2 Allgemeine Hinweise Gratulation zum Kauf Ihrer multifunktionalen Sanitärsteuerung WimTec. Diese Anleitung ist gültig für folgende Produkte: WimTec 4-fach Art.Nr Rohbauset mit Wandeinbaukasten und 4-fach Magnetventileinheit, Ventile einzeln absperrbar. Zentrales Absperrventil, Schmutzfänger, Frontplatte aus Edelstahl und Putzdeckel. Elektronikmodule mit integriertem Netzteil. WimTec 6-fach Art.Nr Rohbauset mit Wandeinbaukasten und 6-fach Magnetventileinheit, Ventile einzeln absperrbar. Zentrales Absperrventil, Schmutzfänger, Frontplatte aus Edelstahl und Putzdeckel. Elektronikmodule mit integriertem Netzteil.! Wichtige Installationshinweise: Die Montage und Installation darf nur durch einen konzessionierten Fachbetrieb, gemäß DIN 1988, ÖVE/ÖNORM E8001 sowie V 0100 Teil 701 erfolgen. Die Netzzuleitung ist über einen 2-poligen Hauptschalter mit mindestens 3 mm Kontaktöffnung zu führen und mit maximal 16 A abzusichern! Bei der Planung und Errichtung von Sanitäranlagen sind die entsprechenden örtlichen, nationalen und internationalen Normen und Vorschriften zu beachten! 7 Verdrahtungsschema! ACHTUNG! Die Montage und Installation darf nur durch einen konzessionierten Fachbetrieb, gemäß DIN 1988, ÖVE/ÖNORM E8001 sowie V 0100 Teil 701 erfolgen. Die Netzzuleitung ist über einen 2-poligen Hauptschalter mit mindestens 3 mm Kontaktöffnung zu führen und mit maximal 16 A abzusichern! 8 Montage 1 a b a b 5! ACHTUNG! Folgende Schritte unbedingt in beschriebener Reihenfolge ausführen! 1. Montage der Befestigungswinkel (a) für Unterputzmontage (b) für Aufputzmontage 2. Wasserzuleitung DN15 1/2 anschliessen 3. Wasserabgänge DN15 1/2 zu den Verbrauchern anschliessen. 4. Steuerkabel der Sensoren am Steuermodul anschliessen: (a) MICRO UR Sensor oder MICRO WT Sensor (b) MICRO UR Sensorsiphon 5. Zuleitung 3 x 1,5 mm 2 für Licht und Lüfter einziehen und am Basismodul laut Vedrahtungsschema siehe Seite 7 anschliessen. 8 Multifunktionale Sanitärsteuerung WimTec

9 Montage Spannungsversorgung 3 x 1,5 mm 2 für einziehen und am ersten Steuermodul von links laut Vedrahtungsschema anschliessen. siehe Seite Einstellungen am Basismodul (siehe ab Seite 24) und den Steuermodulen (siehe ab Seite 10) vornehmen! ACHTUNG! Folgende Schritte unbedingt in beschriebener Reihenfolge ausführen!! 8. Achtung: Reinigungsspülung unbedingt erforderlich! Schlauch DN20 3/4 auf Adapter befestigen und Hauptabsperrung öffnen. 9. Hauptabsperrung wieder schließen, Schlauch und Adapter entfernen und Schmutzfänger einschrauben. 10. 11 Steuer-Modul Einstellregler: 5. Zeit-Regler 1 Urinal Sensorsiphon und Sensor Spülzeit 5 s voreingestellt (1 s bis 10 s einstellbar). Waschtisch-Sensor Sicherheitsspülstopp 5 min voreingestellt (10 s bis 10 min einstellbar). 6. Intervall-Regler Stagnationsfreispülung 24 h voreingestellt (3 h bis 48 h einstellbar). 7. Zeit-Regler 2 Urinal Sensorsiphon Zeit-Regler alternative Auslösung, zur Funktionskontrolle und zum Ausspülen von eingebrachtem Wasser kann die alternative Auslösung mittels DIP-Schalter 5 (siehe Seite 15) aktiviert werden. Fließt für die eingestellte Zeit (2 s voreingestellt, 2 s bis 30 s einstellbar) Flüssigkeit durch den Sensorsiphon ab, wird eine Spülung ausgelöst. Urinal Sensor Zeit-Regler Vorspülung: erfolgt innerhalb der eingestellten Zeit (1 min voreingestellt) keine Auslösung, erfolgt bei der nächsten Benutzung eine Vorspülung (5 min bis 30 min einstellbar).! Achtung! Bei aktiviertem DIP- Schalter 5 erfolgt bei jeder Benutzung eine Vorspülung! Waschtisch Sensor : Zeit-Regler Nachlaufzeit, nach der Benützung stoppt der Wasserfluss nach Ablauf der eingestellten Nachlaufzeit (1 s voreingestellt, 1 s bis 25 s einstellbar). Generell gilt für alle Regler: Gegen den Uhrzeigersinn zum Reduzieren. Im Uhrzeigersinn zum Erhöhen.! Multifunktionale Sanitärsteuerung WimTec 11

14 MICRO UR - Sensorsiphon Art.Nr Funktions-Beschreibung: Austrocknungsschutz Stagnationsfreispülung: DIP Schalter 3 Stellung : Austrocknungsschutz aktiviert, Stagnationsfreispülung deaktiviert (voreingestellt). Stellung : Austrocknungsschutz deaktiviert, Stagnationsfreispülung aktiviert. Austrocknungsschutz: Dient bei Austrocknung des Siphons zum Wiederherstellen des Geruchsverschlusses. 1. Austrocknung Der Sensor-Siphon erkennt ein Austrocknen des Siphons. 2. Normalzustand Durch eine kurze Spülung wird der Geruchsverschluss wieder hergestellt. Stagnationsfreispülung: Findet für die am Regler 6 eingestellte Dauer (3 h bis 48 h, 24 h voreingestellt) keine Benützung statt, wird eine automatische Spülung ausgelöst, um Stagnationswasser und Austrocknung des Siphons zu vermeiden. 14 Multifunktionale Sanitärsteuerung WimTec

15 MICRO UR - Sensorsiphon Art.Nr Funktions-Beschreibung: Funktionstest: DIP Schalter 4 Dient zur Funktionskontrolle und zum Ausspülen von eingebrachtem Wasser. Stellung : Alternative Auslösung aktiviert (voreingestellt). Stellung : Alternative Auslösung deaktiviert. 1. Einbringen von Wasser Wird während der gesamten am Regler 7 eingestellten Zeit Flüssigkeit eingebracht und fließt diese durch den Sensorsiphon ab wird eine Spülung ausgelöst. 2. Spülung Die eingebrachte Flüssigkeit wird ausgespült (Spülzeit wie am Regler 5 eingestellt). Multifunktionale Sanitärsteuerung WimTec 15

16 MICRO UR - Sensorsiphon Art.Nr Verstopfungsschutz: DIP Schalter 5 Wird vom Sensorsiphon eine Verstopfung erkannt, so werden keine weiteren Spülungen mehr durchgeführt. Stellung : Verstopfungsschutz aktiviert. Stellung : Verstopfungsschutz deaktiviert (voreingestellt). Stadionmodus: DIP Schalter 6 Stellung : Stadionmodus aktiviert. Stellung : Stadionmodus deaktiviert (voreingestellt). Stadionmodus Bei mehr als 2 Benutzungen innerhalb von 1,5 Minuten wird münitlich gespült. 16 Multifunktionale Sanitärsteuerung WimTec

19 MICRO UR - Sensor Art.Nr Intelligente Vorspülung: DIP Schalter 4 Dient zum aktivieren der Intelligenten Vorspülung. Stellung : Intelligente Vorspülung aktiviert (voreingestellt). Bei aktivierter Vorspülung (DIP-Schalter 4 = ) erfolgt die Vorspülung nur, wenn die letzte Benützung länger als die am Regler 7 eingestellte Zeit zurückliegt. Stellung : Vorspülung deaktiviert. Stadionmodus: DIP Schalter 6 Bei mehr als 2 Benützungen innerhalb von 1,5 Minuten geht die Steuerung in den Stadion- Modus und spült minütlich. Stellung : Stadionmodus aktiviert. 22 MICRO WT - Sensor Art.Nr , Funktionsbeschreibung: Stagnationsfreispülung: DIP Schalter 3 Findet für die am Regler 6 eingestellte Dauer (3 h bis 48 h, 24 h voreingestellt) keine Benützung statt, wird eine automatische Spülung ausgelöst, um Stagnationswasser auszuspülen. Stellung : Stagnationsfreispülung aktiviert (voreingestellt). Stellung : Stagnationsfreispülung deaktiviert. Voll-Automatik: DIP Schalter 4 Dient dazu den Wasserfluss zu beenden, sobald der Benutzer den Ansprechbereich des Sensors verlässt. Bei deaktivierter Voll-Automatik wird der Wasserfluss erst nach Ablauf der am Regler 5 eingestellten Sicherheitsspülstoppzeit beendet. Stellung : Voll-Automatik aktiviert (voreingestellt). Stellung : Voll-Automatik deaktiviert. Wasserfluss startet Sobald der Benutzer vom Ansprechbereich der Infrarot- Sensorik erfasst wird. Wasserfluss stoppt Wenn der Benutzer den Ansprechbereich wieder verlässt (DIP-Schalter 4 = ) oder nach Ablauf der eingestellten Spülstoppzeit. 22 Multifunktionale Sanitärsteuerung WimTec

Connect DN15 1/2 water inlet 3. Connect DN15 1/2 water outlets to the connected devices. 4. Connect sensor control cables to the control module: (a) MICRO UR Sensor or MICRO WT Sensor (b) MICRO UR Sensorsiphon 5. 39 EN Assembly Feed the 3 x 1.5 mm 2 power supply for and connect it to the first control module from the left as shown in the circuit diagram on page Configure the base module (see page 54 onwards) and the control modules (see page 40 onwards)! ATTENTI! Perform the following steps in the order indicated!! 8. Attention: Cleansing flush must be carried out! Connect DN20 3/4 hose to the adapter and open the main valve. 9. (MICRO UR Sensorsiphon) Alternative time control trigger You can configure an alternative flushing trigger for checking the function and for clearing out introduced water by enabling DIP switch 5 (see page 45). If liquid drains through the sensor odour trap for the set duration (preset to 2 s, configurable from 2 30 s), a flushing cycle is triggered. 7. (MICRO UR Sensor) Pre-flush time control If the function is not triggered within the set time (preset to 1 min), a pre-flush is performed the next time the system is used (configurable from 1 30 min).! Attention! If DIP switch 5 is enabled, a pre-flush will be performed each time the device is used! 7. (MICRO WT Sensor) Shut-off delay time control After use, the flow of water stops after the set shut-off delay time (preset to 1 s, configurable from 1 25 s) has been reached.
