14 Verbundprojekt Das erweiterte National Single Window als Basis für eine neue Dienstleistung zur maritimen Prozessoptimierung Problemstellung Basierend auf der EU-Meldeformalitäten-Richtlinie 2010/65/EU, wurde mit dem National Single Window (NSW) ein zentrales behördliches Meldesystem für den gesamten deutschen Seeschiffsverkehr eingerichtet. Projektziel Die Vision von NSW-Plus liegt darin, dass Akteure alle für einen maritimen Transport relevanten Informationen, z. B. pro Reise, Hafenanlauf oder Container, nur einmal zur Verfügung stellen müssen, unabhängig von Mitgliedsstaaten, Häfen und sonstigen Beteiligten. Das bestehende NSW für Deutschland wird hierfür um sicherheitsrelevante und operative Daten zu maritimen Transporten angereichert. Das Ergebnis ist eine neue Dienstleistung, die der Wirtschaft erhebliche Vorteile durch eine verbesserte Planung und Steuerung von Containertransportketten bietet und als Blaupause für andere europäische Länder dient. 14

26 Statement Vision Summary From where I come As Master on Bord, Service Engineer and Inspector I have learned that single equipment providing on board redundant, non harmonized information in different formats, some information missing. This situation forced me to spend now more than 20 years to work on development of ECDIS, Integrated Bridge- and Automation Systems for Ships and technologies to share information between ship and maritimer digital land infrastructure. Efficient Digital Information Technology needs standardisation and harmonisation to share My Vision Safe and Efficient Ship Operation - On board decision support system - Providing the right information to the right persons at the right time on board and a shore 26
