 7 / Registrierung, im Konfigurationsserver) 2. Als IP-Adresse für das 852-Interface ist die IP-Adresse des PCs einzutragen, auf dem diese Anwendung ausgeführt wird. Die IP-Adresse des PCs darf aus diesem Grund nicht dynamisch über DHCP vergeben werden! Falls DHCP zum Einsatz kommt, ist über den DHCP-Server immer die gleiche IP-Adresse zu vergeben! Weitere Einstellungen in diesem Menü sind nicht erforderlich. Es sollten alle Einstellungen mit der umseitigen (Seite 5) Abbildung übereinstimmen. Mit Bestätigung auf Apply wird der 852-Server gestartet. Sind alle Einstellungen richtig, dann erscheint: Erfolgreiche Installation des 852-Servers CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 7

8 5 RNI Client installieren Jetzt ist es erforderlich, den RNI Client zu installieren. Bitte starten Sie hierfür die FastInst.exe im RNILonCI.852-Ordner. Falls eine ältere Version schon installiert ist, muss diese zuerst deinstalliert werden! Ordnerverzeichnis der CGVision CD Dateiinhalt des RNILonCL.852-Ordners CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 8

9 Durch Klicken auf FastInst.exe startet automatisch der Installationsprozess. Das Setup installiert nun die RNI client-software: Installationsprozess des RNI-Client Das Setup installiert einen VNI-Treiber und zwei MIP-Treiber. Während der Installation gibt Windows Meldungen im Infobereich der Taskleiste über neue Hardware aus. Nach der Installation sollten im Gerätemanager von Windows folgende Treiber sichtbar sein: Installierte Treiber im Gerätemanager Einige Einstellungen sind so ausgeführt, dass sich der RNI Client automatisch mit dem 852-Server verbindet. Das lässt sich prüfen, indem man über Klick auf das Symbol des RNI Client im Infobereich der Taskleiste die Parameter des RNI Client aufruft: CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 9

10 Es öffnet sich folgendes Fenster: Diese Nummer ist unterschiedlich RNI Client Parameter 1. Klick auf Test Connection 2. Dieser Eintrag sollte erscheinen 6 Bemerkung Bitte beachten sie, dass der 852-Server nur eine Verbindung zulässt, wenn er ordnungsgemäß (IP-Adresse des PCs) im Konfigurationsserver (CG-S/IP-Router) in der Channel List eingetragen und registriert ist (s. Kap. 7). Ein Druck auf Test Connection wird eine Fehlermeldung erzeugen, solange keine Verbindung zum CG-S/IP-Router Konfigurationsserver besteht. Der 852-Server wird automatisch gestartet, auch wenn der Dongle im USB-Port des PCs nicht eingesteckt ist. CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 10

11 7 Registrierung im Konfigurations-Server (CG-S / IP-Router) Zum Betrieb der CGVision mit dem, muss nun in der Channel-List des CG-S/IP Routers, welcher als Konfigurations-Server arbeitet, eingetragen und registriert werden. Hierzu öffnet man das Menü EIA-852 Ch. List im Konfigurations Server: Nun muss der CGVision PC mit dem CG-S/IP Interface über Add Device in der Liste hinzugefügt werden. Es muss die IP-Adresse des CGVision PC`s und ein beliebiger Name eingetragen werden. Zum Speichern auf Save klicken: CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 11

12 Der CGVision PC ist nun in der Liste gespeichert, muss jedoch noch im Konfigurations- Server über Recontact registriert werden. Bei erfolgreicher Registrierung erscheint ein grünes Häckchen unter Stat Flags : CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 12

13 Auf die gleiche Weise wird so mit weiteren CG-S/IP Routern verfahren, die im Netzwerk als Clients in der Channel-List des Konfigurations-Server eingetragen und registriert werden müssen. Beispiel: Bei erfolgreicher Registrierung erscheinen grüne Häckchen unter Stat Flags, ggf. muss hierfür nochmal ein Recontact durchgeführt werden. Das CG-S Netzwerk über IP ist nun betriebsbereit. 8 Test der Installation Falls notwendig kann das Setup durch das Programm Easy Check getestet werden. Das Programm wird nicht automatisch mit installiert. Easy Check befindet sich im Verzeichnis auf der CGVision CD CG-S USB Driver : Dateiinhalt des Easy Check-Ordners CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 13

14 Nach Start (Doppelklick) der EasyCheck.exe und Anwahl des Auswahlfensters Interface Commands öffnet sich folgendes Fenster: EasyCheck Im Register Interface Commands muss im Auswahlfenster Select Network Interface der Treiber LONIP ausgewählt werden. 15 Mit Clear Status werden nun die Daten und der Status des Interfaces angezeigt: Bemerkung: Die Node state configured online sollte grün unterlegt sein, dann ist alles in Ordnung. 9 Parameter 7 Parameter des 852-Server des 852 Server Name Comment Config Server Address IP address of the 852 Configuration Server Config Server Port Port number for the Configuration Service, Default is Interface Address IP address of the 852 Server itself. Debug Output A debug output can be generated. With the check box the output can be enabled. Debug Mask Defines the debug output, which is generated. Default is Hide Console The debug output is sent to a console window, if this checkbox is enabled. Otherwise it will be sent to the LOG combo box at the bottom of the window. Automatic Start Decides if the 852 Server is started automatically. If the 852 Server is a standard application, it will be added to the autostart list. 16 Mounting and Operating Instructions Don t connect the dongle to the computer before the software is installed! 1 Safety Notes p The shall only be used for its intended purpose and in undamaged and perfect condition! p When working on the electronic device make sure that it is disconnected from the voltage! p Observe the national safety rules and regulations for prevention of accidents as well as the safety instructions included in these operating instructions marked with! 2 Conformity with standards Conform to: EN55022 and EN Developed, manufactured and tested acc. to ISO Technical Data Connection: Power supply voltage: USB-port via USB 3.1 Premises To use the CG-S / IP-Interface the following system premises are absolutely necessary: - Microsoft WinXP, Windows 2000 or Vista - technical support by a responsible employee of the IT-department - Administrator rights during installation - static IP-address of the PC - if DHCP is required it is possible to allocate a static IP-address via DHCP Attention: Only use in connection with a valid CGVision-licence! 17 Mounting and Operating Instructions 3.2 Brief description / Scope of application The allows a connection of emergency lighting-systems with STARtechnology via ethernet to a CGVision. This connection happens by the help of CG-S/IP-router directly via LAN-interface of the CGVision-PC. For this a CG-S/IP-Router must be configured as configuration server, which manages all the other CG-S/IP-Routers and the CGVision PC, which are configured as clients (default). All clients must be registered in the channel list of the configuration server. Example application CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 17

18 Mounting and Operating Instructions 4 Installation of 852-server For the mounting and operation of electrical apparatus, the respective national safety regulations as well as the general rules of engineering will have to be observed! 4.1 Installation First start SETUP.exe in the 852-server-register of the CGVision CD to install the 852-server: Folder of the CGVision CD Content of files of th 852-Server-folder After starting the setup the following request appears, which has to be confirmed with Ja Request of installation of 852-server CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 18

19 Mounting and Operating Instructions With a next question the folder will be defined, the software shall be installed in. It is recommended to hold the presettings: Choice of folder for 852-server The complete software gets installed in the mentioned folder. The IP Interface Config appears automatically IP-Interface Config Now, plug in the into a free USB port of the PC. (The red LED of the interface has to light permanentely!) After that, it is necessary to define and enter the IP-address of the 852 Config Server and the 852 Interface : 1. In this field the IP-address of the Config Server installed in the network has to be entered. The Config Server is one of any CEAG CG-S/IP-router in the network being configured. As Config Server it administrates all remaining CG-S/IP-router in the network, which were configured as clients. For this, all clients have to be entered and registered in the Config Server in the webserver-menu Channel list. (s. chapter 7 / Registration in the configuration server) 2. The IP-address of the PC being used for this application has to be entered for the 852-interface. Thus, the IP-address of the PC must not be assigned dynamically via DHCP! In case DHCP is used always the same IP-address has to be taken. Further settings are not needed in this menu. Every setting should agree with above mentioned figure (page 15). With Apply the 852-server starts. If all settings are right following window appears: CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 19

20 Mounting and Operating Instructions Successfull installation of the 852-server 5 Install the RNI Client Now it is needed to install the RNI client. For this run the FastInst.exe from the RNI- LonCI.852 folder. If there is a previous version of the RNI software installed it has to be uninstalled first! 21 Mounting and Operating Instructions With a click on FastInst.exe the installation starts automatically. The Setup now installs the RNI client-software: Installation of the RNI-client The setup installs one VNI-driver and two MIP-drivers. During the installation messages in the task bar of Windows show the new hardware. After the installation the following driver should be visible in the device manager of Windows: Installed driver in the device-manager Some settings are made to connect the RNI client automatically with the 852-server. This can be checked by clicking on the RNI-client -symbol in the info domain in the task bar showing the parameter of the RNI client: CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 21

This entry should appear 6 Remark The 852-server allows a connection just when it is entered and registered to an configuration server (CG-S/IP-Router) in the Channel List. (see chapter 7) A click on Test Connection will raise an error until there is no connection to an CG-S/ IP-Router configuration server. Even if there is no dongle in the USB-port of the PC, the 852-server will start automatically. CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 22

23 Mounting and Operating Instructions 7 Registration in the configuration server (CG-S/IP-Router) To use the CGVision with it is necessary to register the IP-address of the CGVision PC in the channel-list of the CG-S/IP Router, which is configured as configuration server. For this the menu EIA-852 C. List in the configuration server must be opened: With Add Device, the CGVision PC with CG-S/IP Interface have to be add in the channel list. Now the IP-address of the CGVision PC and a name (any) must be entered. Click save to continue: CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH 23

25 Mounting and Operating Instructions Further CG-S/IP Router, which are working as clients in the network as well, can be added in the channel list of the configuration server with the same procedure. Example: 8 Testing the Installation The setup can now be tested by the programme Easy Check. This programme will not be installed automatically. 26 Mounting and Operating Instructions After starting (double-click) EasyCheck.exe and and clicking on the selection field Interface Commands the following window opens: EasyCheck In the register Interface Commands the driver LONIP must be chosen in the selection field Select Network Interface.
