6 : : : 6/6 Wir bestellen die oben genannten Produkte in Übereinstimmung mit den folgenden Allgemeinen Überlassungsbedingungen: Allgemeine Überlassungsbedingungen: Die Anlieferung der Pflanzen erfolgt am letzten Aufbautag. Leihpflanzen werden nur für den vereinbarten Zweck und nur für die Dauer der Veranstaltung zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Besteller hat die Leihpflanzen sorgfältig zu behandeln. Die Leihpflanzen sind nach Veranstaltungsschluss abholbereit zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Leihpflanzen werden innerhalb von 2 Stunden nach Veranstaltungsende abgeholt. Wird der Leihgegenstand bei Beendigung des Überlassungsverhältnisses an den Überlasser nicht zurückgegeben, so ist der Überlasser berechtigt, für die Dauer der Vorenthaltung des Leihgegenstandes eine Entschädigung in Höhe des vereinbarten Leihzinses zzgl. MwSt. zu verlangen. Ist der Leihgegenstand beim Besteller in Verlust geraten, so hat der Besteller neben den vereinbarten Leihgebühren Schadensersatz in Höhe des Wiederbeschaffungspreises für den Gegenstand zu entrichten. Für Schäden an Leihpflanzen und für Verluste haftet der Besteller. Die Haftung beginnt mit der Anlieferung und endet mit der Abholung. Die Haftung des Bestellers endet spätestens 24 Stunden nach Veranstaltungsschluss, es sei denn, ein anderer Abholtermin wurde vereinbart oder das Leihgut war nicht abholbereit abgestellt. Dies gilt auch, wenn der Stand nicht besetzt ist. We order above named and marked items in accordance with the following General Terms and Conditions of Hire: General Terms and Conditions of Hire: Plants will be delivered on the final day of fair setup. Plants on loan will only be supplied for the agreed purpose and only for the duration of the fair. The exhibitor shall treat the plants he hires with care. The plants hired must be ready for collection after the end of the fair. The rented plants are collected within 2 hours following the end of the event. If the hired item is not returned to the lessor at the end of the period of hire the lessor shall be entitled to claim for compensation amounting to the agreed rental fee (plus VAT for the period of retention). If the hired item has been lost by the renter, the renter shall pay damages amounting to the replacement price of an object of the same kind and quality in addition to the agreed rental fee. The renter shall be liable for any damage to or loss of plants. Liability shall commence on delivery and shall cease on collection. The liability of the renter shall cease at the latest 24 hours after the end of the fair unless another date has been agreed for collection or the plants are not ready for collection. This ruling shall also apply if the stand is not occupied.
