3 CASAFLEX UNO 3 Verlegung und Montage von CASAFLEX Rohren Laying and installation of CASAFLEX pipes Spannbänder fixing ribbons. 2. Verlegung (Skizze) Spannbänder nacheinander von außen nach innen durchtrennen und Ring im Graben (oder neben dem Graben) abrollen. Laying the pipe (sketch) Cut the fixing ribbons one after the other from the outside inwards and roll the pipe out into the trench (or next to the trench). Rohrende richten (Skizze) Außenmantel auf ca. 60 C wärmen (Oberfläche glänzt) und im eingespannten Zustand abkühlen. Biegeschiene vom Rohr lösen. Alternativ: Hydraulik-Biegegerät! Position end of pipe (sketch) Warm up the outer jacket up to 60 C (jacket shines) and let it cool down fixed. Release pipe from bending machine. Alternativ: Hydraulik-Biegegerät!0 3. ca. 60 C approx 60 C Verlegung und Montage bei tiefen Außentemperaturen (< 5 C) Ring wenn möglich in einer geheizten Halle lagern oder mit Heizstrahlern Außenmantel wärmen und dann sofort verlegen. Rohrende wie oben beschrieben richten. Mantel 200 mm vom Ende rundherum markieren. Mark off a line around the circumference of the pipe jacket 200 mm from the end. 3. Mantel maximal 5 mm tief rundherum ansägen Streckgitter mit durchtrennen! Saw around the circumference of the jacket to a maximum depth of 5 mm cut through the expanding mesh as well! 4. Mantel mit Sicherheitsmesser längs einschneiden. Cut into the jacket in a longitudinal direction using the safety knife. 5. Mantel mit Schraubendreher anheben und mit der Hand entfernen. Lift the jacket using the screwdriver and remove it by hand.

5 CASAFLEX UNO 5 6. Rohrende ohne Mantel. Pipe end without jacket. 7. Schaum im Bereich der Überlappung des Streckgitters (gegenüber den Meldeadern) entfernen. Remove the foam from the expanding mesh where it overlaps (opposite the monitoring leads). 8. Streckgitter mit Schraubendreher abhebeln und entfernen. Lever off the expanding mesh using the screwdriver and remove it. 9. Freilegen der Meldeadern. Expose the monitoring leads. 0. Fixierung der Meldeadern am Außenmantel. Secure the monitoring leads to the outer jacket.. Anzeichnen 70 mm Rohrlänge. Mark off 70 mm of the pipe length.

6 CASAFLEX UNO 6 2. Absägen der Rohrlänge Saw off the pipe length. 3. Schaum vom verbliebenen Rohr bis zum Außenmantel entfernen. Wellrohr nicht beschädigen! Remove the foam from the remaining pipe as far as the outer jacket. Take care not to damage the corrugated pipe! 4. Rohr von innen mit Heißluftfön anwärmen keine Anlauffarben! Schaumreste vom Rohr mit Edelstahl-Drahtbürste entfernen. Warm up the pipe from inside using the hot-air blower Take care there is no discolouration! Remove all traces of foam from the pipe using the stainless steel wire brush.

7 CASAFLEX UNO 7 Montage der Anschlussverbindung Installing the connection unit L 5. Freigelegtes und gereinigtes Rohrende. Wichtig: metallisch blank! The exposed and cleaned pipe end. Important: it must be only the bare metal! 7. Rohr im Wellental beginnend am Druckring () entlang gerade absägen. Druckring () beim Sägen festhalten oder mit Klebeband fixieren. Achtung! Druckring () nach Sägevorgang entfernen! Saw off the pipe in a straight line along the trough of the corrugation starting at the pressure ring (). Hold the pressure ring () in position while sawing or fix it with adhesive tape. Attention! Remove the pressure ring () after sawing! 6. Druckring () mit großer Fläche nach vorn zum Absägen aufdrehen. Maß L einhalten: DN 20 bis DN 32 = 50 mm DN 40 und DN 50 = 60 mm Screw on the pressure ring () with the larger surface facing forwards for sawing off. Keep to the measurement L: DN 20 up to DN 32 = 50 mm DN 40 and DN 50 = 60 mm 8. Wellrohrende mit Halbrundpfeile sauber entgraten. Das Rohr außen oder innen nicht beschädigen! Remove any burs using the half-round file till it is quite clean. Take care not to damage the pipe outside or inside!

8 CASAFLEX UNO 8 Absatz step 9. Späne mit Pinsel entfernen. Remove filings using the brush. 20. Druckring () mit großer Fläche voran aufdrehen. Achtung! Absatz ist vorn! Screw on the pressure ring with the larger surface facing forwards. Attention! The step is at the front! 2. Stützring (2) in das Wellrohr eindrehen. Screw the back-up ring (2) into the corrugated pipe Stützring (2) so weit eindrehen, bis das Gewindeende mit dem Wellrohranfang abschließt. Screw the back-up ring (2) in until the end of the thread is flush with the beginning of the pipe corrugation. 2 bündig flush

9 CASAFLEX UNO mm mm 23. Einstellen der Dichtkammer ohne Graphit-Dichtring: Anschlussstück (4) über den Stützring bis zum Anschlag schieben und Druckring () bis auf 0.5 mm zurückdrehen. Markierung auf Außenmantel und Druckring () setzen. Positioning the sealing chamber without the graphite sealing ring: push on the connecting piece (4) over the back-up ring (2) till it will go no further and screw the pressure ring () back, leaving only a gap of 0.5 mm. Mark the positions on the outer jacket and the pressure ring (). 25. Anschlussstück (4) aufschieben. Achtung! Druckring () nicht verdrehen! Slide on the connecting piece (4). Attention! Take care not to skew the pressure ring ()! Anschlussstück entfernen und Graphit- Dichtring (3) aufschieben. Kontrollmaß: 2 mm Überstand des Stützrings (2) Remove the connecting piece (4) and slide on the graphite sealing ring (3). Reference dimension: 2 mm of the back-up ring (2) still protrudes Graphit-Paste auf Gewinde der Innensechskantschrauben (6) aufbringen. Apply graphite paste to the screw thread of the Allen screws (6).

10 CASAFLEX UNO Alle Schrauben (6) setzen und im Uhrzeigersinn nacheinander in mehreren Durchgängen gleichmäßig auf Block festziehen. Achtung! Druckring () nicht verdrehen. Position all the screws (6) and screw them on clockwise one after another, tightening them alternately evenly to the end of the thread. Attention! Take care not to skew the pressure ring () Alle Schrumpfschläuche (9) auf 50 mm lang bis zum Schaum über die einzelnen Meldeadern schieben und mit dem Heißluftfön aufschrumpfen. Push all the shrink sleeves (9) 50 mm over the individual monitoring leads up to the foam and shrink on using the hot-air blower. 28. Die drei Meldeadern (rot/weiß/grün) auseinanderdrehen und die Kunststoffseele mit dem Seitenschneider am Schaumende abschneiden. Meldeadern gerade ziehen. Separate the three monitoring leads (red/white/green) and cut off the plastic core at the end of the foam using the side cutter. Pull the monitoring leads straight Flexiblen Schlauch (8) 20 mm lang bis zum Schaum über die Meldeadern schieben. Push the flexible sleeving (8) 20 mm over the monitoring leads up to the foam.

11 CASAFLEX UNO Schutzkappe (7) so über die Anschlussverbindung auf den Außenmantel schieben, dass die Meldeadern durch eine der Bohrungen (durch Verdrehen der Schutzkappe) in der Position 0 Uhr oder 4 Uhr herausgeführt werden. Push the protective cap (7) over the connection unit onto the outer jacket so that the monitoring leads come out through one of the exit holes at 0 o clock or 4 o clock (turn the protective cap). 33. Fertig montierte Anschlussverbindung. The successfully installed connection unit. 32. Schutzkappe (7) fixieren. Dabei je eine Schraube (6) lösen und mit Unterlegscheiben (5) neu festschrauben.
