4 Reglement Regulations Die ausführlichen allgemeinen Bestimmungen sowie das Sportreglement werden den Teilnehmern mit der Teilnahmebestätigung zugestellt. Das Veranstaltungsreglement mit allen weiteren Unterlagen erhalten die Teilnehmer im Dezember The complete general regulations and the sports regulation will be sent to the participants with the confirmation of participation. The participants will receive the procedural regulations with all the rest of the documentation in December Zulassung Sport- und Personenwagen (inkl. SUVs) bis und mit Jahrgang 1988 (Handicap-Regelung für jüngere und 4x4 Fahrzeuge). Die Fahrzeuge müssen für den Strassenverkehr zugelassen sein. Admission All sports cars and passenger cars (including SUVs) built up to and including 1988 (handicap for younger vehicles and four wheel drive). The vehicles must have a road traffic permit. Spikes Sind in der Schweiz und in Italien auf sämtlichen Strassen erlaubt, ausgenommen auf den Schweizerischen Autobahnen. Spikes Permitted on all roads in Switzerland and Italy, except on the highways in Switzerland. Versicherungen Sind in jedem Falle und ausschliesslich Sache der Teilnehmer. Insurance Participants are responsible for all insurance. Haftungsausschluss Der Veranstalter lehnt jede Haftung gegenüber Fahrzeugen, Drittpersonen, Teilnehmern, deren Begleitpersonen und Halter der Fahrzeuge ab. Die Fahrzeuglenker und/oder Fahrzeughalter haften gegenüber Drittpersonen. Der Teilnehmer erklärt mit der Unterzeichnung der Anmeldung, dass er diese Bedingungen vorbehaltlos annimmt und dass er ausdrücklich darauf verzichtet, die Organisation RAID auf irgendeine Weise und aus welchen Gründen auch immer, gerichtlich zu verfolgen. Liability exclusion The organizer declines all liability towards vehicles, third parties, participants and their accompanying persons as well as owners of the vehicles. The drivers and/or owners shall be liable toward third parties. The participant s signature on the registration form confirms the acceptance of these conditions. The participants expressly undertake to retrain from bringing legal proceedings against the organisers of the rally for any reason and in any form. Anhänger, Zugfahrzeuge Diese können in St. Moritz geparkt und dort am 20. Januar 2018 wieder abgeholt werden. Trailers, towing vehicles May be parked in St. Moritz and picked up on 20th January Kompetente Pannenhilfe Der sehr gut ausgebaute und seit Jahren erfahrene WinterRAID-Pannendienst unter der Leitung von Martin Schawalder begleitet die Rallye. Professional breakdown service A fully equipped and experienced WinterRAID-breakdown service under the leadership of Martin Schawalder will accompany the rally. Interfracht Speditions AG Gepäckservice Interfracht Speditions AG ist Partner des WinterRAID und des RAID SUISSE-PARIS. In Zusammenarbeit mit diesem Weltunternehmen wird ein Gepäckservice geboten. Dies für Fahrer, denen in ihrem Oldtimer wenig Gepäckraum zur Verfügung steht. Das Gepäck wird zuverlässig von Hotel zu Hotel transportiert. Rückgabe am nach der Zielankunft im Hotel Reine Victoria, St. Moritz. Für diese Dienstleistung, die im Nenngeld inbegriffen ist, ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung unbedingt erforderlich (vergl. Anschliessend Fahrerbriefing 15:00 Uhr: Start zum Prolog mit der grossen St. Moritz Round. Alle Prüfungen zählen für den legendären White Star of St. Moritz 17:30 Uhr Eintreffen im Schlosshotel Pontresina. Abendessen und Übernachtung Wednesday, 17th January 2018: Completely new: St. Moritz Round (Prologue) 1:15 pm: Technical control in St. Moritz-Bad (Engadin Bus AG). Afterwards Driver s briefing 3:00 pm: Start on the Prologue with the big St. Moritz Round. All tests count towards the legendary White Star of St. Moritz 5:30 pm Arrival at the Schlosshotel Pontresina. Dinner and overnight stay Donnerstag, 18. Anschliessend das traditionelle Fondue mit Preisverleihung im Hotel Reine Victoria, St. Moritz Bad, begleitet von ländlicher Musik. Ende der Veranstaltung ca. 19:00 Uhr. New Finish: The village square in the very heart of St. Moritz.
