DIN-EN konform Made in Germany MEC MAN GOLD - Quantum GOLD developed a new tool generation for transverse tooling without counter wood - the GOLD-Quantum. The special tool-geometry of the GOLD-Quantum allows to reduce the cutting pressure to a minimum with our GOLD-standard-reversible knives. In composite with the machine technology tear out of wood in the transverse tooling is inhibited for all kind of wood. DIN-EN konform Made in Germany MEC MAN GOLD - Eckverbindung Durch den Einsatz von GOLD-Standard-Wendeplatten wird mit dem GOLD-Quantum-Werkzeug eine glatte und geschlossene Eckverbindung erzeugt. Zusätzlich sind durch den Einsatz von GOLD-Standard Schneiden die Ersatzteilkosten deutlich geringer als mit aufwändig profilierten Schneiden. GOLD - Corner joint By the use of standard-reversible knives the GOLD-Quantum produces a traditional clean surface and a closed corner joint. Additionally the cost for GOLD standard-spare knives is significantly lower than for complex and costly profiled knives.
