2 NVI -NV 230V Wasserkühlung des Antriebs Um bei hydraulischem Betrieb eine thermische Zersetzung des Hydrauliköls zu vermeiden, ist der Nadelverschluss mit einer Wasserkühlung des Antriebsbereiches versehen. Es ist hierbei darauf zu achten, dass die Rücklauftemperatur des Kühlwassers 60 C nicht übersteigt. Versorgung mit Luft oder Hydraulikflüssigkeit Um die Nadelbelastung während des Betriebs so gering wie möglich zu halten, sollte der Druck bei hydraulischem Betrieb 50 bar nicht überschreiten. Für den Normalbetrieb empfiehlt EWIKON ca. 30 bar. Bei pneumatischem Betrieb sollte der Druck auf 10 bar begrenzt werden. Generell ist auf ausreichend große Versorgungskanäle zu achten, der Durchmesser der Zuleitung sollte möglichst zwischen 8 mm und 10 mm liegen. Besonders beim Einsatz als Systemdüse sollten die Versorgungskanäle balanciert ausgelegt sein. Water cooling of the drive unit To avoid thermal decomposition of the hydraulic oil the valve gate is equipped with a water cooling of the drive area when hydraulically operated. It must be ensured that the backflow temperature of the water does not exceed 60 C. Supply with air or hydraulic fluid For minimal valve pin load the pressure during hydraulic operation should not exceed 50 bar. Under normal operating circumstances EWIKON recommends approx. 30 bar. When operating the valve pin pneumatically the air pressure should be limited to 10 bar. Please make sure that sufficiently large supply channels are guaranteed. If possible, the diameter should be chosen between 8 mm and 10 mm. Especially when using the valve gate as hot tip a balanced supply channel layout should be provided. Lagesicherung der Düsen Tip location Die Lagesicherung der im Werkzeug wird durch eine Verstiftung im Flansch sichergestellt. 3 -NV 230V NVI Auslegung der Aufspannplatte EWIKON empfiehlt die Verwendung eines korrosionsbeständigen Vergütungsstahls mit einer Festigkeit von min N/mm². Auswahl der Nadeldichtung Für die Nadeldichtung stehen, abhängig vom zu verarbeitenden Kunststoff, zwei Versionen zur Verfügung: Nadeldichtung W1.1: PP, PS, TPE, PA ungefüllt, PET, ABS, PA 6.6 ungefüllt Nadeldichtung W1.2: PC, PMMA, PA gefüllt, PA 6.6 gefüllt, PEEK, PSU, PES,POM Clamping plate design EWIKON recommends to use a non-corroding tempered steel with a tensile strength of min 1000 N/mm². Die se Vorspannung wird unter Ausnutzung der größeren Wärmedehnung des Heißkanalverteilers im Verhältnis zu den käl te ren Werk zeug plat ten er zeugt. Da die Aus deh nung der Komponenten von der Heißkanaltemperatur (HK) so wie der Werkzeugtemperatur (WZ), also von der Tem pe ra tur dif fe renz T = T HK - T WZ ab hängt, muss für unterschied liche Anwendungen eine individuelle maßliche Abstimmung der Leisten (3) oder der Rahmenplatten erfolgen. In der Regel wird in kal tem Zustand ein Spalt S zwischen den Druckstücken des Ver tei lers (4) oder dem als Druckstück fungierenden Außenbund (5) des Antriebsgehäuses (mitgeschleppter Antrieb auf dem Verteiler) und der Aufspann platte (6) vorzusehen sein. 1 2 The sealing between the nozzles (1) and the hotrunner manifold (2) of the EWIKON valve gate system is ensured by a sufficiently high preload at operating temperature. This preload is produced by using the higher ther mal expansion of the hotrunner manifold in comparison with the colder mould plates. As the thermal expansion of the components depends on the temperature of the hotrunner (HK) and the mould (WZ), i.e. the temperature difference T = T HK - T WZ, different applications require individual dimensions of the frame plates or risers (3). As a rule, a positive clearance S has to be designed between the pressure plates of the manifold (4) or the outer collar (5) of the drive housing (drive unit placed on manifold) and the clamping plate (6) when cold. 5 -NV 230V NVI Einbauspiel für Nadelverschlusssysteme In den nachfolgenden Tabellen sind für die Sy stem kombinationen des Systems die erforderlichen Spaltmaße ( S) zusammengestellt. Die angegebenen Maße sind mit einer To le ranz von ± 0,01 mm ein zu hal ten. Beim Einbau der Düsen ist darauf zu achten, dass die dem Verteiler zugewandten Flächen der Dü sen köp fe und die zentrale Isolierscheibe (7) gegenüber der Anschlussdüse (8) exakt die gleiche Höhe haben (To le ranz ± 0,01 mm). Nur so ist sichergestellt, dass keine unzulässigen Deformationen im System entstehen. Empfehlung für Düsen -S Ø 3, Ø 4,5, Ø 6, Ø 9 und Ø 12 mm: Heißkanal im Werkzeug montieren Aufheizen auf Solltemperatur (Trockenlauf) Nach dem Abkühlen Kontrolle des Spaltmaßes Clearance for valve gate systems The following tables show the required air gap ( S) dimensions for the system combinations.
