Den Sicherheitsabstand zu brennbaren Objekten einhalten! Vor dem Wechsel des Reflektorkopfes, des Reflektors und des Leuchtmittels, Leuchte ausschalten und abkühlen lassen. Vorsicht, Verbrennungsgefahr! Niemals den heißen Reflektorkopf, nur den Leuchtenarm im mittleren oder unteren Bereich berühren! Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal oder dem Hersteller durchgeführt werden. 2

Die Leuchten werden wahlweise mit verschiedenen Reflektorköpfen ausgeliefert. 9 Montage Montage axial mittig 220V Die Leuchte wird axial über den Stromauslass montiert. Die Stromzufuhr wird durch eine runde Durchlasshülse geführt. Montage axial seitlich 220V Die Leuchte wird axial über den Stromauslass montiert. Die Stromzufuhr wird durch eine der beiden seitlichen Befestigungsschlitten geführt. 220V Montage neben Stromauslass Die Leuchte wird neben dem Stromauslass montiert. Die Stromzufuhr wird von einer Aufbaudose zur Leuchte geführt. Sonderzubehör für diese Montageart: Einspeiseset, 2Z 03 00_M/C 220V Montage axial auf Hohlraumdose Die Leuchte wird axial auf eine Hohlraumdose montiert. Die Stromzufuhr wird durch eine Scheibe mit Kabelauslass in die Leuchte geführt. Sonderzubehör für diese Montageart: Scheibe, 2Z 02 00_M/C 7

10 ca. 75 cm Vorbereitung für alle Montagearten $ Achtung! Vor der Montage alle stromführenden Leitungen vom Stromnetz trennen! Gewünschte Position der Befestigungsschlitten an der Decke festlegen ca. 130 cm Auf bereits verlegte Leitungen achten! Empfohlener Abstand der Befestigungsschlitten: sistema soffitto tre: ca. 75 cm sistema soffitto cinque: ca. 130 cm Positionen der Bohrungen markieren. Je zwei Löcher ø 6 mm bohren. Dübel bündig einsetzen. Auf gleiche Ausrichtung der Verriegelungsknebel achten. Gegebenenfalls Netzleitung durch die runde Öffnung des Befestigungsschlittens führen. Beide Befestigungsschlitten anschrauben, axial ausrichten und Schrauben anziehen. 8

11 Vorbereitung für alle Montagearten + 10 cm Kabel der Pendelleuchten bis zur gewünschten Länge in den Leuchtenkörper einschieben. Gesamtkabellänge = Abstand Leuchtmittel bis Zugentlastung + 10 cm Pendellänge Alle Leuchtenkabel mit mitgelieferten Zugentlastungen sichern. Längen der Pendelleuchten justieren und festlegen. 9

12 Vorbereitung für alle Montagearten Kabel der Pendelleuchten im Abstand von 10 cm zur Zugentlastung abschneiden. Äußere Isolierung 6 cm abisolieren. 6 cm 10 cm Eines der beiden Kabelenden bei allen Pendelleuchten um weitere 3 cm kürzen. 3 cm Alle Kabelenden abisolieren. 10

13 Vorbereitung für alle Montagearten Kabelenden der Pendelleuchten jeweils an die vormontierten Klemmen im Leuchtenkörper anschließen. Transparente Isolationsröhren über die Klemmverbindungen schieben. 11

14 Montage axial mittig Adern der Netzleitung durch die Öffnung der mitgelieferten Erdungsklemme führen. Erdungskabel in die Erdungsklemme einstecken und mit Madenschraube fixieren. 12

15 Montage axial mittig Mitgelieferte Anschlussklemmen mit runder Öffnung auf die abisolierten Enden der Netzleitung stecken. 230 V Leuchtenanschlusskabel falls erforderlich je nach Montage auf die passende Länge kürzen. Enden abisolieren. Leuchtenanschlusskabel an die Netzleitung anschließen. 13

16 Montage axial mittig Schraube der Erdungsklemme ggf. lösen. Erdungsklemme an gewünschter Stelle bündig in die Öffnung des Leuchtenkörpers einsetzen. Schraube der Erdungsklemme anziehen. Verriegelungen beider Befestigungsschlitten öffnen (beide Riegel stehen heraus). 14

17 Montage axial mittig Leuchtenkörper in die Federn der Befestigungsschlitten einrasten. Dabei darauf achten, dass alle Kabel im Leuchtenkörper liegen, nicht herausstehen oder eingeklemmt werden. Verriegelungen an beiden Befestigungsschlitten bündig schließen. 15

18 Montage axial seitlich Erdungskabel in die mitgelieferte Erdungsklemme einstecken und Madenschraube fixieren. Mitgelieferte Anschlussklemmen mit runder Öffnung auf die abisolierten Enden der Netzleitung stecken. 16

19 Montage axial seitlich 230 V Leuchtenanschlusskabel falls erforderlich je nach Montage auf die passende Länge kürzen. Enden abisolieren. Leuchtenanschlusskabel an die Netzleitung anschließen. Schraube der Erdungsklemme ggf. lösen. Erdungsklemme an gewünschter Stelle bündig in die Öffnung des Leuchtenkörpers einsetzen. 17

20 Montage axial seitlich Schraube der Erdungsklemme anziehen. Verriegelungen beider Befestigungsschlitten öffnen (beide Riegel stehen heraus). 18

21 Montage axial seitlich Leuchtenkörper in die Federn der Befestigungsschlitten einrasten. Dabei darauf achten, dass alle Kabel im Leuchtenkörper liegen, nicht herausstehen oder eingeklemmt werden. Verriegelungen an beiden Befestigungsschlitten bündig schließen. 19

22 Montage neben Stromauslass Aufbaudose über den Stromauslass an der Decke setzen und so drehen, dass der seitliche Kabelauslass der Dose die gewünschte Ausrichtung hat. Positionen der Bohrlöcher durch die Befestigungsschlitze anzeichnen. Auf den Verlauf der Zuleitung in der Decke achten! Zwei Löcher ø 6 mm bohren, Dübel bündig einsetzen und Dose anschrauben. Kabelenden der Netzleitung an der Klemme der Aufbaudose nach Schema anschließen. 230 V N L 20

23 Montage neben Stromauslass Transparentes Kabel des Einspeisesets mit werkseitig vorbereitetem Ende durch die Öffnung der mitgelieferten Erdungsklemme führen. Zugentlastung bis auf die Kabelisolation aufschieben. Madenschraube der Zugentlastung anziehen. 21

24 Montage neben Stromauslass Erdungskabel in die Erdungsklemme einstecken und mit Madenschraube fixieren. Mitgelieferte Anschlussklemmen mit runder Öffnung auf die abisolierten Enden der Netzleitung stecken. 22

25 Montage neben Stromauslass 230 V Leuchtenanschlusskabel falls erforderlich je nach Montage auf die passende Länge kürzen. Enden abisolieren. Leuchtenanschlusskabel an die Netzleitung anschließen. 27 Montage neben Stromauslass Leuchtenkörper in die Federn der Befestigungsschlitten einrasten. Dabei das Leuchtenkabel zur gewünschten Seite herausführen. Verriegelungen an beiden Befestigungsschlitten bündig schließen. 25

28 Montage neben Stromauslass Anschlusskabel durch Tülle führen. Zugentlastung aufschieben. Gewünschte Kabellänge einstellen und die Schraube in der Zugentlastung festziehen. Überstehendes Kabel auf ca. 8 cm kürzen. Kabelenden abisolieren und mit Aderendhülsen versehen. Leuchtenkabel und Erdung des Deckels nach Schema an die Klemme anschließen. 230 V 26

29 Montage neben Stromauslass Deckel auf Aufbaudose aufsetzen und anschrauben. 27

30 Montage axial auf Hohlraumdose Netzkabel ggf. verlängern und durch die Öffnung der Scheibe führen. Scheibe mit mitgelieferten Schrauben auf die Hohlraumdose schrauben. Die weitere Montage entspricht der Montage axial mittig. 28

31 Leuchtmittel einsetzen Das Einsetzen der Leuchtmittel wird in der getrennt beiliegenden Anleitung zur entsprechenden Pendelleuchte beschrieben. Reflektorkopf aufsetzen/wechseln Die Montage des Reflektorkopfes wird in der getrennt beiliegenden Anleitung zum entsprechenden Reflektorkopf beschrieben. Leuchtmittel wechseln Das Wechseln des Leuchtmittels wird in der getrennt beiliegenden Anleitung zum entsprechenden Reflektorkopf beschrieben. Pflegehinweise Zur Reinigung der Metall- als auch der Glasteile der Leuchte empfehlen wir die Verwendung eines Glasreinigers. Leuch te nur in abgekühltem Zu stand reinigen! 29

36 $ 0.2m Safety precautions The assembly and installation of electrical components must be carried out only by qualified personnel. Before working on the lamp, always disconnect it from the mains. Maintain the minimum safety distance from flammable materials. Before changing the reflector head, the reflector or the bulb, switch off the lamp and allow it to cool down. Caution, risk of burns. Never touch the reflector head while it is hot. Only handle the middle or bottom part of the lamp stem. Repairs must be carried out only by authorised, qualified personnel or the manufacturer. 34

41 Mounting Mounting centrally over power outlet 220V The lamp is mounted directly over the power outlet. The power supply is routed through a round aperture sleeve. Mounting to one side over power outlet 220V The lamp is mounted directly over the power outlet. The power supply is routed through one of the two side fixing slots. 220V Mounting next to the power outlet The lamp is mounted next to the power outlet. The power supply is routed to the lamp from a spacing box. Special accessory for this type of mounting: Power supply kit, 2Z 03 00_M/C 220V Mounting over a cavity box The lamp is mounted directly onto a cavity box. The power supply is routed into the lamp through a disc with a cable outlet. Special accessory for this type of mounting: Disc, 2Z 02 00_M/C 39

Fit the wall plugs flush. Make sure that the locking catches are the same way round. If necessary, route the mains cable through the round opening in the fixing slot. Screw on the two fixing slots, align them axially and tighten the screws 40

43 Preparation for all types of mounting Insert the cable for pendant lamps to the desired length in the lamp bodies cm Total cable length = distance from bulb to cord grip + 10 cm Hanging length Secure all lamp cables with the cord grips provided. Adjust the lengths of the pendant lamps and fix. 41

44 Preparation for all types of mounting Cut off the pendant lamp cables 10 cm from the cord grip. Strip off 6 cm of the outer insulation. 6 cm 10 cm Shorten one of the two cable ends by a further 3 cm on all pendant lamps. 3 cm Strip the insulation from all cable ends. 42

45 Preparation for all types of mounting Connect the cable ends of each pendant lamp to the prefitted terminals in the lamp body. Slide transparent insulation tubes over the terminal connections. 43

46 Mounting centrally over power outlet Route the wires of the mains cable through the opening of the earthing terminal provided. Insert the earth cable into the earthing terminal and fix in place with the grub screw. 44

47 Mounting centrally over power outlet Insert the supplied connecting terminals with round opening onto the stripped ends of the mains cable. 230 V Shorten the lamp connecting cable to the appropriate length as required for the particular installation. Tighten the earthing terminal screw. Open the catches on the two fixing slots (both catches protrude). 46

49 Mounting centrally over power outlet Engage the lamp body in the springs of the fixing slots. Make sure that all the cables lie inside the lamp body and do not protrude or become trapped. Close the catches on the two fixing slots so that they are flush. 47

50 Mounting to one side over power outlet Insert the supplied earth cable into the earthing terminal and fix in place with the grub screw. Insert the supplied connecting terminals with round opening onto the stripped ends of the mains cable. 48

51 Mounting to one side over power outlet 230 V Shorten the lamp connecting cable to the appropriate length as required for the particular installation. Strip the insulation from the ends. Connect the lamp connecting cable to the mains cable. Undo the earthing terminal screw if necessary. Mark the position for the drill holes through the fixing slots. Check where the supply cable is routed in the ceiling. Drill two 6 mm diameter holes, insert the wall plugs flush with the ceiling and screw on the spacing box. Connect the ends of the mains cable wires to the terminal block in the spacing box as shown in the diagram. 230 V N L 52

55 Mounting next to the power outlet Insert the transparent cable from the power supply kit with the pre-prepared end through the opening in the earthing terminal provided. Slide the cord grip up to the cable insulation. Tighten the grub screw in the cord grip. 53

56 Mounting next to the power outlet Insert the earth cable into the earthing terminal and fix in place with the grub screw. Insert the supplied connecting terminals with round opening onto the stripped ends of the mains cable. 54

60 Mounting next to the power outlet Route the connecting cable through the grommet. Slide on the cord grip. Adjust to the desired cable length and tighten the screw in the cord grip. Shorten the remaining cable to approx. 8 cm. Strip the ends of the cable and fit them with wire terminations. Connect the lamp cable and ceiling earth to the terminal block as shown in the wiring diagram. 230 V 58

61 Mounting next to the power outlet Fit the cover onto the spacing box and screw on. 59

62 Mounting over a cavity box If necessary, lengthen the mains cable and route it through the opening in the disc. Screw the disc to the cavity box using the screws provided. The rest of the mounting procedure is the same as for mounting centrally over the power outlet. 60

Care instructions We recommend using a glass cleaner to clean both the metal and glass parts of the lamp. Always allow the lamp to cool down before cleaning. 61
