Diese Anschlusstechnik schätzen bereits viele unserer Kunden aus anderen Produktbereichen, wie z.b. bei den M12 Sensorsteckverbindern. Einer der wesentlichsten Vorteile ist, dass der Anwender die Steckverbinder im Feld direkt mit geringem Aufwand anschließen kann. Diese Ausführungen kommen als Ergänzung der bestehenden Serien auf den Markt. Im gesteckten und verriegelten Zustand erfüllen die Steckverbinder die Schutzart IP0/67. Many of our customers already appreciate this connecting method that is already used in other products, like for example in the M12 sensor connector range. One of the main advantages is that the user can install the connectors in the field with minimum effort. These versions complete the existing versions within these series. Wir bieten jetzt bei Litzenverdrahtung im Gerät auch die Möglichkeit den Steckverbinder von innen durch das Gehäuse zu positionieren und von vorn zu verschrauben. Dies ist notwendig, wenn zum Beispiel die Leiterplatte mit dem Steckverbinder vorgefertigt wird und die Montage im Gehäuse anschließend erfolgt. Die 3-, - und 6-poligen vergossenen Flanschstecker und Flanschdosen in vernickelten Messinggehäusen sind mit Schlüsselflächen versehen, die eine Verdrehsicherung sicherstellen. Der O-Ring als Dichtung des Kundengehäuses ist montiert. Um die Montage zu erleichtern, ist die Sechskantmutter nicht montiert. Die Litzenlänge beträgt 200 mm, wobei längere Versionen auf Anfrage möglich sind. Am 3- und -poligen Flanschstecker sind sowohl Gegenstücke als Kabeldosen in M8- und Snap-In-Technik anschließbar. Anschluss Termination Litzen/single wires The M8 front fastened panel mount connectors until now have only been available with dip-solder contacts. Da das Gewinde in der Regel nicht positioniert ist, kann es zu Problemen mit der Kabelabgangsrichtung des Winkelgegenstückes kommen. Deshalb wird für diese Fälle häufig ein positionierbarer Flanschsteckverbinder genutzt. Bei der Montage wird der Steckverbinder positioniert, so dass der Kabelabgang des Gegenstückes in die gewünschte Richtung zeigt. Anschließend wird die Befestigungsmutter gegen das Gehäuse verschraubt. Die Gehäusematerialien wurden bei den -12-poligen Stecker- und Dosenversionen in A-Kodierung, von Messing vernickelt auf Zinkdruckguss vernickelt, umgestellt. Damit konnte der Verguss entfallen, da der Kontakteinsatz formschlüssig im Gehäuse arretiert wird. Anschluss Termination Litzen/single wires The M16x1/PG9 thread is screwed into an M12 connector to enable the construction of pluggable devices with cable glands. Because the thread is generally not positioned, problems with the cable gland direction of the angled mating halves may be encountered. For this reason a positionable panel mount connector is commonly used for such cases. During assembly the connector is positioned with the cable gland of the counterpart pointing in the desired direction. Then the fixing nut is screwed against the housing. The housing materials in the -12 pole panel mount versions in A-coding have been converted from nickelplated brass to nickel-plated diecast zinc. Aus diesem Grund bieten wir jetzt auch von vorn verschraubbare Flanschstecker und Flanschdosen mit vorkonfektionierten, standardmäßig 200 mm langen UL-Litzen, mit AWG 18 an. Damit erhält der Kunde die Möglichkeit die elektrische Baugruppe komplett zu konfektionieren und diese anschließend in ein IP 67 Gehäuse einzubauen. Falls eine Verdrehsicherung erforderlich ist, können die Flächen des Befestigungsgewindes am Gehäusedurchbruch genutzt werden. Die Steckverbindergehäuse und Sechskantmuttern sind aus Messing vernickelt. Die Kontaktoberflächen sind vergoldet und damit für raue Einsatzbedingungen geeignet. Diese Steckverbinder sind CUR zertifiziert. Anschluss Termination Litzen/single wires The increasing use of the 7/8 connector system for power supplies requires new panel mount connectors with different termination and installation options. This is why we are now supplying male and female panel mount connectors that can be fastened from the front with pre-assembled, standardised 200 mm long UL single wires, with AWG 18. This gives the customer the option of assembling complete electrical subassemblies and then installing them in an IP67 housing. If an anti-torsion safety device is required, the fastening thread in the housing opening can be used. The connector housing and hexagonal nuts are nickel-plated brass. The contacts are gold-plated and therefore suitable for rugged conditions. The connectors are CUR-certified. 28 NEUHEITEN NEWS 2011

Zwischenzeitlich hat dieses System auch den europäischen Markt für die Spannungsversorgung von Feldbus- und Ethernetanwendungen erreicht. Wie bei M8 und M12 besteht auch hier der Bedarf von Versionen mit Leiterplattenanschluss. Um dem Kunden weitere Möglichkeiten zur Geräteintegration anbieten zu können, haben wir das Programm für Flanschdosen und Flanschstecker von vorn und hinten verschraubbar, mit Tauchlötkontakten, ausgebaut. Diese Steckverbinder sind in 2+PE, und +PE poligen Versionen in Schutzart IP67 lieferbar. Die Gehäuse sind in Messing bzw. Zinkdruckguss vernickelt ausgeführt. Alle Versionen haben eine CUR-Zulassung. In the meantime this system has also reached the European market for power supplies for fieldbus and Ethernet applications. As with M8 and M12, there is also a demand for versions with PCB connections. To give our customers additional options for device integration, we have extended the range of male and female panel mount connectors that can be fastened from front and back to include dip-solder contacts. These connectors are available in 2+PE, and +PE pole versions in IP67 degree of protection. The housings are available in brass or nickel-plated diecast zinc.
