6 MB-ZR B0 Einstellung des Druckregelteils MB-ZR B0 Setting the pressure regulator. Schutzklappe öffnen.. Druckregelteil durch Drehen der Einstellschraube mit Schraubendreher o. auf gewünschten Ausgangsdruck p a einstellen, Bild. Mögliche Ausgangsdruckbereiche -0 mbar bzw. -50 mbar. 7 MB- ZR... B0 Filterkontrolle Filterkontrolle mindestens einmal jährlich! Filterwechsel, wenn p zwischen Druckanschluß und > 0 mbar. Filterwechsel, wenn p zwischen Druckanschluß und im Vergleich zur letzten Kontrolle doppelt so hoch ist. Filterwechsel kann ohne Ausbau der Armatur erfolgen. Gaszufuhr unterbrechen, Kugelhahn schließen. Schrauben,,, mit Innen-sechskantschlüssel o. herausdrehen, Filterdeckel 5 abnehmen.. Filtereinsatz 6 entnehmen, gegen neuen Filtereinsatz tauschen.. Filterdeckel 5 aufsetzen, Schrauben,,, ohne Gewalt hineindrehen und anziehen. 5. Funktion und Dichtheitsprüfung durchführen. Druckanschluß über Verschlußschraube p max. = 60 mbar MB- ZR... B0 Filter check Check the filter at least once a year! Change the filter, if p between pressure connection and > 0 mbar. 9 MB-ZRDLE... B0 MB-ZRLE... B0 Schnellhubeinstellung V start Werkseinstellung MB-ZRDLE... B0, MB-ZRLE... B0: Schnellhub nicht eingestellt. Einstellkappe E von der Hydraulik abschrauben,.. Einstellkappe drehen und als Werkzeug benutzen.. Linksdrehen = Vergrößerung des Schnellhubes (+). MB-ZRDLE... B0 MB-ZRLE... B0 Rapid stroke adjustment V start Factory setting MB-ZRDLE... B0, MB-ZRLE... B0: Rapid stroke not adjusted. Unscrew the adjustment cap Efrom the hydraulic brake.. Turn the adjustment cap and use as a tool.. Turn a-clockwise = increase rapid stroke (+). Hydraulik D austauschen. 7. Senk- und Zylinderkopfschraube wieder eindrehen. Senkkopfschraube nur so festziehen, daß Hydraulik noch gedreht werden kann. 8. Senkkopfschraube A mit Sicherungslack überziehen. 9. Dichtheitsprüfung über Druckabgriff Verschlußschraube p max. = 60 mbar. 0. Funktionskontrolle durchführen.. Anlage einschalten. 13 Die Druckgeräterichtlinie (PED) und die Richtlinie über die Gesamtenergieeffizienz von Gebäuden (EPBD) fordern eine regelmässige Überprüfung von Heizungsanlagen zur langfristigen Sicherstellung von hohen utzungsgraden und somit geringster Umweltbelastung. Es besteht die otwendigkeit sicherheitsrelevante Komponenten nach Erreichen ihrer utzungsdauer auszutauschen. Diese Empfehlung gilt nur für Heizungsanlagen und nicht für Thermprozessanwendungen.
