2 Sicherheitshinweise $ Die Montage von Elektrokomponenten darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden! Vor den Arbeiten am Strahler diesen unbedingt vom Netz trennen! 0.2m Sicherheitsabstand zu brennbaren Objekten einhalten! Vor allen Arbeiten am Strahler (Montage, Wechsel des Leuchtmittels, Wechsel der Inserts, Ausrichtung des Strahlerkopfs, usf.), Strahler immer ausschalten und mindestens 30 Minuten abkühlen lassen. Vorsicht, Verbrennungsgefahr! Niemals den heißen Strahler/Strahlerkopf (head) berühren! Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal oder dem Hersteller durchgeführt werden. 2

3 Produktbeschreibung Occhio Più alto² track CDM ist ein Niedervolt-Strahler der Schutzklasse 2. Der Strahler wird wahlweise mit unterschiedlich bestücktem Strahlerkopf ausgeliefert. Er ist mit einem Multi- Adapter zum Anschluss an EUTRACkompatible Stromschienen vorbereitet. Das elektronische Vorschaltgerät (EVG) ist bereits im Strahlerkopf integriert. 5 Montagemöglichkeit Der Strahler ist mit einem Multi-Adapter zum Anschluss an EUTRAC-kompatible Stromschienen vorbereitet und kann an beliebiger Stelle in die Stromschiene eingesetzt werden. 5

6 Leuchtmittel einsetzen $ Achtung! Vor der Montage alle stromführenden Leitungen vom Stromnetz trennen! Reflektorköpfe abkühlen lassen! CDM Metalldampf Leuchtmittel Gu6.5 20W in die Fassung setzen und durch Drehen arretieren. Glaskolben des Leuchtmittels nur mit weichem Tuch, nicht mit der bloßen Hand anfassen. Fingerabdrücke auf dem Leuchtmittel vor dem Einschalten der Leuchte mit einem weichen Tuch abwischen. 6

7 7 Wechsel Montage

8 Glaseinsätze/Linse montieren Occhio-Tool (beiliegend) mit dem schmalen Ende in die Nut des Auslösestifts einführen. Occhio-Tool so weit drehen bis der Auslösestift nach oben springt. Glaseinsatz/Glaseinsätze/Linse mit dem Rand in beide Federn einfügen und gegen die Federn drücken. Wird eine Kombination aus zwei Glaseinsätzen verwendet, liegt das satinierte Glas innen. 8

9 Glaseinsätze/Linse montieren In dieser Position den Rand des Glaseinsatzes/der Glaseinsätze/der Linse in die Kerbe des Auslösestifts klemmen. Wechsel Montage Auslösestift bündig eindrücken. Er rastet in Endposition ein. Der Strahlerkopf ist nun komplett vorbereitet. Weitere Installation: Montage Strahler anbringen (siehe S. 14). 9

10 Spot montieren Occhio-Tool (beiliegend) mit dem schmalen Ende in die Nut des Auslösestifts einführen. Occhio-Tool so weit drehen bis der Auslösestift nach oben springt. Gefederte Fassung des Leuchtmittels etwas nach oben halten und gleichzeitig Achtung Verletzungsgefahr! Fassung nicht am Leuchtmittel (Glas) nach oben ziehen, da dieses brechen kann! 10

11 Spot montieren Spot-Reflektor mit der seitlichen Öffnung vorsichtig über das Leuchtmittel und die Fassung schieben. Wechsel Montage Spot-Reflektor mit dem Rand in beide Federn einfügen und gegen die Federn drücken. 11

12 Spot montieren In dieser Position den Rand des Spot- Reflektors in die Kerbe des Auslösestifts klemmen. Korrekte Ausrichtung des Leuchtmittels überprüfen und ggf. korrigieren. Glaseinsatz auf die gleiche Weise in die Federn und die Kerbe des Auslösestifts einsetzen. 12

13 Spot montieren Blendschutzring mit den seitlichen Schlitzen in die Federn einfügen. Dann in die Kerbe des Auslösesifts einsetzen. Wechsel Montage Auslösestift bündig eindrücken. Er rastet in Endposition ein. Der Strahlerkopf ist nun komplett vorbereitet. 13

14 1 0 Strahler anbringen $ Achtung! Vor der Montage alle stromführenden Leitungen vom Stromnetz trennen! Track-Adapter auf der Rückseite des Strahlers aufklappen. Strahler an der gewünschten Stelle in die Schiene einsetzen Unbeschrifteten Knebel um 90 im Uhrzeigersinn schließen. Hiermit wird der Track-Adapter an den neutralen Leiter angeschlossen. Endposition des Knebels: parallel zur Schiene 14

15 Strahler anbringen Einstellen auf Phase Einstellknebel um 90 im Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Der Track-Adapter ist nun an Phase 1 angeschlossen. Einstellen auf Phase 2 Einstellknebel um 90 gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Der Track-Adapter ist nun an Phase 2 angeschlossen. Wechsel Montage Einstellen auf Phase Einstellknebel nach oben ziehen. Um 90 gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Der Track-Adapter ist nun an Phase 3 angeschlossen. 15

16 Strahler einstellen $ Achtung Verbrennungsgefahr! Strahler vor Berührung immer abkühlen lassen! Der Più alto Strahler ist rundum 355 drehbar und im Winkel bis 45 ausrichtbar. 355 Zurückgeklappt ist der Strahler als reines Downlight einsetzbar. 16

18 Leuchtmittel/Inserts wechseln $ Achtung! Vor der Montage alle stromführenden Leitungen vom Stromnetz trennen! Achtung Verbrennungsgefahr! Strahler vor Berührung immer abkühlen lassen! Occhio-Tool (beiliegend) mit dem schmalen Ende oder Schraubendreher in die Nut des Auslösestifts einführen. Occhio-Tool so weit drehen bis der Auslösestift herausspringt. 18

19 Leuchtmittel/Inserts wechseln Glaseinsatz/Linse gegen die Federn drücken und aus der Nut des Auslösestifts entnehmen. Einsetzen von Inserts: Montage Glaseinsätze/Linse montieren (siehe S. 8). Leuchtmittel gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen Wechsel Montage und entnehmen Einsetzen des neuen Leuchtmittels: Montage Leuchtmittel einsetzen (siehe S. 6). 19

20 Leuchtmittel/Reflektor wechseln Spot Nur bei Spot S 10/20/40: Blendschutzring gegen die Federn drücken und entnehmen. Glaseinsatz auf die gleiche Weise entnehmen. Reflektorschale gegen die Federn drücken und aus der Kerbe des Auslösestifts lösen. 20

21 Leuchtmittel/Reflektor wechseln Spot Gefederte Fassung des Leuchtmittels etwas nach oben halten und gleichzeitig Spot-Reflektor vorsichtig entnehmen. Achtung Verletzungsgefahr! Fassung nicht am Leuchtmittel (Glas) nach oben ziehen, da dieses brechen kann! Einsetzen des Reflektors: Montage Spot montieren (siehe S. 10). Leuchtmittel gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen Wechsel Montage und entnehmen Einsetzen des neuen Leuchtmittels: Montage Leuchtmittel einsetzen (siehe S. 6). 21

22 Pflegehinweise Zur Reinigung der Metall- als auch der Glasteile der Leuchte empfehlen wir die Verwendung eines Glasreinigers. Leuch te nur in abgekühltem Zu stand reinigen! 22

30 Safety precautions $ 0.2m The assembly and installation of electrical components must be carried out only by qualified personnel. The spotlight must be disconnected from the mains before any work is carried out on it. Maintain the minimum safety distance from flammable materials. Before working on the spotlight (fitting it, changing the bulb or inserts, aligning the spotlight head, etc.), always switch it off and let it cool for at least 30 minutes. Caution, risk of burns. Never touch the spotlight or head while it is hot. Repairs must be carried out only by authorised, qualified personnel or the manufacturer. 30

31 Product description Occhio Più alto² CDM is a safety class 2, low-voltage spotlight. The spotlight is optionally available with a variety of spotlight head fittings. It is prefitted with a multiadapter for connection to EUTRAC-compatible bus bars. The electronic ballast is already integrated in the spotlight head. 33 1 0 Fitting option 32 The spotlight is prefitted with a multiadapter for connection to EUTRACcompatible bus bars and can be inserted into the bus bar at any position. 33

34 Inserting the bulb $ Caution Before fitting, disconnect all currentcarrying lines from the mains supply. Allow reflector heads to cool. Insert the CDM metal halide bulb Gu W into the socket and turn it to lock in place. Always use a soft cloth when handling the bulb glass. Never touch it with bare hands. Use a soft cloth to wipe off any finger prints left on the bulb before switching the lamp on. 34

35 35 Changing Fitting

36 Fitting the glass inserts/lens Insert the narrow end of the Occhio tool (supplied) into the groove of the release pin. Turn the Occhio tool until the release pin pops up. Insert the edge of the glass insert(s)/lens into the two springs and press against the springs. If a combination of two glass inserts is used, the satinised glass is fitted on the inside. 36

37 Fitting the glass inserts/lens Holding it in this position, clip the edge of the glass insert(s)/lens into the notch on the release pin. Changing Fitting Press the release pin in until it is flush. It clicks into its end position. The spotlight head is now fully assembled. Proceed to: Fitting Fitting the spotlight (see p. 42). 37

38 Fitting the spot Insert the narrow end of the Occhio tool (supplied) into the groove of the release pin. Turn the Occhio tool until the release pin pops up. Lift the spring-mounted bulb socket slightly and hold it Caution, risk of injury. Do not lift the socket by the bulb itself (i.e. the glass), as this could break the bulb. 38

39 Fitting the spot while at the same time carefully pushing the spot reflector over the bulb and socket through the side opening. Changing Fitting Insert the edge of the spot reflector into the two springs and press against the springs. 39

40 Fitting the spot Holding it in this position, clip the edge of the spot reflector into the notch on the release pin. Check whether the bulb is correctly aligned, and adjust if required. In the same way, insert the glass insert into the springs and the notch on the release pin. 40

41 Fitting the spot Insert the side slots of the anti-glare ring into the springs. Then insert into the notch on the release pin. Changing Fitting Press the release pin in until it is flush. It clicks into its end position. The spotlight head is now fully assembled. 41

42 1 0 Fitting the spotlight $ Caution Before fitting, disconnect all currentcarrying lines from the mains supply. Fold out the track adapter on the rear of the spotlight. Fit the spotlight into the track at the desired position Lock the blank toggle by turning it 90 clockwise. This connects the track adapter to the neutral wire. 1 0 Final position of the toggle: parallel to the track 42

43 Fitting the spotlight Phase 1 adjustment Turn the adjusting toggle 90 clockwise. The track adapter is now connected to phase 1. Phase 2 adjustment Turn the adjusting toggle 90 anticlockwise. The track adapter is now connected to phase 2. Changing Fitting Phase 3 adjustment Pull the adjusting toggle up. Turn it 90 anticlockwise. The track adapter is now connected to phase 3. 43

44 Adjusting the spotlight $ Caution, risk of burns. Always let the spotlight cool before touching it. The Più alto spotlight can be rotated through 355 and adjusted to an angle of up to When it is folded back, the spotlight can be used purely as a downlighter. 44

46 Changing the bulb/inserts $ Caution Before fitting, disconnect all currentcarrying lines from the mains supply. Caution, risk of burns. Always let the spotlight cool before touching it. Insert the narrow end of the Occhio tool (supplied) or a screwdriver into the groove of the release pin. Turn the Occhio tool until the release pin pops out. 46

47 Changing the bulb/inserts Press the glass insert/lens against the springs and remove from the groove on the release pin. To fit the inserts, see: Fitting Fitting the glass inserts/lens (on p. 36). Turn the bulb anti-clockwise Changing Fitting and remove To insert the new bulb, see: Fitting Inserting the bulb (see p. 34). 47

48 Changing the bulb/reflector spot On spot S 10/20/40 only: Press the anti-glare ring against the springs and remove it. Remove the glass insert in the same way. Press the reflector bowl against the springs and detach it from the notch on the release pin. 48

49 Changing the bulb/reflector spot Lift the spring-mounted socket on the bulb slightly upwards, while at the same time carefully removing the spot reflector. Caution, risk of injury. Do not lift the socket by the bulb itself (i.e. the glass), as this could break the bulb. To insert the reflector, see: Assembly Fitting the spot (on p. 38). Turn the bulb anti-clockwise Changing Fitting and remove To insert the new bulb, see: Fitting Inserting the bulb (see p. 34). 49

50 Care instructions For cleaning both the metal and the glass parts of the lamp, we recommend using a glass cleaner. Always allow the lamp to cool down before cleaning. 50
