Das Buch hier durchkämmt systematisch jegliche Bereiche der Inneren Medizin und das wie der Titel schon verrät im Frage und Antwort Stil. Zunächst geht es los mit Herz und Gefäße, weiter Atmungsorgane, dann Gastrointestinaltrakt, Blut und Lymphsystem, Niere, Bewegungsapparat, Endokrinologie, Infektiologie, Psychatrie und Immunologie. Abgerundet wird das Ganze dann von einer Checkliste für den letzten Tag vor der Prüfung. Neben dem klassischen Frage Antwort Stil, wurden auch geschickt Fallgeschichten eingebaut, die dann einer Frage zum Thema vorausgehen. Anschließend kommt dann die Antwort und es folgt dann eine sehr ausführliche Erklärung. Oft folgt noch ein Merke Kasten, der ganz wichtige Fakten, die man unbedingt wissen sollte, enthält. Was ich persönlich sehr gut finde ist auch das Format des Buches es ist nicht so groß und man kann es in einer Handtasche immer unterbringen welcher Mediziner musste nicht schon Freizeit und Studium irgendwie unter einen Hut bringen ;) Weitere Vorteile, die mir persönlich bei der Nutzung aufgefallen sind dieses Buch ist auch ein super Leitfaden für eine Lerngruppe und dennoch ebenso für eine Einzelperson, denn man kann die Antworten immer gut abdecken. Doch in der Lerngruppe können sogar die Themen dann aufgeteilt werden und man kann versuchen einen systematischen gemeinsamen Weg finden. Ein immer gern genutzter Bonuspunkt: der Pin für die Online-Nutzung. Falls man doch nur eine kleine Portion nutzen möchte oder für alle Gruppenmitglieder eine Seite ausdrucken möchte...
