2 DE ONE UR Allgemeine Hinweise Gratulation zum Kauf Ihrer Urinalsteuerung WimTec ONE WT. Damit Sie lange Jahre Freude mit dieser hochwertigen Armatur haben, empfehlen wir Ihnen folgende Punkte bei der Reinigung und Pflege zu beachten: milde, seifenhaltige Reinigungsmittel verwenden keine kratzenden, scheuernden oder säurehaltigen Reinigungs- oder Desinfektionsmittel verwenden nur mit weichem Schwamm oder Tuch behandeln keine Reinigung mit Dampfstrahlgeräten Diese Anleitung ist gültig für folgende Produkte: WimTec ONE UR Urinalsteuerung Art.Nr Lieferumfang: Elektronikmodul mit Sicherheitstrafo, MICRO Sensor Urinal und Magnetventil. Wichtige Installationshinweise: Die Montage und Installation darf nur durch einen konzessionierten Fachbetrieb, gemäß DIN 1988, ÖVE/ÖNORM E8001 sowie VDE 0100 Teil 701 erfolgen.! Es gelten die Allgemeinen Installationsbedingungen gemäß Die Netzzuleitung ist über einen 2-poligen Hauptschalter mit mindestens 3 mm Kontaktöffnung zu führen und mit maximal 13 A abzusichern! Bei der Planung und Errichtung von Sanitäranlagen sind die entsprechenden örtlichen, nationalen und internationalen Normen und Vorschriften zu beachten! 2 Urinalsteuerung WimTec ONE UR

4 ON DE ONE UR Einstellungen Einstellelemente am Elektronikmodul - Vorderseite: Einstellelemente am Urinalsensor: OFF Zeit-Regler 2 Zeit-Regler - Vorspülung 3 Anschluss Infrarotsensor 4 Anschluss Spannungsversorgung 230 V 5 Anschluss Magnetventil 6 DIP-Schalter 7 Reichweiten-Regler Generell gilt für alle Regler: Gegen den Uhrzeigersinn zum Reduzieren. Im Uhrzeigersinn zum Erhöhen.! Einstellregler: 1. Zeit-Regler für die Hauptspülzeit (1 s bis 10 s einstellbar, 5 s voreingestellt). 2. Zeit-Regler - Vorspülung erfolgt in der eingestellten Zeit (permanent bis 30 min, 5 min voreingestellt) keine Auslösung, erfolgt bei der nächsten Benutzung eine Vorspülung. 7. Reichweiten-Regler für die Benutzererkennung im Ansprechbereich (30-70 cm einstellbar, 50 cm voreingestellt). 4 Urinalsteuerung WimTec ONE UR

Vorspülung DIP Schalter 5 ON OFF Dient zum Auslösen einer Vorspülung, wenn das Urinal innerhalb der am Regler 2 eingestellten Zeit (5 min voreingestellt) nicht benutzt wurde. Dip Schalter 5 ON = Vorspülungs-Funktion aktiviert (voreingestellt). Dip Schalter 5 OFF = Vorspülungs-Funktion deaktiviert. Austrocknungsschutz: DIP Schalter 6 ON OFF Dient zum Freispülen der Leitung, um Stagnationswasser und Austrocknung bei längerer Nichtbenutzung (24 h voreingestellt) zu vermeiden. Dip Schalter 6 ON = Austrocknungsschutz-Funktion aktiviert (voreingestellt). Dip Schalter 6 OFF = Austrocknungsschutz-Funktion deaktiviert. Urinalsteuerung WimTec ONE UR 5

6 DE ONE UR Montage ! ACHTUNG! Folgende Schritte unbedingt in beschriebener Reihenfolge ausführen! 1. Leitung mit Spülstück und Schlauch durchspülen. 2. Vorabsperrung schließen und Schmutzfilter einsetzen. Anschließend Wasserzufluss sowie Netzzuleitung unterbrechen. Erst wieder aktivieren sobald Urinalkeramik montiert ist. 3. Magnetventil mit Dichtungen einschrauben. Achtung! Flussrichtung beachten. Anschließend Vorabsperrung öffnen. 4. Verbindungskabel 2-polig (2 x 0,5 mm) zu Sensor einziehen. 5. Infrarotsensor anklemmen. Polarität beliebig. 6. Micro Sensor anschrauben. 6 Urinalsteuerung WimTec ONE UR

7 ONE UR DE Montage Abdeckkappe aufsetzen. 8. Netzanschluss herstellen. 9. Infrarotsensor am Elektronikmodul anschließen. Polarität beliebig. ACHTUNG! Folgende Schritte unbedingt in beschriebener Reihenfolge ausführen!! 10. Elektronikmodul in Unterputzgehäuse einstecken und Magnetventil anschließen. 11. Urinalkeramik aufsetzen. In order to ensure that you will be able to enjoy this high-quality product for many years, please take note of the following cleaning and maintenance recommendations: Use mild cleaning agents containing soap Do not use abrasive, scrubbing, nano sealing or acidic cleaning agents or disinfectants Clean the fitting with a soft sponge or cloth only Do not use steam cleaners This manual is valid for the following products: WimTec ONE UR urinal control: Art.no Lieferumfang: Electronics module with safety transformer, MICRO sensor urinal and magnetic valve.! The General installation terms and conditions provided at apply. Important installation notes: Mounting and installation may only be performed by a qualified service provider in accordance with DIN 1988, ÖVE/ÖNORM E8001 and VDE 0100 Part 701. Move clockwise to increase the setting.! Controller: 1. Time controller for main flushing (1 s to 10 s adjustable, 5 s set by default). 2. Time controller for pre-flushing if urinal was not used for a certain period of time (5 min set by default, adjustable from permanent to 30 min) 7. Dip switch 5 ON = pre-flushing enabled (by default). Dip switch 5 OFF = pre-flushing disabled. Dry-out protection: DIP switch 6 ON OFF Serves to rinse water supply lines in order to remove stagnant water that accumulates during longer periods of disuse (24 h by default). 14 EN ONE UR Assembly ! ATTENTION! Following steps must be done in order as described necessarily! 1. Make a pre-flush. 2. Close shut-off valve. Insert dirt filter. Then disconnect water supply and power supply. Only reactivate until ceramic urinal is mounted. 3. Insert magnetic valve with seal. Attention! Follow flow direction of magnetic valve. Open shut-off valve. 4. Connection cable 2-pin (2 x 0.5 mm) to collect sensor. 5. Infrared sensor must be connected. Any polarity. 6. Attach micro sensor. 14 Urinal control SanTec MICRO ONE

15 ONE UR EN Assembly Fasten cap. 8. Connect to power supply. 9. Connect the infrared sensor on the electronics module. Any polarity. ATTENTION! Following steps must be done in order as described necessarily!! 10. Insert the electronics module and connect the magnetic valve. 11. Mount ceramic. Enable power supply and water supply.
