At the TD Meeting on the 14 th May 2014, name of the oil pattern will be announced. Hotel information We ask you to book the rooms as soon as possible. In May there is a busy season in Vienna and it is possible that all rooms are booked out soon. As we informed you, we would advise the Hotel Senator. It s a nice hotel and the people there are prepared for deaf guests. Again you can find enclosed the booking form for this Hotel. Until 12 th February 2014 we have blocked all rooms. Maybe after this time you won t get rooms anymore. For the other hotels (Hotel Donauwalzer, Hotel Exe und Hotel Stalehner) you have to contact directly the hotels. You only have transport, if you book one of these hotels.

7 Transport The transport is only available for guests which stay in one of the four official hotels. Please bear with us that we can t offer transport before 13 th May 2014 and after the 25 th May You can reach the Bowling hall by feet in 2-15 minutes (depends on the hotel). That s why there is no transport between the practice and the competitions. Of course we will bring the balls to the bowling center at your arrival and bring it back to you at the departure or after the last competition. Opening and Closing Ceremony The Opening Ceremony will be in the Bowling Center. We are looking for a place for the Closing Ceremony. We will inform you on time. Website We are working on the website and it will be ready timely. Visa Please take care of your visa. This is for the following countries: Belarus, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine Unofficial practice The Bowling Center is opened on the 13 th May 2014 from 10 in the morning and on the 14 th May 2014 from 3 in the afternoon. Please make your lane reservation directly in the Bowling Center. You have to pay on the spot. Contact We moved our office. The new address is: 2542 Kottingbrunn The other things stayed the same. Forms Enclosed you can find the form for the Hotel reservation for the Hotel Senator and the Ball registration form. Poster The poster will be ready soon and we will send it to you. ID Cards You have to send us pictures of all participants after the name registration. Latest 30 th April Ball registration All players from each country must check their balls at their local proshop in their country and fill out the Bowling Ball form and give to EDSO TO at 14 th May at last. There will be random control of bowling balls during the Championships. Players without registration papers will not be allowed to play in the EC Bowling 2014.
