2 DE OCEAN B7 Allgemeine Hinweise Gratulation zum Kauf Ihrer Wannenarmatur WimTec OCEAN B7. Damit Sie jahrelang Freude mit dieser hochwertigen Armatur haben, empfehlen wir Ihnen, folgende Punkte bei der Reinigung und Pflege zu beachten: milde, seifenhaltige Reinigungsmittel verwenden keine kratzenden, scheuernden oder säurehaltigen Reinigungs- oder Desinfektionsmittel verwenden keine versiegelnden oder glasveredelnden Reinigungsmittel (Nano-Effekt, Lotus-Effekt) verwenden nur mit weichem Schwamm oder Tuch behandeln keine Reinigung mit Dampfstrahlgeräten In Verbindung mit Nässe kann es durch Kalkablagerungen auf der Glasfrontplatte zu einer Beeinträchtigtung der Touch-Tronic-Funktion kommen. Um dies vorbeugend zu vermeiden, empfehlen wir ein regelmäßiges Reinigen der Glasoberfläche mit einem Kraftreiniger. Diese Anleitung ist gültig für folgende Produkte: WimTec OCEAN B7 Wannenmatur für 12 V externe Versorgung: Glas weiß Art.Nr Glas schwarz Art.Nr Lieferumfang: Elektronikmodul, Sicherheitsglas-Frontplatte mit Chromrahmen und Mischergriff mit Heißwasserbegrenzung (ohne Verbrühschutz).! Es gelten die Allgemeinen Installationsbedingungen unter Wichtige Installationshinweise: UP-Dose für optionales Netzteil außerhalb des Schutzbereiches vorsehen. Die Montage und Installation darf nur durch einen konzessionierten Fachbetrieb gemäß DIN 1988, ÖVE/ÖNORM E8001 sowie VDE 0100 Teil 701 erfolgen. Bei der Planung und Errichtung von Sanitäranlagen sind die entsprechenden örtlichen, nationalen und internationalen Normen und Vorschriften zu beachten! 2 Wannenarmatur WimTec OCEAN B7

Dip-Schalter: Funktions-Aktivierung - Dip-Schalter: Dip-Schalter Funktion Beschreibung Memory-Funktion der Wannenfüllmengen 1) Seite 12 5 Reinigungsstopp Seite 13 6 Stagnationsfreispülung der Wannenfüllung Seite 14 1) Programm oder Funktionen bereits werksseitig aktiviert. Einstellregler: G. Wannenfüll-Regler für den Sicherheitsspülstopp 20 min voreingestellt (1 min bis 20 min einstellbar). Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Maximallaufzeit schaltet die Armatur automatisch ab. H. Handbrause-Regler für den Sicherheitsspülstopp 10 min voreingestellt (10 s bis 10 min einstellbar). Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Maximallaufzeit schaltet die Armatur automatisch ab. I. Intervall-Regler für die automatische Stagnations-Freispülung der Wannenfüllung (3-48 h einstellbar). Einstellung Dip-Schalter 6 siehe Seite 14. Hinweis für Wannenfüll-Regler: Die am Wannenfüll-Regler eingestellte Zeit definiert die maximale Füllzeit die auf einem der drei Touch-Tronic-Icons zur Wannenfüllung gespeichert werden kann. Generell gilt für alle Regler: Gegen den Uhrzeigersinn zum Reduzieren. Im Uhrzeigersinn zum Erhöhen.! Wannenarmatur WimTec OCEAN B7 5

6 DE OCEAN B7 Montage ! 1. Wasserzuleitung absperren. ACHTUNG! Folgende Schritte unbedingt in beschriebener Reihenfolge ausführen! 2. Rohbauschutz entfernen. 3. Vorstehenden Teil des Rohbaukastens fliesenbündig abschneiden. 4. Ggf. zwischen Wand und Rohbauset mit Silikon abdichten. 5. Beide Befestigungsclips mit einem Schraubendreher herausschrauben, bis diese fliesenbündig abschliessen. 6. Anschlusskabel (Kabeltyp: 2 x 0,2-0,5 mm 2 ) in den UP- Kasten einziehen und am Netzteil (Art.Nr , oder Art.Nr ) anschließen. Achtung: Stromversorgung muß abgeschaltet sein und Netzteil darf nicht im Rohbauset bzw. Schutzbereich verbaut werden! 6 Wannenarmatur WimTec OCEAN B7

7 OCEAN B7 DE Montage Gewünschte Funktionseinstellungen am Elektronikmodul vornehmen (siehe S. 5). 8. Elektro-Anschluss am Elektronikmodul herstellen (Auf +/- Polung achten) und Erdungsdraht (gelb) an der Wasserstecke befestigen. ACHTUNG! Folgende Schritte unbedingt in beschriebener Reihenfolge ausführen!! 9. Magnetventile für Wannenfüllung und Handbrause am Elektronikmodul anstecken. 10. Steckverbindung von Glas-Frontplatte zu Elektronikmodul herstellen und Spannungsversorgung einschalten (Sicherheitsschließimpuls der Magnetventile erfolgt). 11. Beide Vorabsperrungen mit einem Schraubendreher öffnen. 12. Elektronikmodul in das vorgesehene Fach einschieben. Wannenarmatur WimTec OCEAN B7 7

8 DE OCEAN B7 Montage > Klick < Punkt A! ACHTUNG! Folgende Schritte unbedingt in beschriebener Reihenfolge ausführen! 13. Mischerwelle in Mittelstellung bringen - Punkt zeigt nach oben. 14. Mischergriff in Mittelstellung bringen - Knopf zeigt nach oben 15. Glasfrontplatte von vorne mit leichtem Druck aufsetzen (Klick-System). 16. Kontrolle, ob Frontplatte waagerecht montiert ist. Gegebenefalls wie auf Seite 9 beschrieben korrigieren. 17. Hauptwasserleitung öffnen. 18. Funktionstest durchführen. 10 DE OCEAN B7 Funktions-Beschreibung Handbrause 1. Armatur einschalten Durch Antippen des ON/OFF Symbols beginnen alle Touch-Tronic Icons zweimal zu pulsieren und werden danach gedimmt angezeit. Die Armatur befindet sich nun für 3 min im Standby- Modus. 2. Handbrause starten Durch Antippen des Handbrause-Icons wird diese aktiviert und der Wasserfluss startet. 3. Handbrause stoppen Durch erneutes Antippen des Handbrause-Icons. Oder automatisch nach Ablauf der am Handbrause- Regler eingestellten Sicherheitsspülstopp-Zeit. 1 x 1 x 1 x i Sicherheitsspülstopp Im Falle einer unbeabsichtigten Daueraktivierung schaltet die Armatur nach Ablauf der am Handbrause-Regler (siehe S. 5) eingestellten Sicherheitspülstopp-Zeit automatisch ab. 10 Wannenarmatur WimTec OCEAN B7

11 OCEAN B7 DE Funktions-Beschreibung Wannenfüllung 1. Armatur einschalten Durch Antippen des ON/OFF Symbols beginnen alle Touch-Tronic Icons zweimal zu pulsieren und werden danach gedimmt angezeigt. Die Armatur befindet sich nun für 3 min im Standby- Modus. 2. Wannenfüllung starten Durch Antippen des gewünschten Wannenfüll- Icon wird der Wasserfluss aktiviert. Gewähltes Icon leuchtet nun hell. 3. Wannenfüllung stoppen Die Wannenfüllung stoppt automatisch nach Ablauf der am Wannenfüll-Icon gespeicherten Fülllaufzeit oder manuell durch erneutes Antippen des aktivieren Wannenfüll-Icons. 1 x 1 x Füllaufzeit 1 x i Sicherheitsspülstopp Im Falle einer unbeabsichtigten Daueraktivierung schaltet die Armatur nach Ablauf der am Wannenfüll-Regler (siehe S. 5) eingestellten Sicherheitspülstopp-Zeit automatisch ab. 12 DE OCEAN B7 Funktions-Beschreibung Memory-Funktion der Wannenfüllmengen (voreingestellt) DIP Schalter 4 ON OFF Dip Schalter 4 ON = Speicherfunktion aktiviert (voreingestellt). Dip Schalter 4 OFF = Speicherfunktion deaktiviert. Dient zum Deaktivieren der Speicherfunktion der Wannenfüllmengen. 1. Armatur einschalten Durch Antippen des ON/OFF Symbols beginnen alle Touch-Tronic Icons zweimal zu pulsieren und werden danach gedimmt angezeigt. Die Armatur befindet sich nun für 3 min im Standby- Modus. 2. Wannenfüllung starten Durch Antippen eines beliebigen Wannenfüll-Icons wird die Wannenfüllung aktiviert. 3. Speicherbelegung Ist der gewünschte Wannenfüllstand erreicht (Mindestlaufzeit 10 s), wird dieser durch ein Drücken für ca. 5 s auf eines der drei Wannenfüll-Icons gespeichert. Zur Bestätigung blinkt das gewählte Icon zweimal auf. i Fülllaufzeit verlängern Ist der gewünschte Füllstand der Wanne noch nicht erreicht, kann über ein erneutes Antippen eines der drei Wannenfüll-Icons die Fülllaufzeit verlängert werden, solange die Armatur eingeschaltet ist (Touch-Tronic Icons leuchten). Somit kann die Wannenfüllung bis zu der am Wannenfüll-Regler eingestellten Maximallaufzeit beliebig oft gestartet und gestoppt werden. 1 x 1 x ca. 5 s 2 x 12 Wannenarmatur WimTec OCEAN B7

13 OCEAN B7 DE Funktions-Beschreibung Reinigungsstopp DIP Schalter 5 ON OFF Dip Schalter 5 ON = Reinigungsstopp-Funktion aktiviert. Dip Schalter 5 OFF = Reinigungsstopp-Funktion deaktiviert (voreingestellt). Dient zum Deaktivieren der Touch-Tronic-Icons um unbeabsichtigtes auslösen währed des Reinigens zu verhindern. 1. Reinigungsstopp aktivieren Durch drücken des ON/OFF Symbols für ca. 5 s wird der Reinigungsstopp aktiviert. Für 10 min sind damit alle Touch-Tronic-Icons deaktiviert. Während des Reinigungsstopps blinken alle Leuchtsymbol alle 3 s zweimal. ca. 5 s 2. Reinigungsstopp deaktivieren Die Armatur geht 10 min nach Aktivierung des Reinigungsstopps automatisch wieder in den Normalbetrieb über. 14 DE OCEAN B7 Funktions-Beschreibung Stagnationsfreispülung: DIP Schalter 6 ON OFF Dient zum Freispülen des Wanneneinlaufes, um Stagnationswasser bei längerer Nichtbenutzung zu vermeiden. Dip Schalter 6 ON = Stagnationsfreispülungs-Funktion aktiviert. Dip Schalter 6 OFF = Stagnationsfreispülungs-Funktion deaktiviert (voreingestellt). Zeitintervall Einstellbar am Intervall- Regler von 3-48 h (siehe S. 5). Automatische Stagnationsfreispülung Wird die Armatur für die eingestellte Zeit nicht benützt, löst die Armatur eine automatische Stagnationsfreispülung über den Wanneneinlauf für 10 s aus. Alle drei Füllmengen Icons leuchten während der Stagnationsfreispülung. Sicherheit Befindet sich die Armatur im Standby-Modus oder ist der Reinigungsstopp aktiviert, löst die Stagnationsfreispülung 2 min nach Beendigung des Standby-Modus oder des Reinigungsstopps aus. 5 s vor und nach der Stagnationsfreispülung wird diese durch ein schnelles Blinken der drei Füllmengen Icons signalisiert h 10 s 14 Wannenarmatur WimTec OCEAN B7

In order to ensure that you will be able to enjoy this high-quality product for many years, please take note of the following cleaning and maintenance recommendations: Use mild cleaning agents containing soap Do not use abrasive, scrubbing, nano-sealing or acidic cleaning agents or disinfectants Clean the fitting with a soft sponge or cloth only Do not use steam cleaners Lime deposits on the glass front panel combined with wetness can impair the touch-tronic function. To ensure proper operation, we recommend regular cleaning of the glass panel using a power cleaner. After the configured maximum flow time has elapsed, the water stops automatically. H. Shower unit control set to safety flow arrest after 10 min (configurable from 10 s to 10 min). After the configured maximum flow time has elapsed, the water stops automatically. I. Interval control configured for automatic stagnation rinse (setting range 3 h 48 h). Set using DIP switch 6, see page 28. Note on bathtub filling control: The time configured at the bathtub filling control defines the max. filling time that can be stored on any of the three touch-tronic icons for filling the bathtub. The general rule applies to all controls: Move counterclockwise to decrease the setting. Move clockwise to increase the setting.! Bath fitting WimTec OCEAN B7 19

20 EN OCEAN B7 Assembly ! ATTENTION! Perform the following steps in the order indicated! 1. Close the main water valve. 2. Remove the flush-mount protective cover. 3. Cut off protruding parts from the flush-mount box so it aligns with the tiles. 4. Where necessary, seal off space between wall and flushmount set with silicone. 5. Unscrew both mounting clips with a screwdriver until they align with the tiles. 6. Feed the connection cable (cable type: 2 x mm 2 ) into the flush-mount casing and connect it to the power supply (art. no or art. no ). Attention: The power must be switched off, and the power supply must not be assembled in the flush-mount set or the protected zone! 20 Bath fitting WimTec OCEAN B7

21 OCEAN B7 EN Assembly Configure the desired functions at the electronics module (see p. 19). 8. Connect the power cables to the electronics module (mind correct polarity +/-) and connect the grounding wire (yellow) to the water path. ATTENTION! Perform the following steps in the order indicated!! 9. Connect the magnetic valves for the tub and shower to the electronics module. 10. Connect the cable between the glass front plate and the electronics module. Then switch on the power (causing the safety locking mechanism of the magnetic valves to activate). 11. Open both integrated stop valves using a screwdriver. 12. Insert the electronics module into the designated slot. Bath fitting WimTec OCEAN B7 21

22 EN OCEAN B7 Assembly > Click < Item A! ATTENTION! Perform the following steps in the order indicated! 13. Place the mixing shaft into the central position the dot should point upwards. 14. Place the mixing lever into the central position the knob should point upwards. 15. Put the glass front plate into place by carefully pushing in inwards (click-lock system). 16. Check whether the front plate is level. If not, correct the alignment as described on page Open the main water valve. 18. Perform a system test. 24 EN OCEAN B7 Description of the functions Shower unit 1. Switch on the device After tapping the ON/OFF icon, all touch-tronic icons pulse two times and then glow faintly. The WimTec device will remain in standby mode for 3 min. 2. Activate the shower unit Tap the shower icon to activate it and start the flow of water. 3. Stop the shower unit By tapping the shower icon again. Alternatively, the shower will stop automatically after the safety flow arrest time set at the shower unit control has elapsed. 1 x 1 x 1 x i Safety flow arrest After the water arrest time configured at the shower unit control (see p. 19) has elapsed, the water flow will automatically stop to prevent unintentional continuous activation. 24 Bath fitting WimTec OCEAN B7

25 OCEAN B7 EN Description of the functions Filling the bathtub 1. Switch on the device After tapping the ON/OFF icon, all touch-tronic icons pulse two times and then glow faintly. The WimTec device will remain in standby mode for 3 min. 2. Start filling the bathtub Tap the desired fill level icon to start the flow of water. The selected icon lights up brightly. 3. Stop filling the bathtub The tub filling function automatically ends after the time set for the fill level icon has elapsed. You can also manually stop the flow of water by tapping the activated fill level icon again. 1 x 1 x Filling time 1 x i Safety flow arrest After the water arrest time configured at the tub filling control (see p. 19) has elapsed, the water flow will automatically stop to prevent unintentional continuous activation. DIP switch 4 OFF = Memory function disabled. Serves to disable the tub fill level memory function. 1. Switch on the device By tapping the ON/OFF icon, all touch-tronic icons pulse two times and then glow faintly. The WimTec device will remain in standby mode for 3 min. 2. Start filling the bathtub Tap any fill level icon to start filling the bathtub. 3. Programming the memory icons Once the desired filling time has elapsed (at least 10 s), you can store it by pressing any of the three fill level icons for approx. 5 s. The selected icon will confirm the setting by flashing twice. 1 x 1 x approx. 5 s 2 x i Extending the filling time As long as the device is switched on indicated by lit touchtronic icons the filling time can be extended using the memory function. 27 OCEAN B7 EN Description of the functions Cleaning stop DIP switch 5 ON OFF DIP switch 5 ON = Cleaning stop function enabled. DIP switch 5 OFF = Cleaning stop function disabled (default setting). Serves to disable the touch-tronic icons to prevent accidental activation while cleaning the tub. 1. Enable cleaning stop Pressing the ON/OFF icon for approx. 5 s activates the cleaning stop function. This also disables all touchtronic icons for 10 min. While the cleaning stop function is enabled, all illuminating icons will light up two times every 3 s. approx. 5 s 2. Disable cleaning stop The device will automatically resume normal operation 10 min after activating the cleaning stop function. 28 EN OCEAN B7 Description of the functions Stagnation rinse: DIP switch 6 ON OFF Serves to remove stagnant water that accumulates in the tub inlet during longer periods of disuse. DIP switch 6 ON = Stagnation rinse function enabled. DIP switch 6 OFF = Stagnation rinse function disabled (default setting). Time interval Can be set from 3 48 h at the interval control (see p. 19). Automatic stagnation rinse If the fitting has not been used for the set period, the device automatically performs a stagnation rinse operation for 10 s via the tub inlet. While stagnation rinse is in progress, all three fill level icons light up. Safety If the device is in standby mode or if the cleaning stop function has been enabled, the stagnation rinse function will only start 2 min after standby mode ends or once the cleaning stop function has been disabled. 5 s before and after the stagnation rinse, the three fill level icons will flash rapidly h 10 s 28 Bath fitting WimTec OCEAN B7
