Die Hand bleibt selbst bei langen laparoskopischen Eingriffen entspannt. Daumenwurzel und Daumensattel werden durch den Druck des Pistolengriffs nicht mehr belastet und bleiben daher nahezu schmerzfrei. Verspannungstendenzen im Nacken und in der Schulter werden merklich reduziert. Ergonomisches und ermüdungsfreies Arbeiten mit AlphaTriPart. A special rotating thumb ring allows the grip to adapt to the individual anatomy of any hand. The hand remains relaxed even during long laparoscopic procedures. Thumb root and saddle are no longer strained through the pressure of the pistol grip, thereby causing significantly less discomfort. 18 Maschinelle Aufbereitung Aufgrund des Produktdesigns und der verwendeten Materialien, kann kein definiertes Limit von max. durchführbaren Aufbereitungszyklen festgelegt werden. Die Lebensdauer der Medizinprodukte wird durch deren Funktion und den schonenden Umgang bestimmt. Defekte Produkte müssen vor Rücksendung zur Reparatur den gesamten Wiederaufbereitungsprozess durchlaufen haben. WiederaufbereitungsAnleitung Vorbereitung am Einsatzort Direkt nach der Anwendung groben Schmutz von den Instrumenten entfernen. Keine fixierende Mittel oder heißes Wasser (>40 C) benutzen, da das zur Fixierung von Rückständen führt und Reinigungserfolg beeinflussen kann. Transport Sichere Lagerung in einem geschlossenen Behältnis und Transport der Instrumente zum Aufbereitungsort um Schaden der Instrumente und Kontamination gegenüber der Umwelt zu vermeiden. Vorbereitung zur Dekontamination Die Instrumente müssen zur Aufbereitung auseinandergebaut bzw. geöffnet werden. Vorreinigung Instrumente in kaltem Wasser für mindestens 5 min einlegen. Falls möglich die Instrumente zerlegen und unter kaltem Wasser mit einer weichen Bürste reinigen bis keine Rückstände mehr sichtbar sind. Bei Hohlräumen, Bohrungen und Gewindegängen mindestens 10 sec. mit einer Wasserpistole druckspülen (Gepulstes Verfahren). Instrumente im Ultraschallbad für 15 min bei 40 C (35-45KHz) mit 0,5% alkalischem Reiniger legen und beschallen. Dabei die Instrumente einmal drehen. Instrumente entnehmen und mit kaltem Wasser abspülen. Reinigung Instrumente im zerlegten Zustand auf die Einsätze des MIC-Wagens stecken. Nicht aufsteckbare Instrumente in geöffnetem Zustand in eine Siebschale auf den MIC-Wagen legen min. Vorspülen mit kaltem Wasser. Entleerung 3. 3 min. Vorspülen mit alkalischem Reiniger bei 45 C 4. 3 min. Vorspülen mit alkalischem Reiniger bei 60 C 5. 4 min. Vorspülen mit alkalischem Reiniger bei 70 C 6. Entleerung 7. 1 min. spülen mit Wasser bei 58 C 8. Entleerung Desinfektion Die maschinelle Thermische Desinfektion unter Berücksichtigung der nationalen Anforderungen bezüglich des A0-Wertes (siehe ISO 15883) durchführen. Trocknung Trocknung der Außenseite der Instrumente durch den Trocknungszyklus des Reinigungs/Desinfektionsgerätes. 20 Automated Cleaning Process Reprocessing procedures have only limited implications to a surgical instrument. The limitation of the numbers of reprocessing procedures is therefore determined by the function / wear of the device. In case of damage the device should be reprocessed before sending back to the manufacturer for repair. Reprocessing Instructions Preparation at the Point of Use Remove gross soiling by submerging the instrument in cold water (<40 C) immediately after use. Do not use a fixating detergent or hot water (>40 C) as this can cause the fixation of residue which may influence the result of the reprocessing process. Transportation Safe storage and transportation in a closed container to the reprocessing area in order to avoid any damage and contamination to the environment. Preparation for Decontamination The devices must be reprocessed in an open or disassembled state. Pre-Cleaning Immerse the instrument in cold tap water for at least 5 minutes. Dismantle the instruments and brush under cold tap water until all visible residues are removed. Inner lumens, threads and holes are flushed each with a water jet pistol for minimum 10 sec. in the pulsed mode Immerse the instrument in an ultrasonic bath with alkaline detergent (0,5%) and treat with ultrasonic for 15 minutes at 40 C (35 45 KHz). Change the position of the instruments once. The instrument is taken out of the bath and rinsed with cold tap water again. Automated Cleaning Place the instruments opened and in a disassembled state on an instrument tray. Place the tray on an instrument rack in the washer disinfector and start the cycle: 1. 3 min. pre-cleaning with cold water. draining 3. 3 min. pre-cleaning with alkaline cleaner at 45 C 4. 3 min. pre-cleaning with alkaline cleaner at 60 C 5. 4 min. pre-cleaning with alkaline cleaner at 70 C 6. draining 7. 1 min. rinsing with water at 58 C 8. draining Please follow the Operation instructions of the detergent s manufacturer Disinfection Automated Disinfection: Automated Thermal Disinfection in washer/disinfector under consideration of national requirements in regards to A0-Value (see ISO 15883) Drying Automated Drying: Drying of outside of instrument through drying cycle of washer/disinfector. If needed, additional manual drying can be performed through lint free towel. 21 Functional Testing, Maintenance Visual inspection for cleanliness, assembling and functional testing according to instructions of use. If necessary perform reprocessing process again until the instruments are visibly clean. Packaging Appropriate packaging for sterilization according ISO and EN 868 Sterilization Sterilization of instruments by applying a fractionated pre-vacuum process (according ISO 17665) under consideration of the respective country requirements. Parameters for the pre-vacuum cycle: 3 prevacuum phases with at least 60 millibar Heat up to a minimum sterilization temperature of C; maximum temperature 137 C Minimum Holding time: 5 min Drying time: minimum 10 min Storage Storage of sterilized instruments in a dry, clean and dust free environment at modest temperatures of 5 C to 40 C. It is the duty of the user to ensure that the reprocessing processes including resources, materials and personnel are capable to reach the required results.
