The Social Web enables communication with customers, business partners and encourages collaboration inside the company. However, the integration and the use of these technologies is not easy, taking into account that the output of this use is wide: marketing, research, CRM, brand reputation, collaboration, etc. The aim of this project is the transfer of a key skill to the European industry. The Social Media Networker Skills project provides a technological and methodological strategy for online learning assessment, recognition, facilitation and qualification for this new job role. The aim of this project is the transfer of the Social Media Networker Skills to the industry. The project started in late 2011 and after a two years of execution, all (8) deliverables are available in their final form (Project Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Skill Card, Training Material, elearning portal, Exam Questions and Dissemination Plan and Materials). Apart from supporting outputs, training materials are the body of knowledge of the role, exam questions act as assessment tools in the exams and elearning portal is the basis of all the certification process. Regarding WP 1 Project Management, project management plan was produced on time and four versions of this deliverable have been issued since then. All plans are edited using Microsoft Project. Project Administration Results deliverable was also issued on time, given that is a clear consequence of the plan. Regarding WP 2 Quality Management, the plan was issued on time and the reports of the reviews (Skillcard, Training materials ) are available in the system. With respect to WP3 Configuration Management, the plan was available in February. This plan leads to the use of NQA Teamwork Portal that helps to a common 2

3 Projektinformationen configuration environment and repository. Regarding WP4 materials were produced and are the basis of the training materials. WP5, Training Configuration has been produced includin a Learning portal and Exam questions. WP6 included actions to assess the certification scheme and a set of courses were planned and executed in the five countries of the consortium. Feedback from trainings was collected and incorpotated on materials and approaches. In WP7 several activites have been udertaked. They included the design of the website presentations in key conferences and some local activities of dissemination of the partners. With respect to sostenibility,ecqa committe was stablished. As a result of implementing the framework from the European Certification and Qualification Association for each of the Skill Set a Job Role and Exam Body Committee is founded. The committees will have the responsibility to promote, maintain and update the skill sets and multiple choice test questions for the exam. The committees' work is funded from the income of the certifications. Since the JRC group provides the knowledge and material needed for certification and training, the group has the right to decide upon policy related to the profession in alignment to overall ECQA strategy and processes.
